I already posted the link of Victoria Nuland, the Deputy Sec. of State to Ukraine, talking about the bioweapons research labs. This isn't between me and you, it's between you and her. IDGAF what you think or especially what you say (two completely different things).

The only reason that Ukraine isn't a pancake is because Russia chose not to make it so. It's actually pretty hard to roll into a country and fire off as much ordnance as Russia has without racking up a massive body count. 

Even the Ukrainian estimates are at less than 1,100 people. In Rwanda they killed 150,000 people per month just using machetes. That's over 100x as fast. But stupid Americans/Canadians say "It's a genocide!!!!" lol.

As I recall you pasted a link to an article from 2009, which is a major fail when trying to claim something is happening in 2022…then you claimed the article said a bunch of things that it didn’t actually say (like manufacturing bioweapons), which is a fail when trying to claim something Is happening at all.  Is there some other link you have other than Putin’s personal myspace webpage?

My point about Russian losses and their failure is that their invasion has only served to erode the Russian military and grow the Ukrainian military. The invasion has made Ukraines military larger and stronger and the Russian military smaller and weaker.
 

Look, spare me your bullshit:  in their ONE MONTH invasion of Ukraine, Russia has taken 2 to 3 times as many casualties than the US suffered in 20 YEARS of Iraq and Afghanistan combined.  An American flag officer has not been killed by enemy action since 1972 during the height of the Vietnam war (helicopter shot down).  Russia has lost 7 during military defeats in JUST ONE MONTH and the meter is still running. So far Russia has seen hundreds of their tanks, vehicles, artillery and rockets get captured, their latest top secret electronic warfare system captured, one of their navy’s heavy transport ships has been sunk, scores of aircraft either shot down or destroyed on the ground death toll in 10,000-15,000 range, dozens of instances of critical low-morale events: be they mutinies, defections, desertions, troops surrendering or abandoning positions and gear, or retreating without even putting up a fight….and its only been ONE MONTH   Add to this the fact that Ukraine forces that inflicting such heavy losses have minimal equipment, experience or training and many/most of their fighters were regular civilians working mundane civilian jobs just one month or so ago.   

The Russian military’s abysmal performance and stunning tactical and strategic blunders have exposed systemic failures, incompetence and corruption in the Russian military that have proven their forces to be ineffective. Russia is now bringing in Syrian mercenaries to fill the void. The Chechen Islamic terrorist forces that the Russians brought in to fight alongside them (and to also serve as a fear weapon given their terrible reputation for brutality) have already retreated back to Chechnya due to heavy losses and their warlord’s growing concern that rival armed Chechen factions will move against them if they become any weaker.   Ironically this Islamic militant warlord was once on of several avowed enemies of Russia and conducted terrorist campaigns against them during the Chechen conflict, but switched sides after Putin offered to recognize and support him as lord of Chechnya in exchange for his loyalty.

According to the UN's Office for Disarmament Affairs, biological weapons consist of 2 parts. 1) a weaponized agent such as a bacteria or virus, and 2) some type of delivery mechanism. There's not much difference between a 'weaponized agent' which enhances the deadliness of whatever organism is being weaponized, and gain-of-function research which also enhances the deadliness of the organism but only for study purposes. Intent might be a difficult thing to prove.

Do the math, Einstein. The labs are from the cold war era, as are some of the bioweapons. They couldn't be doing research on them for 25 years without replenishing some of the stock.
