Whatever happened to fun anymore?

It's beginning to look like fun has been banned in Canada and will be for quite awhile all because of some so called big bad bogeyman virus. Big sports events like hockey and football are no more. Concerts, festivals, nightclubs, and casinos are out. Travelling is out unless one wants to have to quarantine themselves when they come back home. Fireworks shows, Christmas light shows at local parks are cancelled. And by the looks of things, our dear leaders are trying to make it appear as though this virus will be a dandy and things will only get worse than what they are already. Get ready for tyranny. Our comrade politicians are ready again to make our lives as miserable as possible. 

The stories that I have been reading and hearing about this farce of a virus is that we are going to be pretty much locked down from doing anything come just before or into the new year. If those stories are true we will all get to experience what real communism is all about. Those followers and believers of this plandemic keep doing as they are told by wearing masks and social distancing themselves and playing this silly scamdemic game they are setting us all up for the kill. 

This Convid 19 farce needs to be treated as a farce. The question now is will those followers decide that they have had enough and are ready to stop playing this dangerous game and the loss of their freedoms. It's all up to those people now.  Enough already. Let's all get back to the good old normal days where we all had fun. Works for me.

It's not that great.  You just described a nice place to go on holiday, but not a nice place to live.  I lived there for 22 years, and my most common memory is of sitting in a traffic jam.  Damp.

Many people's lives have been destroyed as a result of this convid 19 scamdemic. The damage done to society was far worse than the China virus could have ever done. But yet the scamdemic believers will never get it. Those people will never make Canada great again. They will make Canada worse than what it is already. A deprived fun place to live. The main goal of the globalist elite is to vaccinate the whole bloody world and that will happen if our comrade leaders keep allowing those globalists to keep pulling their strings.

Canada needs a leader like Trump. The politicians that are in power here in Canada today are far from coming anywhere close to Trump. They have shown themselves that glory and power is what it is all about to them. The people be dammed.

BC may have lots to offer a so far as outdoor activities go but BC has also pretty much eliminated plenty of fun, as I have mentioned above, as we once knew. I do not give a dam about this scamdemic lie and farce anymore. I just want my old normal life back. Those people who prefer to always want to live in a state of panic and fear and lies all their lives are the ones that are keeping this scamdemic going. They need lock down themselves and get out of the way of others who just want to have fun and get on with their old normal lives.  Works for me.

BC has pretty much become the socialist/communist capital of Canada where fun has now been outlawed. Many experts and doctors have said that herd immunity always works to fight off any virus that comes along. All the viruses that have been visiting us over the past few decades never involved lock downs, face masking, and social distancing like this one has. We all just got on with life and nobody was the slightest bit concerned. If someone caught a cold then most people just stayed home. There was no need for shutting down the whole bloody world. I had an Hungarian friend and his wife who escaped from communist Hungary when it was under Russian communist control in the 80's. And from him I heard all the stories that I need to know about communism from someone who had lived under communism. It is probably you who has no idea as to what living under communism is all about. As far as I am concerned anyone who is on the left leans towards socialism and communism. Socialism and communism means big government. The more government we have means the more freedom we lose. Canadians are so well controlled these days by our comrade dictator politicians. 

I did read a book written by Solzhenitsyn way back in the 80's. He was arrested many times for daring to voice his opinions about communism and spent many years in the gulag for doing so. Castro Trudeau would love to be able to do that here in Canada also. Castro Trudeau loves communist China, don't you know. 

If you are that dumb to not see that this Convid 19 farce is leading towards communism with all of it's draconian rules and laws that we have now been forced to observe and follow then maybe you should go and live in a communist country yourself for awhile. There are and have been many Canadians who have had big party's because they have become bored as hell and want some fun. And when they get caught and reported on by some commie snitch they end up having to pay thousands of dollars in fines just for wanting to have a little bit of fun.

If I understand you correctly, Then I don't have far to go if this is indeed, a "communist " country. I have no sympathy for a bunch of louts who just want to get drunk. Killing their brains cells with ethyl hydrate is a sad illusion of fun.

Hmm, yes. That's all fine and well, and it is what it is. But let me put it to you that way, I don't want to learn Cantonese, or whatever have you today. And at the Groc store, I don't wanna buy no Chinese cheddar.

Why, cause it puts our dairy farmers out of work, and their sons leave the farm to go to the big city, where they end up killing brain cells in a single room apartment where 10 people sleep on the floor, and everyone gets welfare.

Castro Trudeau is already preparing this country for a communist like takeover. Plans are in the works to make life even tougher for us all come this winter. Mass lock downs are coming. Forced mask wearing is coming. You won't need to go try out and live in some communist country. Castro Trudeau is going to do that for you right here in Canada. Fun is where I can get together as I once did eight months ago with people at events where hundreds or thousands of people got together which have all been cancelled now. Sports events, concerts, the PNE/CNE cancelled. Fireworks shows cancelled. Runs for charity cancelled. Casinos and night clubs and big entertainment shows cancelled. They were all fun to go to and attend and have fun. Now people are being fined for thousands of dollars for daring to have a party with a few dozen people or more. Come on, wake up will ya. Can you not see that fun has been cancelled in Canada? Only boring people could care less about having fun. Those people could care less about others having some fun. 

Not all people that get together are a bunch of "louts" and get drunk. Fat people are a bunch of louts because they eat too much. Those louts cost our medical system millions every year. Most of the louts are the ones that want fun to come to an end, and our politicians are only to willing to accommodate those louts. what more can I say, eh?

It seems that most of our dear comrade leaders in Canada today would prefer to buy Chinese cheddar rather than Canadian cheddar. It's all about Chinese framers now than it is about Canadian farmers here in Canada today. While our Canadian farmers struggle to stay alive, Castro Trudeau supports Chinese cheddar. No one can tell me that this crime mistake of Canada is not a comrade for China. "BC has pretty much become the socialist/communist capital of Canada......."  I get a kick out of people who presume they have the right to speak for the population of province as if they were all in the grip of some great mind meld.  Fact is, you don't even speak for a significant percentage of Vancouver's population let alone the entire province.  FYI the Heartland of our province has proved time and again to be pretty darn conservative so your comment in totally baseless.

Fun is many things to many people.  Those of us who were born prior to the advent of television know well how to keep ourselves happy and are managing to do so following all of Dr Henry's guidelines.  So happiness isn't dead in our little corner of the world.  It sad that such is not the case in yours.

Fun is seeing your children’s graduation, enjoying weddings and funerals with your family and friends, picnics, barbecues dinners with friends. Fun is being free to go where you want and see who you want to. Fun is not living in a place where Queen Henry the 8^th has people watching and waiting to fine or incarcerate you if you socialize against her wishes.

 

Not everyone's idea of fun is paddling off into the wilderness all by yourself. If you do that be careful not to tip, and get hypothermia, we would really hate to lose you. 

 

Hopefully one day you will make some friends, and not need someone to explain what fun is

There are currently 57 patients in intensive care, out of a population in B.C. of 5,071,000. If all of them were on ventilators, that would be one for every 88,965 British Columbians. If that is enough to scare you into giving up your friends and family fair enough. If you want everyone else to give up the things they love in life, that is just selfish and wrong. To be afraid of dying is sad, but understandable, to be afraid of living is just sad.

Im sure you are right. People are indeed wearing them, yet the virus prevails.

I suspect the truth of the matter is that people trust the masks and it gives them a false sense of security. Absolutely false, for any paper or cloth masks. 

Likewise physical distancing does not work in the store lineups, because when you stand on the X right in the same location where the previous person was, you are breathing in their air. It now matters how long you wait before advancing, how long they were standing there before you, and ventilation.

Therefor be advised. If you can smell her perfume etc, that is it.

Also, avoid canoeing at this time. We dont want to lose you!

Edit: Even before my coffee, I see the hypocracy there. Thanks to Covid, no skiing for me this year. No fun for me. ?
