Boges Posted April 20, 2020 Report Posted April 20, 2020 I'm seriously considering buying Oil Stock. This is an astonishing buy low scenario. How can it get any lower than zero? Quote

Also justifying the reduced demands long term (due to energy efficiency) Quote

Also justifying the reduced demands long term (due to energy efficiency) The price of oil and US dollar are linked, as is the value of many other industries that depend on oil. It's not just what happens at your gas tank. In any case if we are to drop oil as the power source of the future, it would be nice to do it in a controlled way. Not out of control like this. It's an example of the reckless approach we are taking without a plan. Quote

Shady Posted April 21, 2020 Report Posted April 21, 2020 (edited) If I had the space to store them, I'd buy like a hundred thousand barrels and sell them at $50 dollars a barrel a year or two from now. Edited April 21, 2020 by Shady Quote

Today it is now at 95 cents a liter. It should be down to around 70 cents a liter or even less at today's price of a barrel of oil. Sadly, 40% of whatever price is at the pumps is for taxes. Quote

I am now reaping the rewards and I am now getting dividends from that money that I invested in taxes in the form of OAS government paychecks every month. The greatest investment that I have ever made. Quote
