Personally, I am not all that interested in the military. The military is only for people who want to get and get maimed or killed for the elite and some country and it's people who could care less about them. Even their own Canadian politicians have no love for the military and it's soldiers. Do you honestly believe that the prime mistake of Canada that we have in Canada gives a dam about the military or it's soldiers? Why, the guy does not even give a dam about me. Lol.

Guest ProudConservative Posted March 19, 2020 Report Posted March 19, 2020 (edited) Justin Trudeau has to tone down the Stimulus a little bit. The pandemic, has just begun. First he announces 1 billion, I thought that was a little cheap... Then he announces 25 billion. And now he announces 82 Billion? Our dollar has just went from 75 cents down to 68 in one month? Slow the F@ck down Justin. Stop giving $5000 of free money to people who just landed in the Caribbean, because they were too selfish to stay home. Why do these dumbass liberals think money grows on Tree's? Apparently Ontario has a stockpile of 55 million expired N95 Masks... but we can't use them for legal reasons, since they have expired. Where the common sense? How does a sealed mask expire? If they can still be put on your face, they will stop the exponential growth of the virus. Why didn't they mail them out to every Canadian... and ask them to disinfect, and reuse them? Then there would be no need for doctors to worry, since Canadians wouldn't be spreading the virus as fast. Edited March 19, 2020 by ProudConservative

It is someone else who starts a war and who gets some people like you to join the military and go fight their battles on their behalf. It's not the ordinary Joe and Mary six packs that start wars. It is the elite globalist banksters that start all wars. That is a well known fact.

When you become a soldier, you undertake of your own free will, to be an instrument of policy A human weapon system at the disposal of whichever sovereign you choose to swear solemn allegiance to. You sacrifice your freedom so that others do not have to, you put yourself in harms way, so others do not have to, you take personal responsibility for the defence of the body politic. Somebody has to do it, and those men are a brotherhood, closer to each other than their own families, it's not a burden to be one of the brothers, it's a privilege.

Legio Patria Nostra I don't know about the cold war, but we were force-fed a diet of seething hatred towards those who fought in Afghanistan and Iraq. I had to listen to her lecture me for an hour, before I got to take her out. I remember sitting beside he with all her friends around... and they all listened to her go on about the American empire, and killing people for oil. I've done my share of bashing army people, but I've learned to tone it down. From time to time, I'll hear some dumbass Jock.... virtue signal about how was in the army... Well I'll give you an example. I was at a lake once, and this millennial, was bragging about how many people his friend sniped in Iraq... He said he has a "Personal Score" of 31. He was just doing what he can to keep my country safe. He kept repeating himself... 31 Well I let him have it... because I don't think anyone should call it a "Personal Score" know what I mean? Then they guy start's bitching... No one appreciates the army. Edited March 19, 2020 by ProudConservative
Guest ProudConservative Posted March 19, 2020 Report Posted March 19, 2020 I'm just not over Afghanistan and Iraq, so it's hard for me to forgive those generation of soldiers. I guess the hippies still hate the vietnam vets. It's how it goes.

Snipers are highly analytical, they are constantly learning and improving, the confirmed kill is simply a battle damage assessment with an associated report.

I think you lost the entire point of WHY Canadians join the military, there is millions of reasons, free education, a well paying job and good pension, medical and dental benefits not only for me, but my family as well, getting to blow shit up for free, meeting some of the best people in our nation with similar interests....making friends for a life time.... being part of something larger than yourself, giving back something to our nation, be given the opportunity to represent our nation overseas, and domestically, be it on combat operations, or helping a family out in Winnipeg during the floods, or Ottawa during the Ice storm, or some forest fire, seeing other Canadians faces light up when you say we are here to help....seeing an entire Afghan village celebrate because we just dug them a well for fresh water, life saving water... Not many Canadians get to do all of that, and yes, sometimes you put your life in danger, it's part of the job...no more than being a fire fighter, or policemen, or EMT.... And to be honest I never did any of that stuff, to get your approval, or any other Canadians approval or a pat on the back, or a chest full of medals. I did it for the guys on the left and right of me, I know that is hard to understand, but you develop a bond like no other when faced with the risk of loosing your life, a bond that will last a life time.......... that and to uphold the high standard that was set many moons before me, by hero's that stormed the beaches of Normandy, or assaulted Vimy ridge. It does not have to make sense to you or anybody else, it was my choice, my call that I and thousands before me made. The only mistake I made is trusting our nation would have our backs when everything was said and done...that all our sacrifices would not be forgotten, and we only asked for one thing....That when we came home broken they would fix us …. apart from that I do not regret any of my choices, I got to serve with greatest men and women in Canada's finest Infantry Regt, The Royal Canadian Regiment and would do it all over again. We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now done so much for so long with so little, we are now capable of doing anything with nothing.

We could run around in circles, trying to figure out who's right, and who's wrong. Bashing military people should be the least of our priorities during a pandemic. Doesn't bother me, I like geopolitical chess, I wanted to fight the Cold War, I joined for ideological reasons, to stand on the trace in the path of World War Three. I have no inhibitions about killing my ideological enemies, if the elites are going to enable that, so be it.
