Bernie Sanders, at 77, Just Learning the Basics - Socialism is an Epic Failure

Biden is a fraud and Warren is a puppy, she makes Obama look like The Iron Lady..  Bernie is IMO the best candidate, health permitting.

OK, but as a "candidate", he already failed once.

Now his health is compromised and his ideology has been co-opted.

Winning on ideology is quite different from winning an election.

I don’t think Warren can beat Trump.  Biden might, but he is the status quo Obama 2.0.  Sanders’ vision is clear, strong, and new for America.  It would be an interesting switch for America and a radical departure from Trump and the previous 20 years.

He came from nowhere in 2016 and gave the 'sure-win' Hillary a run for her money, and changed the party in the process.  Not exactly a failure.

Yes others have co-opted his ideas and his movement.  Still the best candidate IMO, democrats in the polls seem to disagree.

Bernie has nothing to lose now...he is already political toast, out leftied by Warren.

Warren is a better candidate. She looks decades younger (even before Bernie’s MI) and has a much sunnier approach to voters. On health care she’s not to the left of him and has actually left herself some wiggle room for the election.

The great thing about Bernie is his overall consistency. It’s refreshing to hear a politician tell us what he believes in such clear prose. One of my favourite moments of the last election was when he told Hillary he was sick of hearing about her “damn emails”. There were more pressing issues to discuss. Ron Paul was like that and, in this cycle, John Delaney has spoken unequivocally for free trade even though he must know it’s electoral poison these days.

Fox, CNN, and NYT aren't news outlets they're propoganda outlets.

For certain, but it almost always behooves one side or the other to get certain truths out, and if the Bernie story was a fabrication someone definitely would have debunked it by now. He has a large, almost cultish, following.
