 I make no distinction between the two. 

The ultimate goal of communism was that people will take as much as they need and will contribute as much as they can.  Not a bad idea when greed is considered a sin and people are valued on the basis of their knowledge, intelligence and spirituality.

Capitalism creates an environment of competition (a good driving force behind progress) but ultimately rewards individuals on the basis of their greed.   Without greed, the system falls apart.  And unfortunately it will fall apart because of greed too.  Our planet cannot sustain the constantly growing capitalism based on resource extraction and population growth.   There is only that many bodies the planet can sustain and the current 7 billion are based on the dissapearance of other species.

Prime Minister Trudeau revealed himself to be all show and no substance. My disillusion came as a result of the SNC affair which led me to take a critical look at everything else he does. My impression is they (the PM and the PMO) make decisions without thinking them through. I hate to admit it but he is just not ready. 

An anonymous source leaked information to the press. The leak was reliable. The leak said the PM spoke with JWR and tried to find a way to keep her in the cabinet, but she wanted to have control over who was appointed to the AGM role and how SNC would be handled. That was not a victim speaking.

Did you wonder why the media stopped reporting JWR every 20 minutes after that leak? They knew they had been used by her from the beginning and stepped away from the headline grabbing position quickly and silently.

Just for giggles imagine the situation with the PM being honest and JWR lying. There is so much more than SNC Lavalin going on in Canada.
