Since the usual target seems to be the University of California (Berkley) I though I would look at their budget

UC Berkeley is a public research, land grant university.

Yeah, I can. I know something about the stock market. I know something about investment and I know something about business. Trump is famous for operating on his 'gut'. That's not how businessmen operate. Businessmen operate on numbers. It was the fact Trump didn't give a damn about numbers which got his casinos into bankruptcy, which put his airline into bankruptcy, which put his other businesses into bankruptcy. During the negotiations with the bankers over what to do with his businesses, whether to bankrupt everything and take what they could get or try to eke out more money, the bankers decided to let Trump stay in charge for only one reason; he was a great sales guy and promoter. But one of them also said he'd never seen a CEO who had less understanding of or familiarity with the numbers. How much his business cost to operate, how much profit or loss they made, what the margins were, how much he owed, how much his payments were on it, etc. etc. He was a big stupid suit just sitting there while smarter people did the negotiation. They let him stay as a figurehead, but they controlled everything because they didn't trust him to do so. And once they were out, they never loaned money to him again. Not them, and not anyone else in North America. He had to go to the Russians and other Europeans to borrow.

Well said my friend.
