There is a clear difference.  

In this case what is very clear is that you have a contribution of not a few, but 100 million to a foundation headed by the daughter of the POTUS, who is also White House employee. If you can't see the conflict of interest potential there then I suggest you take a high school basic law course.

And I guess I forgot to add during the deal making on billions worth of arms. But you knew that right?

Those courts are pretty much telling Trump to go fly a kite, and they will pay for it one day. The president of the USA has every right to deny anyone from any country that he so chooses, and deems to be a danger to America and it's people. We have here a case of some courts and their judges of defying Trump's orders. It's the same old game that the liberal/democrats have been trying to do since Trump became President. Try everything in the book too deny him his right as President to do what the constitution says that he is allowed and has a right to do without interference from any court or judge. Here in Canada we have the same problem with our courts and judges. They are heavily liberal and heavily controlled by the liberal elite that there is no way a conservative PM can get anywhere and get anything much done with those leftists judges basically running the country. We are surrounded and controlled by the far left liberal anti-Canadian dictator politicians that will continue too control this country, and who are working to change everything about Canada, until the people wake up, and can see for themselves that liberalism has been a disaster for Canada and Canadians.

Oh yeah I forgot, she is married to a guy who glues a bleached coon skin to his head, and paints his face orange every day. Well, if you did understand English, you will see that I have tried on many occasions to try and get you to see the other side of the story which you continue to refuse to do so. 

The ones that are fighting for their lives are some of the democrats who are fighting for their lives to not have to end up going to jail for many of their crimes. I just hope Trump does put many of them in jail. It is a great place for them to be in after all of the crimes that many have committed against the American people.
