The republicans/conservatives/evangalists must be starting to get the idea that they are going in the wrong direction,but for some reason their "Higher Moral Ground" will not let their direction be controlled by the "Devil" or "Evil"! Thats the real joke hear now isn't it? That this alleged "morals" that dictate the conservatives in the US,when it has been clearly demonstrated by countless judicial proceedings/cases/rulings/findings,not just IN the US,but all around the world,that everyone,not only white wealthy,straight men have rights?!?!? I put the question out there,will the republicans ever "get it",or will they continue to sink further and further,into a smaller and smaller corner.Becoming more and more radical,to only further continue their decline? How does the "ouch" come into play? It is what it is - and "what it is" is based on what Americans want/are doing. In other words, your take on the Republican party, and the influence of religion, doesn't speak for America or all Republicans. Americans speak for America, and if less Americans are watching FOX News, there's no "ouch" involved because it's what they want - and that includes Republicans. Same as it's always been in the U.S. This idea that you have that all Republicans believe that "only white wealthy, straight men have rights" is not the reality. Fox still dominates in raw numbers because it kicks butt in the 54 up bracket. Here is the kicker though fox news average viewer is 65 plus they are the Reagan crowd. Problem for Fox and the Republicans is as those people die off and they keep hating anyone younger then a boomer that they will lose more and more. It is much like the shift we saw in the 80s when the FDR crowd started dying off and America went from left to right. There is a back swing going right now as they Reagan and Nixon crowd (the silent majority) die off. Quote

The other cable news networks have old audiences too. CNN-- 63. MSNBC-- 59. I would simply suggest one thing. If you start a thread on a particular topic, having a link that shares something with your title is a good idea, or at least talking about the subject matter described by your title. Otherwise your title looks wrong or your comments look odd. I mean i know that you don't care for Republicans as described in your first post, but that has nothing to do with your title about viewership numbers of Fox, savvy? Quote
