GostHacked Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 I do realize you must attempt to marginalize his role. Supporting actual SS men and their dreams of a Jew free world are a tad unpopular in polite circles. There were a lot of people who supported the Nazis. You just use Mufti as your poster boy regarding this specific issue. If I did not know otherwise, one might think you were a fan of his. Quote

It's a silly argument to make and once you bring up the Nazis you lose the argument so..... Edited November 30, 2012 by punked Quote

GostHacked Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 As mentioned, I have a personal connection to the man, yes. Not a fan, obviously. Ahh so it hits close to home then. So it's more of a personal issue than a real issue of Mufti's ideology. Good to know. Quote
DogOnPorch Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 You think he could have posted this picture of the father of two US Presidents who had some dealings with the Nazi's eh? Before WW2, there was little issue with doing business with Germany. It's a silly argument to make and once you bring up the Nazis you lose the argument so..... Only if actual Nazis aren't involved. In this case we have an SS officer and personal friend of Eichmann and Himmler. Quote Nothing cracks a turtle like Leon Uris.

GostHacked Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 No ahhh about it. You didn't want to hear about it last time I volunteered the info. You are right, and I don't care either way, and it's really completely irrelevant anyways. Quote

No...the origin of the Palestinian Cause is very relevant. If it's any consolation, before the Mufti became an SS man, he was just an anti-Semite with a deep hatred of Jews and Hashemites. punked Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 They deserved it. They deserved it. Sure did. Its bad the Bush Legacy was born out of Nazi bla bla bla bunch of stupid bullcrap that makes no sense. See that was me being you. Quote

dre Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 Yeah...ok. I admit it. I created Hamas...lol. What I AM seeing is many decades of terrorism being rewarded by the UN. http://en.wikipedia....l_Road_massacre No what you are seeing is the most moderate palestinian authority in history being rewarded. A government that has cracked down on militants, siezed their weapons, and thrown quite a few of them in prison. And I never said you created Hamas, but your refusal to reward moderates for doing exactly what we asked of them, would empower and strengthen militant groups like Hamas. So youre pro-hamas but you dont even have the presense of mind to realize it. Quote I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger
eyeball Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 So...I ask again...adults...what rule-set is Hamas going to be using? The same one Israel is. Quote I said now watch what you say they'll be calling you a radical, a liberal, oh fanatical criminal
Guest Derek L Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 Yeah too bad Canada had to be one of only 9 countries in the world to vote for perpetual violence for both jews and arabs. So the conflict is now solved? No more violence? Quote
dre Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 So the conflict is now solved? No more violence? No I didnt say this... I just said what is already clear. The no voters voted to perpetuate the status quo which is a 40+ year military occupation and the violence that is obviously going to accompany it. It was a vote against the entire concept of a two state solution. Quote I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger

So Palestine having statehood won’t guarantee an end to the violence, just as maintaining the status quo wouldn’t………….So wouldn’t continued violence, regardless of status of statehood, just be the status quo in and of itself? I fail to see what Canada has gained by the result………or lost by voting against it. Quote
eyeball Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 (edited) Yeah too bad Canada had to be one of only 9 countries in the world to vote for perpetual violence for both jews and arabs. Voting this way also ensures perpetual polarization in Canada between his base of support and the majority of other minorities in Canada. I guess he also has to answer to all the whack-jobs he represents who have a preoccupation with all that End of Day's/ Armageddon crap. Maybe Harper thinks this makes him look Prime Ministerial or something. The government there has been rounding up militants and siezing their weapons, including siezing rockets from Hamas operatives. One thing Canada could have gained from supporting the self determination of 4 million people is that we support democratic self rule. Thats out the window now. We dont appear to stand for anything at all these days. Quote I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger
