kimmy Posted April 13, 2011 Report Posted April 13, 2011 (edited) WTF, Gost. Some withered old fruit yelling? That's what we need to wake up to? "They" are going to bomb "us" right back? Who are "they"? Colonel Moe's army? Or the angry Muslims who've been trying to bomb us for decades already? If the "next great war" is Colonel Moe rising up and fighting back, then truthfully I'm not sweating that too much. If "the next great war" is angry Muslims the world over smiting down upon the west, why's this going to start it? I mean, angry Muslims already have a list of gripes longer than your arms. I don't see how enforcing the no-fly zone or defending Libyan civilians against a psycho dictator is going to make things worse. -k Edited April 13, 2011 by kimmy Quote (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ Friendly forum facilitator! ┬──┬◡ノ(° -°ノ)

And essentially it has already started, but wont ramp up for a couple years. Both WWI and WWII did not happen all of a sudden or overnight. Many events took place before either war started. And to me Libya is just a small piece of this whole puzzle. Other parts include, Tunisia, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and eventually Iran and Saudi Arabia. It's all about oil and resources and global strategic locations, and has fuck all to do with humanitarian efforts (or places like Sudan would have been dealt with already) The one thing that has seemed to be consistant with each leader (Ben Ali, Mubarek, Kadaffi, Assad) and others have all said foreign fighters were the cause of these new uprisings. We definately saw that in Libya where some British SAS were captured. They were there weeks before this all started. Essentially painting targets, gathering intel on the situation on the ground. Feeling out for the potential rebels to fight against Kadaffi (I am no fan of him for sure, but this is a set up) Some of these leaders are claiming it is also Al-queda fighting them. Kaddafi made this point a few times. If that is true, then the west is arming these rebel fighters who have elements of Al-queda in them. You can reference Afghanistan for parallels in how the west armed the rebels to fight someone else (at that time the USSR and communism).. the Muhajideen. That evolved into a couple groups we are familiar with, the Taliban and Al-Queda. And then Osama brought down the towers. I've called Libya , Iraq 2.0. It smells the same. And I have a feeling it will play out very much like Iraq, but on a much faster time line. The civil erruptions in the Middle East and North Africa are not spontaneous, in my view they are manufactured. What we are seeing, again, in my view, is nothing more than a foothold in Africa by the UN and NATO. I am surprised that the African Union is not doing much about all this. It's a push to eventually cut Iran off, and push back China and Russia. The collapse of the USSR allowed NATO (if not in fact the UN) to bring those break off states under western influence and control. Some of them very rich in resources. Divide and Conquer. Which brings me to .. what is of value in the Ivory Coast now that the French have put boots on the ground there. But I think there is more. You are going to see a rise in muslim radicals trying to change and put on a political face to get into power in these countries going through this turmoil. So, like Afghanistan, we are going to witness blowback. Bin Laden had said that 9/11 was a result of western meddling in Islamic countries. Man, I think I Oleg'd up this post. And then I'll get the likes of M. Dancer trying to put my tinfoil hat back on. I know I've not really made myself clear, and I am trying to describe something much bigger at play and in the works here. Quote

kimmy Posted April 14, 2011 Report Posted April 14, 2011 The Kimmy Research Institute, a highly-respected think thank that has been analyzing global affairs for over 20 years, has just released a report describing Gerald Celente as "a fricking moron" who uses the same methodology as telephone psychics. There'll be "blowback" from Libya? Dude, the Middle East has been mad at us for decades. They're mad from Iraq. They're mad about Israel. They're mad about everything that's happened since 9/11, and they're also mad about everything that happened before 9/11. They're just plane mad. You're gonna "predict" that the Arab world will get mad at us? Wow! Can you tell me who's going to win the 1990 Stanley Cup? Predicting that the Arabs are going to attack is like predicting that the sun could come out. Might not happen today, might not happen tomorrow, but it's going to happen in the future, just like it's happened lots of times in the past. I don't get it, Gost. You seem like a bright enough guy, and yet you fall for the dumbest crap. This guy. Or Alex Jones. At least Jones is funny, I'll give him that much. I watched some of his "Japan Earthquake analysis" and almost peed myself when he started talking about . If the western countries don't go in causing shit .. then we should not be expecting anything back. Osama said 9/11 was retaliation, aka blowback for the wests meddling in Afghanistan. Think about it. There is a reason the Arabs are pissed, and it goes much deeper than hating us for our 'freedoms'. Well, I've been listenind to Jones for a few years, and daily for about the last 6-8 months. I know people love to call him crazy, but after a while, it gets really hard to refute what he says. He has some great guests on that are not bound by the MSM rules and will say what exactly is going on. He gets mad on air, he gets angry, he is pissed. And the more I look into all this, the more I get pissed. The one thing I mentioned in another thread here in the US section was the TSA and the body scanners and pat downs and everything. Jones was talking about this for about 2-3 months before it got on the likes of CNN and FOX ect. It's an important issue. And only because him and a few others kept talking about it, the MSM had no choice to pick up on it and then try to downplay it. To look at how far that alone has come , do a youtube search for 'tsa pats down 6 year old'. The invasive pat downs were too much to watch. A 6 year old, thoroughly patted down and then drug tested. A 6 year old. If that was my child I'd have gone fist to cuffs with the TSA agent. But that is all for our security. I don't expect people to like jones or listen to him. But I feel more satisfied with the information he gives than what I see on MSM. Same with Celente. When you can look at the bigger picture you start to connect the dots. And once you do, you start to understand that the wool has been pulled over your eyes. Most don't want to face the real world. Most people want to sit and watch the sports, or stupid things like Jersey Shore. It does not matter how the government is screwing you, it only matters what the next celebrity is wearing or what they say on twitter. Thanks for the compliment on calling me bright, but this is hardly the dumbest crap out there. What you get through MSM like CNN FOX CBC CTC BBC Al-Jazeera Russia Today, is nothing like what is really going on in the world. I challenge anyone to listen to him for a couple weeks then make up your minds. Quote

We are told to watch them instead of "MSM" to be more informed and objective, but are derided when we objectively conclude they are full of more crap than the "MSM". No cite? Just a brain fart then? The events that affected my soul in a direct way started in 1982 when America permitted the Israelis to invade Lebanon and the American Sixth Fleet helped them in that. This bombardment began and many were killed and injured and others were terrorised and displaced.I couldn't forget those moving scenes, blood and severed limbs, women and children sprawled everywhere. Houses destroyed along with their occupants and high rises demolished over their residents, rockets raining down on our home without mercy. The situation was like a crocodile meeting a helpless child, powerless except for his screams. Does the crocodile understand a conversation that doesn't include a weapon? And the whole world saw and heard but it didn't respond. In those difficult moments many hard-to-describe ideas bubbled in my soul, but in the end they produced an intense feeling of rejection of tyranny, and gave birth to a strong resolve to punish the oppressors. And as I looked at those demolished towers in Lebanon, it entered my mind that we should punish the oppressor in kind and that we should destroy towers in America in order that they taste some of what we tasted and so that they be deterred from killing our women and children. http://www.worldpress.org/Americas/1964.cfm Bin Laden began his message by telling listeners that the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has always been the primary cause for friction between the West and the Muslim world - a struggle which he said was getting more difficult due to European policies biased in Israel's favor. "The Palestinian cause has been the main factor that, since my early childhood, fueled my desire, and that of the 19 freemen (Sept. 11 bombers), to stand by the oppressed, and punish the oppressive Jews and their allies," the al Qaeda chief said. "We shall continue the fight, Allah willing, against the Israelis and their allies, in order to pursue justice for the oppressed, and we shall not give up one inch of Palestine, as long as there is still a single true Muslim alive." http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/05/16/terror/main4102367.shtml Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
