Layton vs duceppe, this should be interesting.

They agree this is a discussion between two Social Democrats not a debate. It is pretty funny to watch these two "Go at it".

Let me top your story with my own story about immigrants I love. BTW I love it.

Now onto immigration...will Ignatieff bring up his family's immigrant/political refugee background? I predict yes.

Yup. Agreed.

Iggy would be beating harper if harper was playing his game. Layton played it on foreign affairs and iggy took layton apart. After that it quit working for ignatieff (so far...)

Accept for the Fact Layton played to the left no the center "Bring the troops home" at which point Iggy had to say "Keep them there for 3 more years."

Oh oh..Duceppe wants more control over Quebec immigration and immigrant integration. Score another point against the coalition in the RCO.

Ignatieff brings up his family just as I thought.

Man... I paused the debate to go get a piece of pie and now I am way behind... arggh.

Pie was good though!

Ding, ding, ding! You win!

Ignatieff must be wondering why Harper isn't looking at him and into the camera.

Here comes Ignatieff with his family's woes again.

See now I am finding 'where' he is looking disconcerting. He isn't looking at the camera.

Harper looks at the leader speaking and that looks respectful to the leader speaking but when he responds he looks into the camera to address the viewers.

Should regional parties really be in a debate like this? Really? I respect Duceppe as a debater but who the hell cares about Bill 101 at this point...

Yeah, I know he's great, but he is looking below the camera and it's weird.
