Me also - It's hot in TO --- Have one AC where I sit - and one at the rear of the apartment....My chair is old but pretty comfortable...Got a couple of High Def screens...some huge JBL speakers...what can I say - just glad my youngest son works and all I have to do is walk the dogs and do the dishes - no insult on Winnipeg _ Toronto is an expensive city _ If you have a good and steady income it is tolerable - If you are like me it is a shit hole...a prison - but my cell is nice.

Real estate is reasonably priced here and in our case the house is bought and paid for and as well the dog died and the kids have long since left home.

That is where your "Canadian" web site is hosted.

Houston has a disproportionate number of obese people within its boundaries and the city itself is highly polluted.

Even if that was true. So what? Have you got tired of having your teeth kicked in via the debt ceiling?

Despite all the nay-saying from our American friends, that doomsday for the US is not imminent, these words keep coming from the White House itself. On two occasions now President Obama used the words "catastrophe" and "apocalypse".

What's a poor Canadian boy who reads the news to do?

Now I'm more reasonable in that I don't believe this will be the final curtain for America, but fact is, sensational hype like this coming from the President, his spokesman and various news outlets and internet blogs make some people sit up and take notice.

What exactly does getting treated like Captain America mean? Btw, don't you have another ti-cats game to attend? I hear the beers gonna be nice and cheap. If you have enough of them, it'll mask the stink from the inbred hicks and morons in the crowd! (cue dueling bangos)

Have you heard that Hamilton is the armpit of Ontario. :)

You mean like WMD in Iraq? ;)

Sooooo....are some Canadians just selective about which American hype they choose to believe, or does it just follow the normal breakdown along ideological and political lines?

Remember, President Obama also said that US unemployment would not exceed 8% if his "stimulus" package was passed by the Congress.

More correctly you don't want them holding it against you - could get squished!

Now that you mention it, I do resent fat obese Can-Am folk in coach seating if I have to sit next to them.

Well, Senator Coburn has a new debt and deficit plan. That plan omes after the cut, cap and balance plan from Republicans in the house. That comes after the McConnell plan, and that comes after the Ryan plan.

And let's tally up the Democrats plans. Well, zero + zero = zero. There are no Democrat plans. Heckuva job guys! Heckuva job!

Our social safety net provides expensive scooters for real FAT people - and eventually super high tech wheel chairs for the FAT old dying people _They are all over the city - so fat they can not walk - unless it`s to go into the local store to buy a lottery ticket or a weeks supply of junk food. It sure is stupid - instead of having a program to trim them down - they send them check to buy bad fast food - and give them a motor under their huge asses...It is bizarre here in Canada when it comes to obesity...it is big buisness.

It is even more bizarre in Houston. As Bush-Cheney knows the many fat folks resident in that city live on the kinds of food you talk about. Bush-Cheney should get off that pompous ass of his and do some useful.

Ah...revenge is sweet. Your writing skills seem to be somewhat lacking.
