Your assuming all new builds in this country are done by people who already own 12 homes....your talking out of that little brown speaker in your rear....thousands of Canadians are building homes for various reasons, or getting a home they finally want....but somehow according to you they don't deserve that , becasue they already own 12 homes....when the fact the majority of Canadians don't in fact they are lucky enough to own or still owe on the one home they have... Average home here in NB is 500,000 which would mean a 40,000 reduction....in your pocket, 40K is more than any government has given out....but some how your decided to look a gift horse in the mouth....

Maybe saving 80,000 on a million dollar home is peanuts to you, what you forget is you can build any size home "upto" 1.2 million. Thats money in your pocket....when has any government given you upto 80,000 dollars for building a home....

Their pick limits their aircraft available to them, currently F-35B is a good aircraft and will be for decades to come, however i'm not sure about any of the Gen 6 aircraft being able to land on them...which in another 10 years or so they will be in production...that being said not sure if they the aircraft carriers can not be modified taking out the sky ramp, or if they are long enough to launch a Gen 6 fighter....
