Carney is already talking about reducing or cancelling some of those social programs.... That and 2 bucks will get you a coffee....the question should be is what has it cost us to get to that point...

Up until lately that is exactly what has been happening, look at Canada's spending for a prime example...Will the US cut back on spending , no it has not met NATO's new goals yet, but if it does who knows...

America has been paying the bills while here in Canada we have been plotting which social program can we get next...The US has said enough of them paying the way, now everyone will have to pay, share the bill....and you think somehow thats wrong your afraid of losing your social programs...Well look likes carney will be doing that for you....and he is the guy getting it done according to the left...

This is all the left is good for Talking a good game, but what they lack is any means to execute any of their fantasies...Canada has all but chased out its military industrial machine....it has also beaten any thing to do with the military out of it's citizens...It could not even properly equip its own microscopic military of just 65,000 personal,shit it can't even look after its vets properly, unless offering them MAID as to not inconvenient the rest of the population.... One more time...The federal government runs Maritime ferries...you will need to ask the federal government, the one you helped elect...They will give you a complete break down and all the hows and whys....I've heard they have a crying room as well if your not happy with the answers you are given...oh my bad that is just at CBC... Yes because secretively the maritimes run this entire goat rodeo....from here we run the country, we make all the rules and policies...Now that you have discovered this those men in black will show up to your door, with those fancy pens and ask you to smile... The maritimes knows where it sits at the table, and we are grateful for any federal funding we receive, but rarely do we jump up and down and point at other provinces that they are getting way more than we do....so you'll have to excuse me when you accuse me of being entitled when it is YOU and others from BC pointing out we in the maritimes got something you did not....do you, do this for all the provinces or just keep this anger for the maritimes..maybe you should think on moving so you to could save 20 bucks on the bridge toll to PEI...but then again you don't have to move here just visit and you to can get the discount... Really and where does these four media organizations get most of their news from, HAMAS controls the narrative, like how many are killed, or wounded, what was bombed...etc etc. conveniently leaving out those hospitals that were bombed where HAMAS HQ's or shelters....So yes the news has to be taken with a grain of salt....somewhere in the middle is the truth.... Having federal jurisdiction over anything is not the best answer, remember this organization is not run to make money, so your service is not going to the same as some company running it for profit.... if you take the bridge you will need to drive from NB to pei,prices have already been mentioned... the ferry is from NS to PEI and costs about 91 dollars plus a fee for each passenger....however you can travel for free on standby, but are the last to be boarded and there is no guarantee of getting on... so to answer your question if you take the bridge over and then the ferry you are will travel for "free" for all Canadians traveling.......providing there is space for you and your vehicle...which most crossings are full....but in the off seasons maybe...But there is always a but, in most cases it is faster to just cross the bridge depending on where in NS you are...and it is a lot cheaper... https://www.ferries.ca/ns-pei-ferry/fares

YOU need to whine to EBY, the feds and the maritimes have no control over your provincial ferry service...no amount of whining or crying is going to change that....prices for tickets here in the maritimes are controlled buy the feds....all maritimers do is pay until that loan is paid out... I could say the same, want lower prices on your ferries tell carney to buy you some....instead of pointing the fingers at the maritimes, that had planed and prepared a business plan to which the feds approved.... And yet here we are hoping and praying for a pipeline for decades now....remember Justine told the nation there is no business case for LNG exports....and not a single dollar is spent on one...and here we sit listening to you guys cry about a small reduction in fees....while you have what 3 or 4 LNG terminals that have had federal dollars spent on........
