The question is WHY has the liberals set up a committee to examine the entire incident "if the PM can pressure The AG and nothing was done that was wrong....Why are we entering month 3 on this topic....Because the AG can not be pressured into anything in regards to applying the law.. That is not in common law as in the justice sys, that is in the rules and policies of parliament.... Yes the AG has the final say....all that being said is SNC does not qualify....watch the u tube I gave you....or read the other source, SNC would have had to turn it self in, report their crimes, that never happened, their crimes came to light after some of their CEO's went to court....there are lots of other reasons why they don't qualify....So if the new AG decides to hand out a DPA, he will have to answer to the public as to why, when it it is clear known that they do not qualify under more than one stipulations of the DPA law.....They will also have to answer to the courts

Perhaps you need to reread what a DPA is and what it is used for....in this case granting a DPA would mean the company would face a large fine, and go about their business, still able to bid on Canadian contracts....still able to use hookers and large suit cases full of bribe money...to gain contracts.... No DPA means the company and those that are guilty will face the courts, much larger fines or convictions if found guilty ....not being able to bid on all Canadian contracts for 10 years, BUT there is a loop hole they would be able to bid on national security contracts and a few more different types of contracts....so they are not totally out of the loop.... The DPA would mean SNC would face a large fine , and a case closed, still allowed to take on any Canadian contract that is out there, slap on wrist, business as usual...still able to buy off clients with hookers , and large payouts .........not having a DPA means charges will move forward in the courts, with much larger fines and or sentences to those that are guilty, no more hookers or buy outs.........At no time are the people punching the clock going to court or facing charges unless they are guilty of something, there jobs would be secured unless the company collapsed not going to happen.... ....Once again even if SNC is found guilty SNC will NOT be barred for all Canadian contracts.....so tell me again how are regular jobs threaten by this whole thing again...How did SNC fair when they were barred from any WTO contracts did they tell them were pulling out all our workers....moving our HQ....NO they wanted to leave that for their home country which has pretty much supported them with everything including their very being on the planet......Trudeau should have told them , here's your suit case I pack for you , don't let the door hit your in the ass on the way to the airport....good luck in Europe or where ever your going...and called their bluff....but then again SNC CEO's have already refuted all that, there was no moving the HQ or laying of workers, that was a liberal lie..... do you think 9000 jobs is worth breaking the rule of law....

4.5 cents was according to the liberals to get us to think of reducing our carbon foot print...experts say that they would need an increase of over 200 % to have Canadians actually reduce usage...They tried the same thing with cigs, now selling close to 20 bucks a pack.....and while the number of Canadians buying them has been reduced , it took massive increases to accomplish that and still the industry is pumping out smokes, and Canadians are still buying with taxes rates unheard of well over close to 1500% over of the cost to make is taxes... And yet nobody is getting a stop smoking rebate....or some tax dollars given back to you....they say more than you paid into it....unless you live in the country, or places where public transport is unavailable, and you travel more than 25 KM one way to work....or as the lying liberals like to say 1 out of every 5 will not be getting back what they put in... No it does not, it is highly unlikely that any jobs will be lost, like I said already, CTV news released today regardless of the outcome of any conviction, SNC would not be frozen out of all Canadian contracts...there are still many contracts already out there such as ones that involve national security and more that they can bid on and are looked at as a Canadian solution so favored....SO ask yourself would they risk everything by moving out of the country....it was a bluff Lets not kid ourselves if SNC moved most if not all their employees would find work by the end of the week in other firms.... To top all of that they can't move the HQ do to banking requirements and contracts....

I like Argus idea on the constitution, adding a little twist, Quebec would come under the same Constitution as the rest of us, As well as the Indigenous people, we would all be Canadians, all equal, with the same laws/ benefits/ policies. don't like there is the door. Justice system would be revamped totally, meaning there would be no more throwing out cases due to technicalities, if the bastard is guilty then they do they time...Serving time is serving time, meaning life means 25 years no more ,no less "guess what your suppose to be good in jail" if your not we will add more time to your sentence. Every convict will work a max of 8 hours producing something , or working on prison farm.every day, to pay for their food, and rent etc., plus do 4 hours of rehabilitation programs each day... and for those repeat or serious offenders open a prison up in the high artic, no fences or fancy alarms, want to run off there is the door...Free ride would be over, convicts would not be allowed to vote, receive welfare, old age security, or pensions form other sources, while imprisoned these would be seized and used to pay for their forced vist. they would have NO rights under the constitution while in jail... Collage Education would be free, thats right all that is required is students maintain a certain grade point average, and limited to the amount of different specialties you can take...University education would also be free, but would require a repayment program for every year in higher education program , would mean one would have to serve in a federal program of some sort. Ie a doctor would serve in a federal Hospital for the same amount of years he received in education....etc etc... Health care system would be reworked, it would be 3 tiered Private care clinics , provincially clinics / smaller hospitals, and federal hospital/ specialized care facility's such as cancer/ kids / etc. etc. The federal hospital would be a teaching hospitals employ persons form the federal education systems.... funds provinces save on medical costs could be used on education , infra structure etc... No more pandering to big business, we live in a free market society if you fail then you fail...new laws could be written to protect employees pension programs. No more cartels , such as dairy/ cheese /egg etc, ... or anything else that the government makes a killing on by selling quotas and managing pricing of products. again we are a free market nation....can't make it in business then find another occupation.... No more do you have to have millions to run for office....having money does not make you smarter nor the best person for the job.... F8888 the UN and all of its liberal programs. Note not all of there programs but most of them... Provide ALL the programs our Vets need , including establishing more vet Hospitals, care centers, mental health care...Anything they need...also add anyone who has served as a firefighter, policemen, EMT tech, Coast guard, CSIS, Border guard, anyone who has signed on to unlimited liability to carry out their jobs..... Add to our constitution that it is law that we maintain a proper equipped, and funded security depts. , RCMP, Coast guard, Border services, CSIS, DND. to meet all of our Nations defense requirements, and all defensive pact commitments. Natural resources, drive as many pipelines as needed to get our oil to market, both domestically and inter national, provide incentives to expand or build new refineries to look after domestic supply first, then inter national, take a look at all our natural resources, one at a time and make them all benefit domestic use first, like lumber 90 % of number 1/2 grade lumber cut in NB goes to the states, whats left is left for Canadians...even when the US was taxing the shit our of all lumber... Declining birth rate, funding saved from decreased immigration would go towards creative incentives to entice our Canadian adults to have more children , national avg is 1.6 anything above this the more the incentive would be.... Immigration would be reworked, make it impossible to buy a Canadian citizenship..., create a new list of requirements that would be mandatory for every immigrant to complete, and yes that would include a check if they are compatible with our nations moral values, our laws, and traditions..
