  1. And the one time harper opened up in a interview with mansbridge ,he said he is for capital punishment for heinous crimes only. He also said he would not bring it up as PM and he was raked over the coals for it.
  2. Well living in ONT is no fun. Every break we get from harper is taken by wynne. I live here I know. And one thing is for sure , trudeau gets in then the whole country will know what we went thru.
  3. Regardless of which party wins the Oct. 19 federal election, Canadians can look forward to being ripped off for billions of dollars in the international carbon trading market. Carbon trading is intrinsic to both NDP Leader Tom Mulcair’s and Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau’s carbon pricing plans, since both would use cap-and-trade schemes, supposedly to reduce Canada’s industrial greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. But even Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Conservatives -- the least worst of the three major parties on this issue -- have proposed buying international carbon credits to meet the government’s emission reduction targets. When Canada legally withdrew from the Kyoto protocol in late 2011, then environment minister Peter Kent said it would have cost Canadian taxpayers $14 billion to buy enough carbon credits -- essentially “hot air” -- to comply with Kyoto http://www.ottawasun.com/2015/08/26/carbon-credit-fraud-no-laughing-matter And just imagine if we had coughed up 14 billions dollars for Kyoto. Harper saved us a fortune. So do people want to pay higher taxes for everything just to get rid of Harper or are people so well off in this country they don't care?
  4. That was a set to show that trudeau was not a separatist, which he was.
  5. Wait for the debates to happen, especially the munk debate, where tommy will have to answer the questions.
  6. A good friend of mine is a MP and he laughs at that. They are just more careful of what they say. And yes harper expects that of them
  7. It is great to see tommy peaking early. Just wait till people start paying attention and his numbers will drop.
  8. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/canadian-politics/ndp-pulls-policy-book-from-its-website-to-make-way-for-tom-mulcairs-election-platform So mulcair has had his people take down their policies off of the web, it seems tommy has other ideas.
  9. I know a lot of vets that would do it. It seems the problem is the vet takes his money and then blows it, and it is then harper's fault. How many vets live long enough to get 300gs in pension money. What the gov should do is offer free financial services.
  10. And so does California. But it is all the anti-oil money coming to Canada from our competitors, and the left sucks it up. And guys like WIP cant grasp that. We produce 1.6%, for us even to do a 30% cut, we will all be walking. But they never discuss the 1.6%. Mean while chine gets 30 more yrs to keep pumping it out. So if people like WIP were really concerned about it, they would go after china, not Canada.
  11. Argus that is what I have wondered ,why? Is it white guilt?
  12. And when did harper do this?
  13. They need to go home and fight for what their country ,instead of just showing up on someones doorstep. Or this problem will never go away.
  14. Again you don't know and I don't know, that is why I asked.
  15. That helps a lot more then just the rich. And it not going to cost us billions.
  16. A CP reporter was on CFRA and he said they seen a report saying the teachers got a raise. And wynne said they have no money so no one gets a raise. But it was said there might have been pressure from trudeau to get it done. They did not want a strike just before the federal election. It seems some federal MP's were getting blow back about how the wynne liberals do business. So it seems a 1% check this yr and a 1.5% next yr, plus other benefits.
  17. Like the 5bil Kelowna accord. That would be gone by now and there would be nothing to show for it.
  18. I wonder how many CBC employees are members.
  19. I would say coward because it takes courage to fight. Now I am just answering the question. Depression is a evil thing.
  20. But it is all about the CBC.
  21. So martin is on the campaign trail, for trudeau and wynne at the time. What does that do to his legacy, since IMO it is a unwritten rule for former PMs to do that. http://www.ottawasun.com/2015/08/25/paul-martin-damages-legacy-standing-with-trudeau
  22. I would expect any leader no matter who they are to do exactly what harper did. Not doing it shows poor leadership.
  23. Of course the CBC will not run them. Makes it look like that have nothing to do with them.
  24. This will help out the wealthy people. Cheap day care so the mothers can go shopping and enjoy the day without the kids.
