Well that little fiasco was set up by the USA lying to their good friend Saddam and egging on Kuwait to steal Iraqi oil. It is not as biased as Fox and offers a different viewpoint. We already get too much American propaganda; why do we need more. American aggression promote anti americanism. It simply shows things more from the Muslim viewpoint. We have many good Canadian citizens that are Muslim.

It is wrong to hold it in and not speak of our displeasure with the USA and the questionable choices they have been making. Because Bush is a "little man" and has little sulking fits when someone doesn't idolize him does not mean we should not speak up, Things will never change and get better that way. The previous generation allowed Hitler liberties so as not to have his attention upon them. The world allowed him to go too far and we are now allowing Bush and co to go too far.

We have enough of the USA's biased news; why shouod we add more. Fox news is the ones that need to come up with something new to offer to be accepted here in Canada. Fox has not been banned; just didn't make the cut. Al Jazeera does offer a new view point

We don't mooch off American; they mooch off of us. I certainly am not addicted to their biased media. Why would I want to be that dumb and brainwashed??? We, Canadians have a good international reputation and make the list well above Americans as the best country in which to live.

This is a dumb statement. What intelligence does it take to always keep the same opinion; never open your mind to the points made by the other sides or the proofs they provide. Just keep acting like a turtle and pull your head into your shell whenever some evidence makes a case against your closed minded point of view. Nothing is black and white.

Invading Iraq while it was cooperating with the UN weapons inspectors; killing thousands or innocent Iraqis; costing the lives of young American soldiers and allowing others to be permanently maimed when Iraq was NOT a danger to the USA and was NOT involved in the terrorism. The terrorists came to Iraq AFTER the invasion. He has angered, justifiably, many Muslim countries and people which has allowed the terrorist to recruit many more to their way of thinking. Bush and Co have ignored Geneva Conventions; allowed the torture of prisoners of war; then allowed a few soldiers following order to take the fall for them.

That is an American publication; does not make it up tp date or correct. Although it claims to be updated nov 2004; under USA disputes Iraq is not even mentioned

Nothing that novel about it. There were many who came to Canada during the Vietnam War. We already have plenty of Americans already living here. They come for the lifestyle; Canadian go to the USA for the cash.

I will read up on that but much of our relationship with the Quebec government are unfair and should be ended. I am tired of coddling them and giving them preferential treatment all the time. Become one of us or leave but don't expect any more equalization or other welfare payments. If they can't survive on their own now; how do they expect to survive as a separate nation?
