For the life of me: I can't figure out how the Conservatives think they have better morals than those in the center or the left. Is it immoral to want to give people down on their luck a hand up or to ensure all Canadians, rich or poor, will have medical help available and affordable????? Why is it immoral to want to allow gay people the same rights / and problems that we enjoy/endure. Re: abortion; Do we want to go back to the days where desperate young girls must seek out back street abortionists where they may die or be unable to have children forever. Or young mothers who are unable to financially care for their children. I agree; that having the child and offering the child up for adoption is a better answer but not always acceptable to many. I guess being more compassionate and caring about others is considered immoral by the money hungry right wing crowd. That their preference for alcohol (a few outed alcoholic right wing leaders (no names mentioned) over marijuana. Marijuana when used and not abused is a viable safer alternative to prescription drugs with their more serious side effects.

She is too young and it should not be on the internet where who know who may find it and stalk the girl. I know at 16; they think they know what they want and what is right for them but they are still working on defining themselves. This could be something that could cause her problems down the line.

We didn't need the media to convince us that Harper is not the person to lead this country; neither are the policies of the Conservatives acceptable to Canadians that want Canada to make its own decisions rather than follow the USA wherever its aggression leads. We believe there are some things much more important than the almighty Yankee dollar.

We don't grudgingly support the Liberals; with the alternatives available we pray like mad that the Liberals win.

People who skim the news or don't really listen do often come up with a lot of cockeyed ideas of the truth. Lots of people out there still believe that Iraq had any weapons of mass destruction; that Iraq was a serious threat to the USA.

Since none of us know the full facts as well as the Liberals; let them and the RCMP be the judge of that. The RCMP would not do furthur investigating without just cause. Unlike Mulroney he lead us where we didn't want to go. Not just my opinion; Trudeau ,made the top of the list of favorite Canadians; Mulroney made the top of most disliked. MULRONEY HAD NO SENSITIVITY TOWARDS ORDINARY CITIZENS. However, I do not gloat over any of his health problems but unlike us regular citizens; he will get quick care. Just fade away. The voters gave him their verdict after his resignation but nearly sending the Conservative party into never never land.

These types of excessive payout to the top brass for short term employment are very unfair when these companies don't pay the regular employees because they can't afford it; need to stay competitive or whatever. 1.2 million pension for 7 months work; ridiculous. We see these inflated retirement payouts every day including government contract CEOs that are ridiculous when they are at the same time asking the regular employees to take cuts or no increase in wages to keep up with inflation.

That is why I would like this law to allow a certain age difference ao that it doesn't snare young males who are close to the same age. Say 5 years. Ay least it gives the parents a tool to keep older guys away from their young children.
