    A shoutout to Alain Rayes, whose motion M-124 passed last month requiring that within 12 months all RCMP vehicles  carry AEDs. A little thing hardly noticed but will save lives. Nice job. It doesn't have the force of law but it does express the will of parliament and hopefully the RCMP will follow through.
