  1. If we let the system collapse in '08 we would probably be back to growth already. Instead we are prolonging the agony and now there is a risk of currencies collapsing which will do even more damage then had we just let everything collapse in '08. Yes I would. It does need to happen, all this bad debt needs to be liquidated.
  2. I know that if the banks fail the system fails, that is what I want to happen, well I wouldn't say I want that to happen because lots of people will suffer but that is what needs to happen.
  3. Okay, I get what your saying. But do you at least understand that the Fed is a corrupt institution, that it benefits the banks over the people.
  4. Someone has been listening to a lot of Peter Schiff He is a smart man.
  5. People are against having political dictators yet they are okay with having economic dictators, that is the problem. No small group of people can centrally plan the economy.
  6. Since I am a free marketer I am against this. If we want to end our dependency on oil which I believe we should, we should stop subsidizing oil.
  7. If Ron Paul doesn't become president it is because Americans have chosen to remain ignorant towards the biggest problem of their country and that is the Federal Reserve and the monetary system.
  8. Agreed, I can't believe he missed that interception.
  9. Speak for yourself. My prediction, Ron Paul first in Iowa and it is looking like a second maybe third in New Hampshire.
  10. This could be bad, probably good for the Dollar though.
  11. I really think some you guys are looking at the economy with a flawed perspective. The problem with the economy is it is powered by debt. Around the world we use debt to create artificial prosperity, this isn't real prosperity, real prosperity comes from production. We need to end this debt based monetary system if we want to become prosperous, we have to let us(the market) decide what money is, money should have intrinsic value.
  12. ya, I'll give them the point, usually they are between 0-3 wins and 15-18 losses. I was glad Toronto didn't make the playoffs, they looked pretty good at the end of the season, I definitely didn't want them to play the bombers because I think they may of lost to them.
  13. I get what your saying and I do understand how central banks work. Thanks to Bloomberg and Fox we saw that the Fed loaned out 16 trillion dollars to foreign banks and corporations, Canadian banks did receive some of that money. That is what I mean when I say the banks and corporations are getting loans from the central banks.
  14. I know, hence why I said it is not a central bank.
  15. What he said. I would say the BIS is more of a central bank then those institutions although it isn't a central bank.
  16. I was right I am from Winnipeg so I will be rooting for the Bombers but I think the Lions got this. Then again we beat the lions a few times this season...it should be a good game.
  17. I know not all corporations get loans from a central banks, I never said they did. When banks do get loans from a central banks, they get those loans at a lower rate then what they would have gotten in the open market, they then loan that money out at higher rates to us. Central banks favour the banking industry.
  18. JFK signed executive order 11110 I am not saying there was a conspiracy to kill JFK but I am also not ruling the possibility out. But to say that it is preposterous to even entertain the idea that someone or a group of people would kill a national leader to control that nations monetary system for their own benefit makes no sense to me, of course that is a possibility. We live in what some would claim to be capitalist society, I would argue otherwise but lets just say it is capitalist. The entire economy is based on the movement of capital for investments. We gave Central Banks the ability to create capital out of nothing, they then loan that capital to commercial banks and in some cases directly to other types of corporations. They then use that capital to invest in the economy abroad. The problem with this system is it makes it easier for the big banks and big corporations to obtain capital the needed to make all the major investments. This is why we have monopolies or oligopolies in almost every sector of the economy, this is also how so much of the worlds wealth has been accumulated by a small amount of people. The current monetary/banking system favours the few, that is why we need some sort of honest money system. In a free and just society, everyone should have equal opportunity, right now the banks and big corporations have an edge over us.
  19. The global economy is failing so the banks are doing whatever they can to keep the ponzi scheme of an economy going. That is why both the Italian and Greek PM's were replaced with bankers. These bail outs will do nothing to save the economy, all that is happening is the wealth of the people is being taken away and given to the banks. We live in a fascist world and nothing will change until people start standing up to the banks, until that happens, expect things to get worse.
  20. A central banker that will accept that they can't change reality...that won't happen anytime soon. Central banking does need to end, they provide no useful service. Central banks are here for the benefit of the big banks and the corporations those banks support. There will never be any kind of free economy as long as we have bankers manipulating the monetary supply for their own gain.
  21. I will take your word for it, you sound very passionate and knowledgeable on the subject. I just don't have that kind of money to spend, downloading music off the internet is a lot cheaper...its free : )
