West Hill Warriors is offensive?
Mr.Canada replied to Mr.Canada's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Ok Kitch, fair enough. I have made some blanket statements that aren't entirely fair. However, I'd like for you to recognize that stereotypes are generated for a reason. That reason is that a proportion of whatever population does behave in a particular manner. I have tailored this statement to be as fair as possible. This crosses all races, regions and political stripe. There are stereotypes of most everything and every segment of the population. Agreed? -
Bloc riding transfers $185,000 to Liberals
Mr.Canada replied to scribblet's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
To be perfectly fair and in my new strategy of being less partisan from now on, yes, you are correct. The CBC has been more critical of the LPC lately. It started when the ADscam broke the airwaves imho. As a side not, I'm going to make an effort to be less partisan and attack the issues and not make blanket statements which I'm sure have offended some of you. -

I agree, he should be turfed. John Tory should run for mayor of TO instead. -
Learn French, Quebec orders immigrants
Mr.Canada replied to Leafless's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
If you don't like it don't move to Quebec. Very simple. Sounds like common sense to me, 85% of the population dictating to the minority. That's how it should be not the other way around like in Ontario. They are the guests. Why should Quebecers be made to feel like second class citizens in their own nation? If my french was good enough I would move to Quebec in a heartbeat, they are far more socially conservative than a lot of areas of the country. They have much in common with Alberta, being a social conservative myself I applaud that. The First Nations and the Quebecers are showing us the way. -

I was watching a mini feature about this gentleman yesterday and was reading about him today and I agree he did seem like a good representation for his riding. -

More Liberal shenanigans? Well it has been only a couple of years since Jean Chretien and Paul Martin watched $1.5 Billion dollars flow to Quebec. They certainhly know how to move some money. Just wow! -

Obama wants to Redistribute Wealth

I hope he can do it while being fiscally responsible. The man has good ideas for sure, he's just not clear on the funding. -

Toronto wants money, Toronto needs to vote with the government. How much support has Ottawa given the West when the Liberals were in power? Virtually none. What comes around goes around. Cry me a river. -

Isn't it time to slow down immigration?
Mr.Canada replied to Mr.Canada's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
As it says western European which includes France. The Newfies are of British descent and was a colony of England up until 1949 when they joined the Confederation. The Natives are assimilated as is obvious by the number of Native people in the Commons. As the last question asks, yes it would. If I moved to the arctic why would I suggest that the Inuit need to be like southerners and not hunt seals and game, they need to hunt to live and feed their families. I would need to learn the Inuit ways or I would not be successful and wouldn't be accepted into the Inuit community. The same should apply to newcomers to Canada. I for one am appalled at the conditions the First Nation peoples are forced to live in and the reserves need real attention. However the way we currently hand out cash isn't working and the money isn't getting to the people who most need it. This is for another thread. -
Isn't it time to slow down immigration?
Mr.Canada replied to Mr.Canada's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
When I speak of traditional Canadians I am speaking of Canadians of British or at least western European descent. It is these people better fit the idea of what Canada was meant to be when formed which cannot be argued as many countries were barred from entering Canada to live. That is the bar that new Canadians should be trying to live up to. So when I say assimilate, this is what is meant. Live, dress and act like Canadians of British descent to blend in. Forming ethnic ghettos remaining separate from traditional Canadians isn't helping them integrate into the social fabric. If the hell holes they escaped from were really that bad you'd figure they'd be willing to cast off their oppressive ways and embrace western life. However the second generation of ethnic Canadians are showing promise and the young ones are shunning their traditional dress which is encouraging. Yeah I'm well aware you are baiting me as I'm sure you think this isn't pc and I don't really care much for that. I don't buy into white liberal guilt as many have been duped into believing. -
Isn't it time to slow down immigration?
Mr.Canada replied to Mr.Canada's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Sorry I have yet to hear of a traditional Canadian burying another Canadian up to the neck then throwing stones at their head until they die. Islamic nations do this for such great criminal acts as being raped, being a homosexual, being in a sexual relationship out of wedlock or being of another religion other than Islam, speaking ones mind against Islam(Salman Rushdie), converting from Islam to another religion. If we are doing this across the backwoods of Canada I'd like a cite of that please. -
U.S. Presidential Elections 2008
Mr.Canada replied to moderateamericain's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Precisely jbg, precisely. I'll tell the rest of you guys this much, Jews don't trust Obama to keep Israel safe. Jews hold a lot of sway, money and vote sway. Obama would do well to be mindful of that before he wants to invite terrorists to the Capitol and Camp David for conferences. -
Flaherty vows not to shut out Ontario
Mr.Canada replied to jdobbin's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Not hold back, just give the provinces who voted with the PM their funds first while they shuffle their feet a bit on the areas that didn't. Let them know whom is serving whom. -
I find us as Canadians very lucky to have a PM that values a strong military for a sovereign nation. The Liberals would have dissolved our military and had the US military to babysit us and wipe our arse. Even though they were constantly bashing the US. Our military has become the laughing stock of the world and that isn't right. Even the Liberals finally agreed that our military was falling apart by over a decade of Liberal budget cuts. Thank God Stephan Harper has the foresight to keep us a safe and independent nation. The Liberal party doesn't hold this view.

Don't worry jdobbin is just fishing for another chance to say that our PM will call an election as soon as he delivers his throne speech... This is jdobbins fantasy...

Isn't it time to slow down immigration?
Mr.Canada replied to Mr.Canada's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Well said. We bend over backwards to be tolerant yet it's never enough. I and many Canadians agree. Their countries wouldn't change to tolerate us so why should we? Because of white liberal guilt stick we are constantly beaten with. We are handing our country over and the foreigners are laughing at our laws and laughing at the free health care and medicine we give them. They are laughing at the way we treat traditional Canadians as second class citizens while we give the foreigners everything while inciting self hatred in traditional Canadians. -

Finance Fraud in Obama's Campaign
Mr.Canada replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Exactle BC_Chick Obama has outspent MCCain (who is dubbed BushII) at least 10 times over and Obama is losing ground daily. Obama is a lot of hype perhaps isn't he? Perhaps people are finally wanted to vote for someone who has some experience which Obama does not. Biden would be the real President, Obama would just be a figurehead to give speeches. Americans are finally starting to realize Obama may not have the experience needed to do the job, after all he is a one term Senator. Americans are also starting to vote for the person who they feel is the most American. After President Bush it's hard to believe that Obama doesn't have a huge lead. A vote for Obama is a vote for hype and inexperience. -
Finance Fraud in Obama's Campaign
Mr.Canada replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Exactly Obama seems like hype. Why isn't his lead more? He losing support by the hour. He should have crushed McCain but he hasn't even though Obama hjas spent over $300 million dollars on his campaign, around 10 times that of McCain. Crazy... Americans aren't believing the hype which is Obama, it seems to be. Every ones painting McCain as BushII and still Obama has less than a six point lead over a man he has outspent 10 to 1...lol, really sad. -
Where are all the outspoken Muslims who are moderates? They cannot be found. White liberals defend them. Where are the voices of reason in the Muslim faith? Muslims are putting out death threats, hardly moderate. Moderate Muslims should be screaming about these Islamofascits but there is none because Islam has been hijacked by terror groups long ago.

Finance Fraud in Obama's Campaign
Mr.Canada replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Barrack Hussein Obama has outspent John McCain by a HUGE margin yet is barely leading MCCain. McCain actually leads in many swing states. Obama seems like a lot of hype and not much substance is what I've read. How can a man who many claim to be so popular barely leading a Rep. candidate after the most unpopular recent President. Something doesn't add up here. -

I say Merry Christmas to everyone I deal with and call it a Christmas tree. I don't care who it offends, these people are guests in my country and I won't be made to feel guilty for favoring tradition to sanitized secularism.
