  1. With a dose of copium you mean, to deal with the cognitive dissonance of your warped-reality not matching current, past or future events. ? So your cope for NATO expanding to include two new members as a result of Putin's faceplant is to imagine Justin Trudeau dancing around with pom-poms? Seems weird, but I guess that tracks for a mind like yours.
  2. So, once again, rather than copy+paste a cite that (as you say) requires 30 seconds to find, you chose to pound out a 1000+ rant of more worthless noise. That makes so much sense. ?
  3. Herbie...calm yourself. Groot is not...one of those.
  4. If it takes 30 seconds to find, wouldn't it make more sense to copy and paste a link instead of typing up three useless paragraphs of noise that don't convince anyone of anything beyond your reluctance/inability to back up your claim?
  5. Do you have a cite for that?
  6. Hurricanes are invisible to the naked eye? ?
  7. It'll never be a mandate so long as raising or lowering interest rates and the like don't magically make cars cleaner, or people to not overfish etc. ? They do bring it up. Do a quick Google search on Tiff Macklem's background, and what he has to say about climate change. I'll wait. You tell me. In your case, on this topic, you seem to be choosing ignorance when it comes to the BoC.
  8. You didn't need radars and computers to record when a hurricane came through. Folks had pen and paper back then, and they did keep records. ?
  9. It will never be a BoC mandate, for the same reason the Education Ministry isn't mandated with protecting Canada from domestic terrorism. That doesn't mean that terrorism isn't a threat to be dealt with, but beyond talking about it in class, elementary school teachers don't have any control over it, do they?
  10. No, because we've already seen what he's said about Trump in private, vs what he says on air. He's an entertainer and a charlatan, but there's always suckers out there who will believe such types. Seems to be working okay, as NATO is stronger than ever and substantially expanded, thanks to Putin's pissing all over himself. ?
  11. Tucker Carlson doesn't even believe what he says, so it's only the dumbest folk out there who do. Congrats on falling below even that low bar. It doesn't matter, because once they're in NATO, they can go back to criticizing Orban and he'll not be able to do anything about it, and even he knows that.
  12. Well, it's pretty stupid to say I'm following you when I was here before you, isn't it? One thing came before the other, but I guess even time works differently in your warped reality.
  13. You can repeat it as much as you want, but it's like screaming at the sky when the BoC doesn't have the policy tools or mandate to do much of anything about it. ?‍♂️
  14. Just watch Twitter's implosion unfold.
  15. I was in this thread before you were, dum-dum. ?
  16. Wow a whole few days! Great job! Yes but your feelings don't really matter, and Hungary's Foreign Minister already agreed days ago to back Sweden's bid. The dotted line is all that's left.
  17. "Planned panic and insanity" ?? George Soros Klaus Schwab WHO, MSM fake news, something something SPOOKS!
  18. I don't need to know anything about the Hungarian people. I just need to know they had no leverage, and that they've already greenlit Sweden's NATO bid. It seems that, once again, Tucker Carlson and your Youtube/Twitter feeds have failed to properly inform you of reality. ?
  19. I have a map of Middle-Earth.
  20. You keep saying that, but the BoC has few to no policy levers to affect environmental issues and they’re not part of its mandate. The best they can do is offer is long term economic guidance or warnings, which they have been doing.
  21. The BoC never, ever communicates in certainties, nor does any economist worth anything, so that's just dumb. The average homebuyer barely even knows what the BoC is, let alone how it operates, so the percentage of them who based their decisions on its guidance is tiny, and even then, most of the folks who are feeling the pain now are the ones who bought fixed rates 4-5 years ago, or the geniuses who opted for variable when rates were rock-bottom and had only one direction to go.
  22. Maybe you could describe those similarities, because it makes no sense to me. Biden scary, Putin not scary. Got it. ?
  23. That wasn't the deal. Turkey is still not getting into the EU.
  24. You do a pretty good job of gaslighting yourself: Like YOU said, if you have to tell the other guy he lost, then he probably won:
