No human will ever live on Mars. But we can send robots to Venus. 1. Mars has no magnetic shield. For humans, life on Mars is like living in a Microwave Oven. On Mars, the atmosphere is so thin that if your feet are 20 degrees, your head is well below zero. 3. Life on Earth has evolved for our changing environment. ===== Rather than wasting the time of smart engineers to send a person to Mars, I think we should send robots to Venus and find out what happened there. I reckon Venus can tell us more about life on our own planet Earth.
