  1. Really is that so, well I do beleive in Constitutional Monarchy not a Republic, now I think this alone is enough of a difference. Please define what an improvement is, because I am will to bet on many different subjects we will be at odds. Do you know which category I am in, please enlighten me as to what I do to enrich this country. I can tell you I do volunteer. I do my best to help my fellow citizen. So please tell me what category I fall into. While you are at it please tell me why I or anyone elese should leave this country for wanting voice an opinion on how to improve it. I may not agree with mike davis about the contraversial parts of his post, but I do agree that their is a problem with health care delivery in this country and it is best left up to the provinces on how to solve this, and keep the federal government and their proclimations from high out of it.
  2. So people can't want something better for their country?
  3. Ya right the Suzuli Foundation a bastion of unbiased knowelege. Thanks but no thanks i wouldn't want to sully my computer by visiting that site.
  4. So was there a direct comparison per unit of fuel used?
  5. Parked no grounded yes....how long did it take them to get that bucket of bolts airborne.
  6. What does that have to do with the thread?
  7. October 14, 2008 How to Steal Ohio This is a very interesting artical I suggest everypne read it.
  8. The west has been used and abused by Ottawa for years we have sent far more back to Ottawa then we have ever received. We heave never gotten anything but abuse back for it. Now you want to shut the proinces industry down, and now like always the east has played the east against the west. So if you are buy into the libs, bloc and NDPs divide and conquer mentality then so be it, but it does nothing to further Canada.
  9. Actually Albertas debt was never forgiven we where the only pronvince in Canada not to have that happen.
  10. you were reading seat percentages not the popular vote
  11. 1993 liberals won with 41% of the popular vote 1998 liberals won a majority with 38% 2000 liberals won a majority on 40% They never broke 41% but benefited by the split between the PC and the reform or alliance.
  12. You are also forgeting that they are being elected to lead as well and sometimes that means voting against the popular sentiment.
  13. Proportional representation does nothing to further democracy without a regional proportonal elected body.
  14. It was the only way the libs got sucessive majority governments for 13 years. You had your turn, now its time for ours.
  15. At one point their where polls that showed as high as 44% would consider seperation, in Alberta, then BC, Sask, and then the lowest was MAnitoba, but they were all over 30%.
  16. BUt what message are you sending by going with a liberal vote to try and stop the blue machine. I'll tell its shows that the green party doesn't matter because it cannot stop another party. By doing this May is wasting both time and money by campaigning for the greens only to endorse another party, why even bother with the green party then? You might as well all become liberals and try to get bits and peices of your platform added to theirs or ignored by them again because they have you in their pockets. May has done nothing but undermine the green party.
  17. Why would it be better it would make the greens look more irrelevant then they already are.
  18. You are living in a dream world.
  19. In doing this she is doing no favours for the Green party they may have gotten over the 10% mark in these ridings but they don't get a portion of their election expenses back or the government money per vote. With this tyoe of mentality they will never get into government.
  20. Nope I bet that if you had senate elections many provinces would elect the opposite of what is in the House.
  21. Hopefully there are a lot, I love the left vote split!
  22. I have no idea what fortier will do, or what Harper will do. Its also not about what I feel its about what montreal feels about this.
