  1. Very true, even 600 million plus of hush money wont keep this quiet.
  2. And people like you make me laugh out loud. Now yell for another hot pocket.
  3. In plain English. "I can't stand the stench of corruption emanating from this government anymore." So who's next?
  4. whether the organization — or any of its representatives — is alleged to have committed any other offences That's straight from the link you provided. That aside, it's the AG's call and given this companies very long history of illegal doings she made the right call. As for the jobs aspect, that's just BS. Any affected employee's will find employment with other firms that will step in. If jobs are such an all important factor why do we hear crickets from Trudeau about the 120,000 plus jobs that have been lost out west because of his policies? As JWR said in her testimony Trudeau emphasized the election and the fact that he's the member for Papineau. That is what this is all about, anything else is just a smoke screen. In fact, if you look at the timeline in it's entirety you can see that the Liberals snuck in their DPA law specifically to benefit SNC in the lead up to the election. I have to ask, have you even listened to JWR's complete testimony? I have, about four times now.
  5. That wont happen, the Liberals have a majority. Liberal MP's would have to cross the floor for it, and you know they wont do that. I may be wrong but I think about 30 of them would have to cross before a vote of non confidence could be held.
  6. Perhaps because I'm the guy who signed the blank cheque pledging my life to defend Canada. Oh...that's right, in your opinion that means nothing. I could ask what you'd do, but I already know the answer. You'd just flap your gums like you always do, then slither away.
  7. You keep saying this, or words to this effect, and you're wrong. Perhaps you haven't been following this too closely and missed the several times it's already been explained why a DPA would be illegal. The law as written by the Liberals themselves states that a company guilty of previous offences of a similar or same nature as the ones they are currently accused of are not eligible for a DPA. SNC has admitted guilt in previous bribery charges and as such do not qualify for a DPA. Further to that the law as written states that economic factors, such as job losses are not relevant or to be considered in the determination of eligibility for a DPA. Your continued assertion that this is just a personally motivated decision by JWR is incorrect. Her decision was made in accordance with the law as written by the Liberals, the law that she is upholding and following. The ones who are trying to ignore and circumvent that law are Trudeau and his top people. In fact, when she stated one of the laws that are relevant to this case to Butts he responded that it was a Harper law and he didn't like it, in that he was referring to a law that Harper put into play to prevent exactly this kind of corruption. So are you saying that in your opinion it's okay for a sitting government to just ignore, bend or break any laws that don't suit their agenda?
  8. But...but...but...what about their extraordinarily powerfull voices in Canadian society?
  9. Quick poll. Will the Federal Liberals become the next mini van party, or will they become the Smart Car party?

  10. There's really nothing I can say. Michelle says it all so much better than I ever could.
  11. Once other countries run out of oil, our remaining reserves will be worth a lot more. It sure will. Then other countries will march right on in and take it.
  12. Does this mean the RCMP are going to start probing Butts now?
  13. No, that's an example of you using hyperbole and exaggeration. Why don't you watch? Then you can decide for yourself. Oh! That's right, you don't actually want to know, you just want to indulge in your usual verbal fart fest.
  14. Then you obviously haven't watched any question period. If you had you'd know that Scheer has a first rate team who regularly run rings around the Liberals and decimate them.
  15. This is a great song few have heard. It's called When the Rain Came Down. If you know music right away you'll think it's Kate Bush and Annie Lennox collaborating, and you'll be wrong. It is in fact a woman from New York state who goes by the name of Happy Rhodes. As a child she greatly admired both Kate and Annie so she taught herself to sing just like both of them, extremely talented she is.
  16. What a surprise! An election on the horizon and the Liberals trot out the same old lie from 2006 once again. Oh no! Help help! Soldiers in the streets with guns!

  17. This is the first time I've heard of this but I'm not surprised at all by it. Canada has now entered a time where we're expected to perpetually acknowledge and apologise for a great many things, over and over again. It's a kind of conditioning that I believe is intended to pave the way for a new kind of control of the masses.
  18. When the video started I was thinking that she could probably rock that on an electric. And then, lo and behold! She did exactly that!
  19. Some amazing talent that so many don't know about. A female musician I happen to like quite a bit is Anna Popovitch, from Serbia of all places. She's a guitar master who's played with the best but is still relatively unknown. Of course she plays blues, and she can rip it up with the best of them.
  20. Now a fitting tribute to a classic bit of Rock N Roll. Note: I have no idea why that other video posted with the Johnny B Good one.
  21. Such an amazing voice. That's always been one of my preferred pieces.
  22. These guys are great. This is one to turn up loud. Just a great groove.
  23. Now for some Buck Rogers style tech. The Gyrojet was just such a cool concept. Who wouldn't enjoy shooting their own little rockets? This guy who posted a comment on the video about it adds some interesting info from a first hand perspective. Ok guys...Im old... because im old i have owned, fired and sold about 12 of these in my life time. some facts the 4 vent rockets are much more accurate than the two vent rockets... the round nosed rounds are standard and the semi pointed flat nose are Armour piercing. the mark one's were 13 mm and the post 68 gun control act guns were 12 mm they are smooth bore yes they fire under water and make cool bubbles. the mk1's and experimentals that made it to the markets had a flip up loading side plate the later models had the pull back loading gate like in the video With original ammo i fired about 25 years ago it broke the sound barrier at about 25 yards..nice delayed sonic boom action the us army special forces used and tested some in vietnam..they were stored at fort hood armory after the war the liaison for acquiring them for the army was ret marine medal of honor winner mitchell paige they also made a scuba underwater rocket spear gun and the cigarette rocket launcher and cigarette pack multi launcher were also real. the last known ones were surrendered to the us govt by mitchell paige at this residence in california when they came calling for them. He said he believed they were poisoned as well but wasn't sure..the multi launcher was activated by unwrapping the lucky strike pack by using the red band and pulling hard on the band to ignite and launch the whole pack. the mini rockets inside looked kind of like flechettes. yes they made machine gun versions for testing the explosive rockets were unpredictable and didnt go further than a testing phase the grandfather of rocketry ..goddard was the hero of maynard..(mba) maynard .beal associates and so he included a goddard medal and book along with the early presentation models that shipped in a red velvet lined wood case with brass mba plaque glued on the top... if you find one with black metal checkering on the side panels instead of the grips this is because the grips broke and fell off..this is common... the black factory was always semi gloss(dark) black..if it is matte black it is re-done.. I sold the last of them i had in about 2000 for about $2800 each for an experimental mk1 carbine and pistol in 13mm and include a full box of 24 armor piercing rockets with each one(The ammo shipped in a plain white cardboard ,top opening flapped box with a perforated white cardboard liner with four horizontinal rows of six rockets, the original factory boxes, certificates, accessories and manuals i could go on about the original packaging and certificate of authenticity included...but i have a life ... hope this information is helpfull.... You think they were weird...I also had about 5 dardick magazine fed revolver tround guns over the years (not "gun parts corp" parts guns but the real deals) d15,-d13,-d-11..carbine conversion...wood prototypes etc.now those were weird over complicated pieces of [email protected] that is for another post Semper fi....
  24. She's been fired. Of course the Liberals are saying that she resigned but we all know that's just double speak for fired.
