  1. 09-11-2001 Richard Perle: 9/11 attacks linked to "one or more large governments" "This could not have been done without help of one or more governments," Perle told The Washington Post on Sep. 11. "Someone taught these suicide bombers how to fly large airplanes. I don't think that can be done without the assistance of large governments." now where did he speak to washington post from? anyone know? anyway he does appear to be attempting to link 9/11 with a government of one country , minimally, rather then a 'rogue network', so clearly the spin, sales pitch had begun, right on sept 11th.
  2. No , police should not be used a "political participants" That's not there job or there place in society.
  3. it's not just limited to foolish reasoning, it's out and out lack of knowledge and a total lack of willingness to inform oneself.
  4. gas prices have nothing to do with morality.
  5. You find the structural collapse normal but yet know absolutely nothing about even the most elementary concepts in science as shown by your quotes below: So, I would advise readers to ignore the parts of your posts that imply that you actually know something about science. PN, truly, why do you bother?? I admire your patience, but, ........... BTW: riverwind "The only people who find the symmetric collapse 'unusual' are people who don't know anything about structural engineering." clearly you are referring to your own lack of knowledge. Quite clearly.
  6. Structures, such as these tall buildings, are not built with a lot of redundancy. That means the failure of one support can trigger a near-simultaneous failure of another support which, in turn, triggers the failure of another. This domino effect can cause all supports in a building to fail almost simultaneously which leads to a near symmetrical collapses like we observed on 9/11. ya know what riverwind?Buildings such as this are built with mucho mucho redundancy! I wish you had even an iota of a clue, of what you speak? EVERY building is built with redundancy factored in for safety reasons. Your entire premise is completely false. You remember that Eager report, even he acknowledges the WTC buildings were built with lots of redundancy. IMO, you know nothing about construction, PERIOD! Your whole scenario is faulty, flawed and sheer quackery. The egg-crate construction made a redundant structure (i.e., if one or two columns were lost, the loads would shift into adjacent columns and the building would remain standing). The WTC was primarily a lightweight steel structure; however, its 244 perimeter columns made it “one of the most redundant and one of the most resilient” skyscrapers.1 not to speak of it's massive core columns!! “one of the most redundant and one of the most resilient” skyscrapers. “one of the most redundant and one of the most resilient” skyscrapers. that reference came from here 1. Presentation on WTC Collapse, Civil Engineering Department, MIT, Cambridge, MA (October 3, 2001). do some homework for yourself, ok? nevermind the super reinforcement of building number 7! non-credible, completely, just like the official story.
  7. Kimmy: my reference to" to bad it took main stream media so long", was because mainstream trumpetted the BS lies and propaganda for so long, when a great , great many others, had long, long realized Lynch/Tillman, Iraq intelligence ,were all BS, propaganda operation, or psy-op. Now some years later the media finally reports on it. as you are aware. The mainstream mass media overall has failed to serve the public, but served the Bush administration wonderfully.
  8. What we will have to brace ourselves for is the coming insanity of the Democrats, who will stop at nothing to grab the reins of power. Bush acted with the best intelligence they had at the time, and several other main countries' intell agreed with the U.S. These are simple facts that keep getting ignored by the Bush Derangement crowd. But the Dems, who were quite bitter about the impeachment hearings of Clinton, want revenge on the Republicans. Add to that the 2000 election, and then the 2004 election, and you have some enraged liberals out there who will do anything to take down Bush. Hell hath no fury like a sore loser. Edit: I hope you don't read crap from Goering and Hitler, they are lunatics. Please read my Goering quote, then tell me who else said virtually the same thing?? It went like this..... ""Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists." Cause in doublespeak Bush admin style there are only two types of people, right? ""Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists." so your either with us or against us. The simplified language of propaganda. Which appeals to those who don't think, just react and jump to conclusions Then judge who exactly is the lunatic?
  9. Men do this but not as much as women. One of the few occupations where women earn more than men is in fashion modelling. Women and gay men are the overwhelming sufferers of eating disorders. But I'm not certain that these facts are related to my main point. This is the meaning that I intended. which, my friend is exactly what you are doing, you are discerning. Which as i already said is not limited to women.
  10. August1991 I have various thoughts on this thread but it seems that Charles Anthony was one of the few to notice that the OP makes two points - and the first is a false OP. everyone" discerns", man or woman, discern, simply means to perceive:dis·cern (d-sûrn, -zûrn) v. dis·cerned, dis·cern·ing, dis·cerns v.tr. 1. To perceive with the eyes or intellect; detect. 2. To recognize or comprehend mentally. 3. To perceive or recognize as being different or distinct; my intellect tells me your promoting a nonsensical arguement based on your own biases. I am sticking by my original contention, you have woman issues, IMO you perceive woman have become to empowered and influential in society. You are woefully wrong. just look at the judgements here you make, the discernments, based on your perceptions.... "Women are engaged in a wasteful competition. They compete to be perfect. Many women know that such a competition is pointless but they can't leave it." men do the same dam thing, they preen like there is no tomorrow, look at themselves in the mirror, fuss over there hair, etc., men compete for women , for work, and you attribute that to woman only??? simply not credible.
  11. notice how quickly sheik mohammeds "confession" went away? Heck that confession, inc. everything but the kitchen sink, even the Americano's were distancing themselves from it afterwards. I mean the guy confessed to crimes (crime ) he couldn't have committed, because he was incarcerated. What does that tell you? That when tortured, someone will say anything to make the pain stop. not credible. Bin Laden's confession? laughable, since there were two of them, contradictory, so forget about that. Silverstein confession was defintely the most credible, as it was freely acknolwedged.
  12. The real question is how many people aside from you actually believe they committed fraud and murder. We may have to brace for an influx of insanity. at one time the german people, believed as you do, that all was right in their world, and the fuhrer, was a leader, promoting the cause of Germany. The german people soon found out there fuhrer, commited fraud and murder. As America's fuhrer is. We will soon brace ourselves, finally, for the coming sanity, and realization, of the fraud and mass genocide of Iraqis, for false reasons, perpetuated by a country, for strategic and resource gain. The insanity unfortunately has been prevalent for to long, along with mass hysteria induced by excessive propaganda, not simply limited to the jessica lynch/pat tillman side show, but inc, and largely to blame the 9/11 fear and hysteria show. ""Naturally the common people don't want war: neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist distatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." HERMANN GOERING, HITLER'S works even in America, beautifully I may add, beautifully.
  13. Thats is not a fact, that is your imagination. So why is the US the world leader in school shootings perpertrated by bored middle class men/boys? riverwind, you are again trying to simplify a complex issue, by blaming guns. For instance, it was clear this young man had mental health issues, which perhaps, should have been addressed, or more adequatelely addressed. Then the school security was way off the mark. WAY off the mark. if this young man had mental health issues, should he have had access to a gun? laws pertaining to that?? what your trying to claim is no guns , no gun deaths, or less guns , less gun deaths. Drugs are illegal, do we have no drugs?? (heroin, cocaine etc.,)
  14. Excellent attempt to whitewash woody's faux pas. However, if someone said "Bushs' home state must be proud of him", and I were to pipe up with "Yeah, Alaska must be proud of him", would you make the same allowances for me and claim that I really meant that ALL of America was proud of him? It's unfortunate that some people can't admit it when they make a mistake. Not to point fingers or anything, but perhaps some people make so many mistakes that if admissions accompanied every single one, it would be one large series of statements and admissions? Perhaps that's the reason other people want to help pull one's irons out of the fire too. scott: it's just the facts, and it is posters such as yourself, that can't grasp that. the title, says Tillman AND Lynch, Lynch was 'rescued'(which is bs) in IRAQ, further making woody's discussion of iraq applicable. it is yourself and other posters who have made the error and cannot accept it, by failing to actually read what was written.
  15. Of course. Every country has social misfits with grudges. But only the US makes it easy for them to get access to weapons that can be used to kill a large number of people in a short period of time.America's obession with guns kills - no matter how must you try to spin it and rationalize it. "social misfits" don't need guns to kill, if that is what they intend. They can kill with axes, baseball bats, pry bars, knives, and so forth and so on. The weapon of choice is irrelevant when the intent is to kill, killing will take place!
  16. Says the person who believes the government pulled off 9/11. LOL Is that what I believe? Now you are a mindreader?? wow! and arrogant to boot? is the topic 9/11?? i don't think so? I am playing by the rules are you?
  17. I disagree, let's review...... title of this entire thread. Lynch and Tillman, more U.S. military lies 1ST post:NEWBIE WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The last soldier to see Army Ranger Pat Tillman alive, Spc. Bryan O'Neal, told lawmakers that he was warned by superiors not to divulge -- especially to the Tillman family -- that a fellow soldier killed Tillman... 2ND post Guthrie: the entire Iraq invasion has been nothing but lies and frauds perpetrated on the American people - from WMD to Iraqi welcoming parades to Heroic girl truck drivers 'Wag the Dog' on juice what is clear upon reading the title, then the subject which is misrepresentation or "Military lies" re: Lynch and Tillman it's quite clear what Guthrie is responding too, if other posters would ACTUALLY read what is posted, which guthrie did. he is responding to lies and misrepresentations visited on the populace and expanding on that thought, by including the BS and propaganda, inclusive of the iraq propaganda. when my child was younger, and learning to read, I implored, read what is there, NOT , what you think is there. Too many posters did not read what was there, and read what they wanted/thought to be there.
  18. There has been NO feminizing of western civilization, so let's get off the woman blaming. What it is IMO, is a general dumbing down overall. This has nothing to do with feminizing, nor right vs left, so get rid of all that rhetorical crap, also. I find in generally ,not to be snobby or superior, but most people are uninformed, illinformed, don't inform themselves, are generally lazy and would rather have others do things for them. No i am not speaking about people receiving social benefits payments I am speaking of a vast segment of the population. They are non-participatory, busy watching t.v , playing video games, gambling on-line, a general dumbed down, non-participatory poulace. re; " "Women are obsessed with status. And now Western Civilization has followed suit." this is a hugely insulting assumption! Take a look at men and their status obsessions. "A society of women is a society of the rules of protocol. Women discern. They decide the acceptable and the unacceptable. Women are primarily concerned with selection and choosing." more assumptions "Such a society is static at best - it has no future. The competition to win is impossible since if everyone wins, the rules must change - otherwise how to have a winner? We can't all be beautiful, or thin. How clear can one's skin be? What was once "beautiful" becomes merely ordinary." even more assumtions and insults "Women seek a way to decide, to put someone or something on one side of a line and someone or something else on another. Women are cruel." women are cruel?? yeah, they have that all locked up, and men are considerate and kind all the time, right??? "It disturbs me that women spend so much on cosmetics and cosmetic surgery. It is a feature of Western society, and it is imitated elsewhere as "modern". In the West or East, excepting maybe gays, men don't feel the same compunction." And that has nothing to do with men or marketing eh?? Women want to set a standard. They want to discern. Women want to be perfect. They want to compete. Reading this, I think someone has women issues, and if your a woman, god help us! But I am a woman, and that'a alot of crap!
  19. Seems to me that calling a war lost while it's still being fought is traitorous. And hyperbolic. seems to me, that calling a war lost, when it is lost, is merely "telling it like it is". Face the facts, the war in iraq is lost, but then, unless one is delusional, one can't ever believe then intent was for it to be won.( to free the iraqis) (except to be won, by big oil, brit/us interests, military interests)
  20. Ahem...Corporal Pat Tillman died from friendly fire in Afghanistan, not Iraq. Prepare for the dancing reply. FYI: on my reading I don't notice that Guthrie said Pat tillman died in iraq, how could you read that? Unless you wanted to?
  21. too bad it took main stream media so many years to catch up. Tillman/ Lynch, have been BS ops from the get go.
  22. BTW: You haven't PROVEN your claim on this forum re: " 90% of the violence is sectarian terrorism directed against iraqis by iraqis. " Where did you get the 90% stat?? Pull it out of a hat? Nor have you substantiated this rhetorical claim "The only reason US troops are still there is because if they leave, havoc will ensue. " To believe your statement, we would have to believe this, that the US troops being in iraq, has caused a sea of calmness and tranquility, and if they leave havoc will ensue LOL. Do you see the ridiculousness in your claim, likely not? You can NOT prove that this is what will ensue if the troops leave, unless you are claiming psychic abilities? The only thing we KNOW FOR SURE is since the US invaded and occupied , havoc has ensued! everything else is nonsense, as purveyed by yourself. I think it is yourself that should move along, get informed, and stop making nonsensical hysterically funny, demonstrating your own foolishness, type claims.
  23. http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums/index.p...&CODE=01&HID=17 I figured as much. Hot Air and little else...... au contraire , I extoll you to do your own research for yoruself, for your own benefit, not mine. Also I refuse to get into a pointless debate with someone like yourself. Of course you do, and for good reason too. Because if you state a fact and can't back it up, it generally means the back up doesn't exist. I know that, you know that, and everyone who reads this thread knows that. I think we can move along here, absolutely nothing to see....... Of course, there isn't for you. despite numerous leads I gave you? I can't babysit you and refuse to babysit you. The immature will stay immature if they continue to be babysat. Interesting in your quote ,you leave everything out, I posted to get you started on your learning experience. very interesting..... here it is again, now get started, or you are acknowledging you know nothing.? and don't want to know anything, outside of your extremely rigid box? maybe your afraid.? " tell you the information is out there, check out human rights researchers/organizations, etc., Also the African press may be helpful to you. also read up on Paul Kagame, even know who he is? know where he trained? by who? Fort Leavenworth, Kansas- by the US military? why would the US train a Ugandan in the US, to lead a rebel army, against Rwanda. when the peacekeepers were present? why did Romeo Dallaire ensure the elected Rwandan leader had to deal with Paul Kagame the terrorist backed by the US military.??( by legitimizing his "rebel" army) interesting little tale about an airport....." have fun, help yourself, learn, don't waste my time, with your nonsense.
