  1. I have listened and read many of Wild Bills posts over the years. I happen to think he is off base on this...
  2. Release the 911 tapes. I need to laugh some more..
  3. its gotta be embarrassing to the people of Toronto that they actually elected Rob Ford for Mayor.
  4. LMAO... Rob Ford.. LMAO... Rob Ford LMAO... I need a Halloween Costume.
  5. Well, actually, I would like someone to guide me on what happened to the Wildrose since I thought they would be in a dogfight with the PCs??? And now it looks like their votes vapourized.
  6. I am surprised that the NDP have moved into 2nd place in the polls in Alberta, with the Libs in freefall and the Wildrose having lost its lustre. Its still along way to the next election, but what else can we talk about if a coronation is happening ... again
  7. Every year its the same bellyaching.. LOL
  8. Could the left hate Insurance people instead Seriously, this is one of those Crazy Palin type threads. Made up by the Looney Right. Great for trolling and could make the original poster a candidate for Fox News.
  9. As an FYI I am surrounded by Numerous Military Manufacturers making products for..... guess I can't go any further.. Things are tightly monitored in that regards.... Its quite surprising what transferable product is used/adapted for military purposes and has to be kept secret.. I am always surprised when I discover another manufacturer meeting the procurement requirements.
  10. We have been there before and can do it, but the costs are enormous. All the technology is and always will be kept stateside regarding the most vital aspects of the aircraft. Other then that, any American Military Aircraft company could build in Canada. There is NO Canadian company that I am aware of that builds fighter jets and puts themselves open for bids. This has left us at the mercy of price gouging by American Military Manufacturers and dependency on the US. With regards to Military Ships, they can be built here and can build to any spec given. Whether we want to do that or not is a choice. Or we can become like those 3rd world countries that really on 1st and 2nd world countries to sell them their military assest... next thing we can is hire Mercenaries just like they do and like the US now does .... Is that because the Mercenary soldier is better? Answer me that Army Guy?
  11. Bravo NDP. This is going to get REALLY funny over the next 4 years. lol.... Luckily they are facing the bench strenght of the CPC and have to deal with such winners as Bev Oda and Diane Finley.... etc..
  12. Ironically, our Prime Ministers Totalitarian stances and Patronage Appointments appear to be leading into that level of Control, never seen before in Canada. A first For Contempt A first for Proroguing to avoid consquences of actions. A First for Proroguing to avoid Criticisms of actions. A First for G20 security excesses and abuses to create a "Show" for the World. And creative uses for faster Border accessibility by using funds to build a Gazebo in North Central Ontario... a few hundred miles from the border. It doesn't sound like Cuba.... It feels like the movie Terry Gilliam Movie .. Brazil
  13. Great to see that Harper lower the bar for his group of hacks and losers.
  14. Sure it was, Good to see Harper can insult us with his appointments of these unelectable losers.
  15. I find your comments better then the article itself.
  16. These are Great Senate Appointments.. Long live the Senate. 3 Cheers for 3 Losers..
  17. R u going to have a By Election in Ottawa Orleans where the Conservative Candidate, a multi time MP had that he held a Degree and he didn't graduate his University? Oh yeah, there is no noise about that... and he had already been elected so its ok that his was an outright ...
  18. I guess you never heard of Brian "YOU HAD A CHOICE SIR" Mulroney in what is regarded as the first and last knockout punch in Federal Debates.. Scribblet, why so lame? Truly, .... your but the liberals ... is a sad broken track record... Much like the Conservatives of today.. Sorry lot they are..
  19. Theres a line of Toro Kaka... He HAD to APPOINT 3 LOSERS in order to get an Absolute Majority... and obviously there were no other Qualified Candidates for appointment. Just 3 Proven Losers and some of those losers were rejected more then once.. Truly sounds in the best interest of democracy.
  20. You buy your meat products from a shelter?
  21. IF that is a LEFTIST ONLY CLAIM then give them the thumbs up. Only a naive person would not believe that the war in Iraq was about oil. Always paid world prices and the Saddam Era Iraq always supplied. First Iraqis with Cheap oil then the world. But regardless of that, it was about Control, not about selling to the world markets. Regardless, those on the lunatic right are useful idiots.
  22. We don't have "Regional Representation" We have Party Partisan representation from Regions of the Country that don't reflect the needs or requirements of the Region. The Senate has not been used in the way it was designed and that is why no one will miss it. No one. I understand your idealism for the Senate, but its just not the way it works in Practice. THe CCF figured that out in the 1930s.... Here we are 80 years later and its the same old same old. Unless you really Believe Manning Represents Newfoundland, he's only be rejected twice and the 2nd time in a Majority Conservative Sweep. The Senate has been a deceased institution for over a century. The Public doesn't even like Federal Elections, why would they want the burden of an elected Senate. More willl just tune out as its designed for the elite anyways. One might think that Manning won the better deal by losing... In the meantime, I say call the RCMP because there its pretty obvious Harper cut a deal to the 2 Senators that they could keep their jobs if they lost. Unless you believe Larry Smith finishing a distant 3rd represents Quebec ... in the Senate
  23. Um, no its not Absolutely necessary. Infact the Senate has proven its not necessary at all.
  24. " Later that day, Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall, a supporter of the prime minister, came out and said the appointments actually do the opposite. Wall said the point of Senate reform is to have a more democratic institution. The latest appointments, he said, will likely fuel longstanding questions about whether the Senate is even necessary . "
