A filibuster by Liberal MPs on the Ethics committee has successfully postponed a vote to open an investigation into the WE Charity scandal.

Also, the WE Charity is not a registered lobbyist which means their access to Trudeau is well outside accepted and legal channels. How can this not be political corruption as well as an ethics violation.. to the tune of at least $43,000,000.

WE Charity was in financial trouble well before COVID. But even as they were in breach of their bank covenants, they flowed funds out of the charity and into the Kielburgers' for-profit company at a level Canada's charity watchdog had never seen before. Trudeau's Liberals filibustered the Ethics Committee preventing a vote on themotion to investigate Trudeau’s $900M Scandal. If they have nothing to hide, why are they doing this.

Charlie Angus NDP @CharlieAngusNDP We learned today that WE was floating a proposal prior to when @JustinTrudeau made his public announcement on student/volunteer scheme. What was in the proposal? Who did they give it to in the PM? It raises questions as to whether WE had the inside track.

Yes, but on top of this there are numerous incidents of white people being attacked and assaulted for no reason. If they don't put a stop to this soon people will fight back which could leave to a civil war. Sounds like a stretch but it's looking that way, at least in the U.S.

And, how does a charity that collects funds for schools and clean water in the 3rd world end up with $43.7 M in Toronto real estate?

Of course, but really, what was the point of the whole thing anyway, except to spread mega bucks to all corners of Liberal la la land. Some good points here… https://www.macleans.ca/politics/ottawa/who-makes-the-decisions-in-justin-trudeaus-ottawa/ Recruiting a secretive and litigious charity to disburse hundreds of millions of dollars in a novel program of untested design was a terrible idea whether or not Trudeau was there. And unless we understand how it happened, we can’t be sure such things won’t happen again. Indeed, it’s prudent to suppose they will.

That's B.S. they got a larger % of the popular vote than the Liberals, and with a new leader they will have a much better chance. That being said, liberals don't seem to mind a corrupt PM which speaks to their morals, or lack thereof.

Trudeau should resign, this is way too shady. where are his advisers, was there no one in Cabinet who thought it was a bad idea, most of all,why did Trudeau not recuse himself. Now we know Morneau’s daughter is also connected to WE Charity. How many more Liberal cabinet ministers are in a conflict of interest. I don't see how an election could be held during a pandemic so likely this will save him.
