Just pointing out bad logic. For instance, the government is still predicted to run a deficit this year...selling assets and withholding budgetd service funds just prior to an election to bump up first quarter numbers in an attempt to fool voters doesn't change that.

and long time political observers know how often pre-election surpluses turn into post-election defiticits!
