Pretty strong statement. Back it up. Prove to me that there was no WMD or material in Iraq and that there is not now. Otherwise do some research. MORE MUMBO JUMBO LOL BTW, if you read this full report you will see why Bush and the rest of the planet was led to believe that he did indeed have WMD. I know you won't as nothing will get in the way of your unfounded opinions (Mass Jewish Anti Muslim Conspiracy as an example) but at least you could maybe make us a drawing or something while us big people discuss this matter using the evidence we can bring to light. "Document Mumobo Jumbo"?????? Well then, guess you lose this argument by making that statement as documents mean nothing to you. It's a fact the US is in Iraq and that's that. No supporting or challenging documents are worth a thing to you so the fact they are there means you have lost.. Scince documents such as Geneva Convention , UN law, UN resolutions are all considered "Mumbo Jumbo" to you; C YA

Un Faulted For Poor Security In Baghdad
KrustyKidd replied to Morgan's topic in The Rest of the World
Scince the US is running the show there I would imagine that they will give authority only to a nation they have something idealogiclly in common with and has the manpower. That usually is one of the "nice guys." It is not a moral judgement but only common sense. Do you think the US went to all this trouble only to turn it over to Iranian Peace Keepers or the French? What if indeed? Cross that bridge when they come to it but for now just as you observed they are stabilizing the country so that free elections can happen. Good eye Riff! -
Riff, why do we have to go over the same stuff time and time again? Here, this is the last time I will cut and paste this for you. Next time I will just refer you to it. All "usable material, including related material, equipment, and facilities." In order to make your point true nothing related to WMD or their manufacture could be found. Here are two reports, the first from Kay and the second from Blix. Material A P L E N T Y Kay's report; Now Blix's report; Last time I am doing this for your benifit Riff. Now as for hordes of WMD themselves ready to be launched in a half hour or whatever you will have to ask Bush himself as I know nothing about that save that he did have that capibility at one time. Here I have shown you (for the third or fourth time) that he never gave up his programs but rather hid them. Why would he hide them Riff? Could it be that he was thinking of continuing production once the US had left the area? And why would he do that Riff? Maybe to intimidate his nieghbors (who had very small third and fourth rate militaries) with his very large third rate military and a few Chemical or Biological weapons?
-
The proof for the WMD material showing how Iraq was determined to continue on with it's WMD programe has been found aplenty and is detailed in both Blix's report as well as Kay's. As for WMD I know as much about that as do you. They were there at one time and now have not been found. To me that is a problem that Bush has and will have to deal with sooner or later. Now back to the errant statement you made. Read your own stuff. The pentagon is taking it on their own to feel out setting up draft board advisors or whatever. Nowhere in this does it detail anything about the administration saying squat. Nice try at the ol disinformation game. BTW, it's all over the news about the reserves being called up because that is true, the rest is a fabrication. The pentagon is not the administration so don't try to put words in their mouth to suit a false argument.

I think you are over reacting a bit here. This is a human interest story, you know, entertainment. It was not the conservatives that made a movie or a book but rather people who saw a story and pumped it to make money. As for Lynch herself, why not make a buck if she can, she is certainly not hurting anybody. I don't imagine that she will run for President on her "War Record" in 2024 so it's like I said, human interest. If you desire real reporting and less of these types of stories then watch 20/20 instead of the movie (which BTW is not factual 100%). Which is it? Conscription or reserves? I have not heard anything about conscription so perhaps you could provide the evidence or retract this errant statement before some of the more impressionable no minds pick up on this and make a conspiracy theory out of it.

We are competing with Mexico here. Better watch out or we may find our greatest industry to be selling cheap silver medallions on some beach in Newfoundland to really really rich American tourists.
-
The money we do not spend on the military in proportion would be the equivilent of the US having an extra $300 Billion to spend on all sorts of stuff. Meanwhile they live better than us.
-
Riff, you are a typical irrational, emotional liberal. I have no idea if you are a liberal but you are the rest. Logic dictates that those who do not respond ......... don't respond. Maybe because they are secret agents of OBL, maybe they are undercover US agents or maybe they just don't give a shit. Now back to your hypothetical survey. 1. burn to death 20% 2. don't give a shit 10% 3. dont give a shit 22% 4. don't give a shit 17% 5. be left alone 31% So what we are left with is 20% want homos to burn to death and 31% should have them be left alone. Not an overwhelming majority on either side but shows that there is a lot of room to work on. Both for firewood sellers and pink polyester pant manufacturers. And ... those who take polls. Get an argument that makes sense and bring it to us please, otherwise you are just ranting.

Un Faulted For Poor Security In Baghdad
KrustyKidd replied to Morgan's topic in The Rest of the World
I agree. The US should wait for a UN force to show up that is able to take over and allow Democratic Rule to be implemented. Until such a force is able (or even tabled LOL) then the US must stay in place. BTW Riff. Get out your Janes and tell us all what conglomerate of forces can do this, then subtract those that are communist, take away those who have their own dreams of financial colonialism and then come back. Then we will discuss who amongst those will even think about showing up, In the meantime, let's stick to realistic subjects. Like how democracy is slowely taking place in Iraq, much to the chagrin of those who's sole reason to live is to say "I told you so." You know, the same ones who mistakenly said the US would get bogged down during the ground war back in April. It really must suck to be wrong, time after pessimistic time. Ever wonder that you might be on a bad roll? BTW, finding troops would free the US to free Syria or Iran. Keep us updated. -
Ya, the masses are too dumb to figure out that this is a permanent situation. The US will be there forever and like Arabs do, the ruling council will have time to become Liberal and spend their time (for the next thousand years or so) making laws on smoking in bars, anti gun legislation, HRDC grants, cultural trips abroad for foreign terrorists, fat expense accounts for ethics commisionaires and such, No real progress will be made, just guys shooting at guys. Hey, and the husbands and mothers of the kids who now have a school to go to will spend their off time bombing the new facilities that have been built so their children can learn how to grovel in rubble. Nope, nothing will come of this. They liked being grabbed off the street by Saddam's guys better, all the neighbors watching in fear as some guy's wife gets dragged away for a little "action." That's the Liberal way I suppose?

Center with sense? Party wise I loved Reform mostely because of Manning and barely tolerated CA after they shafted him. Definitely not Liberal or NDP as both parties seem to be Realisticly Challenged and don't mind spending liberal amounts of money to show it. I was a member of the CA until my local MP proved herself a little piggie unlike many of her fellow CA MPs when she snorted her approval for her own raise. She won't see my vote again even though her hubbie is my dentist. I would have voted for Lewis MacKenzie if they could get him or any leader with a bit of integrity and a sense of practicality. Harris was such a man, as is Kline. Another leader would be a CEO of a SUCESSFUL company however to find one with a political track record is an extremely rare occurence indeed. I will tell you how I am going to vote this election as it stands now. I will vote for the local MP who is going to make my home life better, and the hell with the country. When the right can get their act together and challenge the University Proffessor type leadership we have trying to run this dynamic country only based on some sort of classroom Bizzaro Theory then I will pay more attention to them. As for now, the right proves themselves to be just what they are; kids fighting for empty bottles in a ditch.

All but drafted as one of the few poltitians in the country who is trusted by anybody and he bails. Thanks Mike, I can understand that he may not want to but isn't that the problem? Nobody is doing this political thing out of sense of duty, but rather sense of self. He was one of the few who seemed to have a higher ideal. Now he lets us all know that we don't rate his time or desire. He leaves us with "Son of Cretien," who like his senile boss, figures the country is one big cow to be milked in a Country Wide Liberal Masterbation Extraveganza in order to perpetuate their own self rather than what is right. Harris leaves us with this? Just want to let you all know that I think the same of him that he thinks of us. Dirtbag.
-
Personally, I would like him to stay for a bit. It would be a dream come true for him to suffer a stroke in Parliament or while blowing a gasket answering an edged question by a reporter. Then we could have a video record of him drooling into a paper clip dispenser or defacating himself in public. This is the essence of his legacy anyhow, why not give us a permanent visual record?

CK, I would like to refute a few of these claims however know that you did not write it as it obviously was an editorial of some kind. and am afraid that you will just respond with unrelated info overload from more publications rather than join in on a potentially active discussion. As a parry I will counter this quote and hope to show the biased nature of the article in question; . And now, unlike before, the perpetrators are taken off active duty, charged, stand trial and find themselves in Lavenworth rather than still on active duty.

Very good. I like the statement of fact that there was no Intifada before this as well. I would however, like to interupt the discussion by saying that Israel did not "seize" these lands per say but rather counter attacked across and through them. Being a rather small country it justifiably saw fit (through the continued beligerence of the attacking parties) to keep the land as a buffer. It then became a "platform for Israeli expansion at the expense of the population residing in the territories." "Bombing stops, occupation stops." Good in theory but many Israelis have built lives around their homes in Occupied Territory, they do not want to leave and it can be argued that they should be given the right to remain in peace. It should be noted that they carry considerable clout politically as well. This question sounds luducrus for both sides however Settlements are a sticking point for both sides. Do you think the Palestinians would allow them (Settlers) to remain and become Palestinian Citizens in any peace settlement? If so, how safe would they be?
-
Yes, we all know that as it is an itregal portion of the conspiracy discussion. Thank you for mentioning it again though. As I said before it is not difficult to understand that the Bin Laden family had an alibi; they were making money, a lot of it at the time this occured, well known by the higher echelons of business and government I would doubt that their loyalty leaned even remotely towards Fundementalism. As well, you don't think that they had already been looked at very closely in the decades before while OBL was fighting Americans in Somalia and elsewhere? I have no doubt that they were wisked away for their own protection knowing that they left hundreds of billions of dollars as an unofficial bail bond should they need to be asked or required co-operation of any kind.

One of the reasons I give credence to the storey of Jesus is because when he arises from the dead he is a good guy. He doesn't go out and kill those who screwed him around and set fire to the world in retaliation, he is just peace itself. An example. If he were a character in pretty much any fable or legend he would have risen from the grave and scorched the earth with fire and brimstone while turning people into blocks of salt and such. Then put it our with a flood or two. What does this have to do with conspiracies? Lots. You don't fake something like this so that you can bomb a bunch of mud huts and fire some beard seeking missiles at a tribe of stinky, pre-medival woman haters. Second, you don't kill three thousand of your own so that you can go over to Iraq and spend two or three hundred billion on a rebuilding project. You don't do something like this so that you can spend a few nail biting weeks wondering if some action will get approval at the UN ...... You bomb, and bomb, and bomb until there is nothing left of whatever it is that you wanted then take it over completely with no pretentions of humanitarian aid, rights, constitutions or whatever. And everybody says you did the right thing because you don't wait, you do it while sentiment is on your side. Completely the opposite of what happened.
-
I guess you don't read the ones that prove it was unjustified. I'll read anything put in front of me provided it is either an official report or from the mainstream media. I will also consider Left or Right wing rags provided the info can be correlated by a reliable source. Please show me some of these articles and like the rest of us do, try and make it easy by giving logical formats and relevent comments along with it to show how it relates to your beleifs. Avoid the tmeptation for info overload so that issues cannot be addressed in detail with proper attention given to each point. This is the reason for threads. Thanks and hope to have some good discussions with you.

It is their country now abeit under temporary US occupation until free elections can occur. Here is what happens to the average Iraqi if he is not a member of the Regeime. I suppose that you feel that most Iraqis just love their old government, one that does this to children? This incidently was the motivating factor in al Raheiffs action. Nothing like a benevolent government to watch over your kids. IRAQI HEALTH CARE SYSTEM (MEMBERS ONLY)

Just wondering, am I, a man who is not fully bilingual, a victim of racial profiling or lingual profiling? I mean, am I less of a person because I may know how to speak and understand a second language but ever so badly? To put this in context, would Harris not being white preclude him from being PM? Of course not. I don't know if there is a rule that says one must be bilingual but if there is then it is time to change it as the current crop of qualified candidates seem to only meet that criteria and it disqualifies eighty odd percent of the Canadian population. As for the rest of the rules such as leadership, history of success, vision, honesty, they are one serious bunch of losers and should be disqualified in anything except closely supervised menial labor. Give me somebody that only speaks Urdu that can run a Dry Cleaning Service honestly and he would make a better PM than pretty much anyone of these people in office today. Tell me, do you like knowing these people are off to Europe with wife and child for a week or two to meet with a dignitary for only a half hour at your expense? I don't know about you but I work hard for my coin, damm hard and this is an insult that is hard to get over. Money talks and transends all borders and language barriers. To say one must be bilingual is a falacy as we all speak the same language. That is honesty, heart, desire for justice without getting carried away by special intrest groups.. What the right needs as a front runner it seems, is a Pakistani fag who only speaks French.

And how would you get this food to where it needs to be Daniel? Considering that that was why the US went to Somalia (because UN food was not getting to the people because of armed Warlords) I would imagine that this reason alone would dictate that the US would need to keep part of it's military capability. Also, without a military I wuld imagine that Communism or Militent Islam or some form of Dictatorship would quickly take advantage of the situation. And as we all know, these forms of government are not the most Liberal thinking group of brutes around. Lines of supply and communication would quickly be severed leaving vast areas of the world starving in a way that pales in comparisson with what we have today. And if you think that people produce more at the end of a doctrine book, Koran or gun then we can start a thread about it because that isn't so. In essence though, keep the military and let's get together, settle the world's problems and then shove aid up their butt until they are self sufficient. Then cut back. Cumbyah brother. Won't work.

Is it a given that Iraq was not permitted to have undeclared WMD material in it's pocession? Note please that it is not WMD but rather WMD material that is the legal issue here. Bush was the one who was touting the weapons themselves but he is not the one that made the UN resolutions. If not let me know and I will give you the Resolutions again. In the meantime CK I will respond to you. This to me is the most important issue both legally and morally. Although Iraq could legally be invaded who had the right to take it upon themselves to do it? It is kind of like there is a criminal in the neighborhood but no police. This may be looked upon as a citizens arrest? Well I would imagine that Blix would not be laughing as he knew what Iraq was up to. I however am laughing at your opinion that is based on nothing but the way you think things should be without llooking at facts. You remember facts CK? No, guess you don't considering there is a worldwide Jewish anti Muslim Conspiracy happening and you cannot provide ONE SINGLE FACT. Anyways, here is some of what Blix found, it kinda goes hand in hand with what Kay is finding. Blix is probably nodding and wishing that he had that amount of unfettered access. I scincerely wish it was shorter but there was so much bad shit there that even I cannot condense it. Blix's Report To The UN CLIKITY CLACK Anyhow, this was not new to Blix as he had been there before and knew that Iraq never had any intention of comming clean, here is the report from the nineties. UNSCOMS REPORT Am I the only one that sees a kind of pattern of deception here? And all this undeclared material everywhere, what could it mean? My favourite is the destruction of things but no supporting documents like requisitions for troops, earth moving equipment, nutralizers and such. Almost like the liar with no details. You go ahead though CK, for somebody that needs no evidence to make his mind up, don't let these stand in the way of your mistaken argument.
-
I have no idea Riff. Better address that to the UN. In the meantime we will talk about how the US carried out action against Iraq for violating fourteen UN resolutions under chapter 13 of Resolution 1441. BTW, you have a moral question that is founded on philosophical sense however it is not applicable here. Maybe Dear Abby or Dr Laura could answer it for you. BTW, are you trying to sidetrack this becasue you have no argument why the US should not have attacked Iraq? If so I do, and I am for the action. However, in the meantime you might want to start a thread on other countries that have flaunted UN resolutions so your points could be addressed there in an organized format. I know it would be a lively thread too!

Is Canada A Defense Free-loader?
KrustyKidd replied to Morgan's topic in Canada / United States Relations
I am definitely not a defense or economics expert however I would point out some differences between Israel and Canada. Israel has a militia as it's main source of defence. These people are not on strength 24/7 but rather called on for a period each year to keep current on military matters and then return to civilian life until needed. Big $ savings as no need to attract them by lucrative pay and benifit packages as they are drafted. Israel is much smaller, both territory wise and population wise. Less distance to travel for logistical support as well as command and control. The military is totally integrated with society. This eliminates the need for expansive bases and headquarters complexes such as NDHQ and such. Israel is in a constant state of war. Not too many NATO exercises going on as tanks and planes remain in place ready to kick butt. Soldiers are motivated by obvious reason so eliminates the need for adventure, education, pensions and such. No severe winter. No cold starts, snow removal, winter clothing, light tracked vehicles and winter exercises. No large territory to patrol or conduct search and rescue operations. No serious amount of co-operative exercises or operations halfway across the world. No large Navy that spends most of it's time supporting UN resolutions. Just some obvious things I thought I would remind you of. Do you think that they are meaningless or present a real dollar difference? -
Yes you are, and I would hope that you would. This thread however is for the discussion of how the Jew has oppressed the Muslim WORLD. Palestinians are a rather tiny part of this world. Your contention of how the Jew is controlling many facets of life in America may or may not have truth but you still have not even shown that Muslims are oppressed by anybody period. Therefore I still await an argument from you that can be discussed with relevence to this subject.
