  1. I have no time of day for Russian spam...it is designed to agitate with half assed innuendos.
  2. Boris and..evil..you think trying to troll here in Frostbite Falls is gonna get Trump re-elected...give it a rest Boris...your innuendos are only that..your accusations apply to any politician anywhere at anytime...
  3. Who gives you your orders.......finish it.. you reall need a tag team now?
  4. I delete my initial response. This is a manipulated thread.
  5. Michael H the term globalist I think means people who believe in free trade agreements and do not favour using tariffs to protect domestic producers and their prices from foreign producers selling the same product cheaper in Canada.
  6. FDR and the New Deal...revisited? ...you see government as the lead...maybe...I would prefer business take take the prime role..but when you think about it they both will have to take pro active roles..
  7. I argued Trudeau should be removed from office for what he did with Lavalin and I think Trump should have been impeached yes however I never called either a traitor or argued they were treasonous. I argued they acted in conflict of interest.Conflict of interest is not necessarily treasonous and in fact immaterial to the legal issues they both incited. I contend you throw out the word traitor in angry partisan name calling without giving any thought to the legality of the concept. As a result I argued your anger colours your dialogue as it does your responses to me and you failed to show any double standard I have used in application of conflict of interest. Do not include me in your name calling of Trudeau as a traitor... I contend you have lost your perspective and mix partisan disagreement over specific policies Trudeau has presented during the pandemic which is evidenced and so is capable of being considered valid with your projecting of treasonous intent on Trudeau..which I argue is unproven and therefore can not be considered valid.
  8. No I just want him to shave his head and get tattoos all over his face. The hormonal hair fuzz from his testosterone shots is not working.
  9. Don' know Di...I blame all politicians..for this....I believe every politician in a certain sense is short sighted and focuses first on spending that gets them re-elected. That to me is a non partisan phenomena typical of all politicians elected. As for bureaucrats never met one including me who were not idiots. No blame game from me as to any one political party...also as a consumer I believe I bare the blame for some of this if I knowingly buy dangerous unsafe products.
  10. Well you would know ...Putin being a stooge for the mob taught you this....
  11. Right Boris the Ukraine belongs to you.
  12. ...yah you can also imagine all Chinese peeing at the same time creating a pee tsunami that wipes out BC. Life is full of such visions..shared by many...swarms of Chinese swallowing us up has clear psychological origins. Replace the word Chinese with Muslim, Indian, Syphlitic, Virus carrier, terrorist...people fear things they do not understand and turn these fears into demons that will come and eat them..it is manifestation of our basic primal fear of other packs.. time to stop crawling on all fours and spend more time shaving..no yellow monkeys will eat anyone today..this obsession with fearing the spread of a virus, Chinese, etc., is understandable but illogical..change comes...it of course frightens..but we have the ability to adapt to changes in a positive way..when the pee tsunami comes many West coasters will get on their surf boards and ride the wave..kowabunga..
  13. This should also answer Dialama's question to Pinky on another thread about early testing. You know Canuck after Sars we were supposed to put early testing protocols in place like Germany's but our governments never did becausec Sars petered out so our short sighted politicians shifted their priorities. Germany, South Korea, Taiwan all offer examples of proper planning our governments chose to ignore...
  14. Careful. People reinfected do not transmit the virus let alone get sick. There is no proof of that....so it's still to early to make the conclusions you are that reinfection is even an issue..also as other posters have said testing findings may be inaccurate..so slow down..we do not necessarily know the true rates of infection let alone reinfection..and as a general rule reinfected people are not automatically contagious..
  15. The prime directive prevents interference from us. I can only observe you from a distance. May I give you a hint though. Stop eating bats.
  16. Yes. People early tested and positive could have been contained and treated and so would not have spread the virus. Many people have had it and never knew and still do not and still could be spreading it. That is the point and that has been shown to be the case in South Korea, Taiwan and Singapore with early testing...that prevented higher rates and did not require the kind of distancing we are doing. The very point is the absence of such testing has made us rely heavily on distancing which is not the ideal way...the economic damage by our distancing if it goes on too long will cause in the long term more deaths than those saved with distancing ..any prolonged distancing at a certain point if it blocks economy kills people for other reasons. Social distancing is a fall back exercise as as a result of poor pandemic planning. We had early warning from the Sars issue what to do but governments took the money to create pandemic early warning testing and better medical supply management that they were going to plan for and abandon it in favour of other projects more likely to get them re-elected. We ignored what we were supposed to do after Sars. Because Sars mutated into a less contagious virus it petered out and governments switched their focus. We have had numerous warnings from other virus outbreaks not just Sars to better prepare but our governments were more focused on other projects. The WHO is part of the political problem that resisted pandemic planning in the past due to catering to corrupt political interests. We have a problem brought about by short sighted governments around the the world and we consumers putting price amount not quality and safety as the primary consideration when purchasing.
  17. What kind of testing will be needed in the future once the rates go down to manageable levelsxeill be the key that and even that may become unnecessary if there is vaccine...but that is all speculative at this point...they are working on a thorough test that you could do at home or at the doctor regularly...it might also detect not just this virus but other ones...we shall see...whatvypu say...graduated return to work will happen if for no other reason many people will have no work to return to.
  18. Seconded
  19. I am not sure about the 95% amount but yes. They covered it up. Whether that was to protect people from panicking, covering up mistakes, incompetence, stupidity, etc., who knows probably a mix of them all. Right now they are rushing to buy up oil while it's cheap. They use any situation to make money. They are the Borg with Ferrengi built in. ..but then Trump is engaging in equally as selfish trade practices.
  20. Geezuz Wes can someone disagree with you and not be a threat or a traitor. You sound hyped up man on something. Call it truth...virtue...man...whatever it is you are gunna bust a testacle..Trudeau has made mistakes...so has Trump and so many others...shit happens man...politicians are surrounded by conflicting advice and they do their best...it's not that what you say is wrong but it's your conclusions about others intent that may be....Trudeau is just a mouthpiece...assigning him nefarious intent is pointless....he does not write the script or even understand it..he's just a face put to a script whose writers come from many places and none of us know who the real producer or director of this show is.
  21. Genius it is spelled Marcus not Marxist. Good idea for you to contain yourself.
  22. You and Cauck have done an excellent job summarizing. Add my name to your club. Just do not make me sing kumbaya or run around a fire naked. I will only do that for Betsy.
  23. Dougie...what I say does not change we are in a challenging time..I just like good intel...because when people do not get good intel they do dumb shit...too many pervitin and eukadal addicts out there...
  24. No..no..not necessarily...its actually not necessarily getting stronger, the underlying conditions of the people you refer to are not being reported..lending to your assumptions....also please understand that if a virus does mutate to become harder to fight as an individual patient, it also necessarily means it becomes less contagious... as Sars showed us...meaning it also becomes less lethal as it no longer spreads...so lethal depends on context... ...even where it becomes more lethal to individual patients it becomes less lethal to humanity as a whole..which is where better medical treatments and an eventual vaccine come in....they can and are being developed as we speak.. increasing survival rates... Recovery rates are growing with new approaches so because we are adapting through trial and error as physicians mix and match medications to see what works best until a vaccine is developed..the virusvin that sense becomes less lethal.. Pathologists analyze cause of death to better understand how to treat it and are working with immunologists to better identify underlying medical conditions so they are not missed. The term lethal is used by most of us in subjective context because we see only death not the actual cause of it..making all deaths the same to us. They are not. The fact remains what appears lethal may be to some but not others. We need to take proper time not to distort causes of death.... the info out there actually shows the majority of people do not die from this virus and those who do were immune compromised not healthy and those thought to be healthy in fact had underlying causes that were not looked for...that is also because we just do not have sufficient pathologists available to examine all deaths to come up with proper data as to the causes of death. There is no medical data showing the virus mutating into a death strain on healthy people in fact it shows no evidence of that but it does show if we miss underlying causes we can make false conclusions as to cause of death and assign imother virus in error. As we speak new treatments are working and being tested that will be used to lower rates of death..rates of death peak but medical treatments eventually develop to help lower rates...
