Maybe not Republicans but certainly Trump supporters. ANTIFA doesn't' represent Democrats any more than Republicans do the Klan. They are just extremists at opposite ends of the spectrum.

I think harassing people at their homes and where they work is despicable, but Carlson is just reaping a little of what he sows so I have difficulty with feeling much sympathy for him.

Betsy, you just can't walk into someone else's country and say whatever you damn well want. Canadian rights apply to Canadian citizens and legal residents. Anyone else is here at our pleasure. You do not have an automatic right to invite whoever you want into this country for any purpose you see fit. I don't have a problem with him being here to debate in a venue where he will have do defend his opinions. I would have a problem with him being invited just so he can spew his brand of venom.

Betsy, I was referring to your assumption that Bannon has rights in this country. He doesn't. Whether he should be allowed to participate is another matter. As far as the government is concerned, it seems he is allowed. Reid is expressing an opinion, and as a Canadian, he does have the right to speak in this country.
