Yeah. That's what hubby explained to me. The first cop got everything under control - it was the second one that came rushing in who smashed the face of the chief.

I was curious that Scheer say he's so disrurbed by the arrest of Chief Allan Adam, so I looked it up on youtube. I can't understand what's being said in that video - and what the issue was. But from what I can see - it's the chief that was quite aggressive. What are cops to do when someone is resisting arrest? Can someone please explain to me what I'm missing from that video.

The folks that I saw on that video don't look like Supremacists to me. As the guy keeps saying on video - it's a warning to looters to not come to that town. People from every race are apprehensive and fearful from the mob - I can't help but think of the French Revolution mob that brought death and destruction along the way as they marched.

I find it difficult to process - we may not be getting all the details. Mainstream media can't be trusted. And, different theories are floating around. I don't know what to say.

There is no doubt that there are problems in the system. But, is de-funding and abolishing law enforcement the answer? Aren't we falling into something far worse? Like, "every man for himself?"

If there won't be any cops to enforce the law and protect one's property from looters (never mind getting brutalized and maybe killed by them) - who's gonna be there to rely on? I think, the driving force behind all that is materialism. We all contributed with how life had gotten to the point we are now. It didn't happen overnight, either. We have to live within our means. And, we have to find contentment in it. Though we can aspire for a better income, it shouldn't be the center of our life. What people want most I think (I speak for myself) - and my hubby and I had already achieved it, and are living in it - is having that inner peace even at a time like this. Because, we had put our trust in God. That's the secret, imho. GOD.

Which part of the Last Supper shows Jesus giving Judas an "sop?" We know who the favorite was: the one called "beloved." That wasn't Judas since the beloved was still around even after Judas was dead. Judas may've been the one chosen to betray Jesus because of his nature . Central Park Karen was fired from her job. I'd so the same thing if I was her employer. Not for racism mind you, but for her willfull malicious dishonesty. Lying seems to come naturally to her - even when the impact could mean something severe for the man involved. You can not trust an employee who can readily lie like that.
