Now - if that's supposed to be a rebuke on those who "preach" - then, saying "indeed" to what I've said - to each his own - would be a contradiction......isn't it? Testifying is good. We should testify. After all, that's what we're supposed to do. Testifying can also include testifying to the things that God had blessed us with, the good things He's done for us, our God experience(s). To spread the gospel (as is written and taught in the Scriptures), would amount to "preaching." It's what we're supposed to do. That's what we've been commissioned to do. And, we've been given different talents and skills which we may use. The gospel is spread on so many different means and ways.

Genesis (1 and 2, and 5 ), are at the root of opposition to gay and lesbian marriage. God made the GENDERS male and female, specifically for mankind. Other creations were not given genders. He made them male and female - man and woman - for marriage and procreation. Genesis is quoted by Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Matthew 19 4 And He answered and said, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? That's the reason why they were created male and female: marriage. union. Lesbianism is explicitly described in the New Testament. Romans 1 26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature, 27 and likewise the men, too, abandoned natural relations [s]with women and burned in their desire toward one another, males with males committing [t]shameful acts and receiving in [u]their own persons the due penalty of their error.

....but of course, in a democratic system, God-fearing people will tend to choose leaders whose policies reflect their values. God fearing leaders would tend to make policies that reflect what's in the Scriptures. The migrants and refugees we let in Canada mostly come from religious cultures - majority are from Abrahamic religions.

Way back in 2018 - Trump had already raised the red flag on what Germany (and other EU countries) would be facing with Russia. Nobody listened. Now - look how we're also dragged into the stupidity of Germany - with this turbines fiasco! NOBODY IN GERMANY IS LAUGHING NOW. We end up looking weak before the world! We crowed about sanctions on Russia - every freakin week since this war started - yet now we can't even get our bloody sanctions straight! On one hand we're giving out BILLIONS to Ukraine to fight off Russia, and yet on the other hand - we are also giving in to Russia - because of Germany......... ....................................at a time when Canadians are hurting! Boy, we can't even fix our own crumbling healthcare system! What kind of war are we into? Can someone please explain this to me because I can't see why on earth are we into this........................ if, we are not really into it! As Europe grapples with skyrocketing energy costs as a result of appeasing radical climate activists and outsourcing energy production to hostile regimes, steps on how countries like Germany got here are being retraced. During a speech to the United Nations in 2018, President Donald Trump warned Germany against becoming dependent on Russian oil and gas. They laughed it off. "Reliance on a single foreign supplier can leave a nation vulnerable to extortion and intimidation. That is why we congratulate European states, such as Poland, for leading the construction of a Baltic pipeline so that nations are not dependent on Russia to meet their energy needs. Germany will become totally dependent on Russian energy if it does not immediately change course," Trump said. "Here in the Western Hemisphere, we are committed to maintaining our independence from the encroachment of expansionist foreign powers." https://townhall.com/tipsheet/katiepavlich/2022/03/08/flashback-trump-warned-germany-against-becoming-energy-dependent-on-russia-n2604265 What is so freakin' hard to understand about that sensible, factual statement (in red)? Germany is in that state because of the stupidity of its leaders - plain and simple. The US is in crisis right now because of poor leadership. And here we are - going lockstep with them!

It's not about being "woke" for me. Being the mayor, it's her usage of that kind of language. It's inappropriate (to say the least). Furthermore......I get it that she's livid and frustrated. But...... ....why on earth would you let whom you regard as "imbeciles" to pull you down to their level?

Lol - I'm surprised with Vassy Kapelos lately - like the way she tried to pin down Jagmeet Singh for backing the Liberals. Could the CBC be following the footsteps of CNN? CNN is apparently trying to become centrist, and getting rid of anchors who won't follow that new rule! CNN president Chris Licht is set on “blowing up” the morning programming block due to poor ratings, a report said late Monday. CNN is in the midst of a transformation led by Licht and WarnerBros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav, who are pushing the left-leaning network toward a greater emphasis on fact-driven and nonpartisan news coverage. Additionally, fellow left-leaning anchors Don Lemon and Jim Acosta — also vocal critics of the conservative agenda — are said to be safe from dismissal for the time being. https://nypost.com/2022/08/23/cnn-blowing-up-its-morning-show-next-after-brian-stelter-firing-report/ CNN's poor ratings. Is Trudeau trying to cut the world's population in Canada?

Never mind deflecting. Which part of my post (which YOU QUOTED)............................... isn't............................ F A C T? That's the problem with a lot of you socialists - you "think" and respond like the......walking dead! ? Just because your lips are flapping doesn't mean you're saying anything sensible! ? And....don't try to intimidate me from talking politics by RAISING THE CARD, JESUS! Mind you, ironic - that's what showed your ignorance on Christianity - big time! Thank you, Jesus. ? -

...it is worth noting that among those who voted Liberal in 2021, only 39% have a negative view of Pierre Poilievre, and 12% have a positive view – the plurality (49%) are neutral towards the presumed Conservative front runner. https://abacusdata.ca/canadian-politics-july-2022-2/?utm_source=vancouver is awesome&utm_campaign=vancouver is awesome%3A outbound&utm_medium=referral I wouldn't be surprised if the surge of new members who signed up with Poilievre came from the Liberals. It's gonna be Poilievre who'll end Trudeau's reign. His ads are evolving to reach out to all Canadians......and, resonating soundly. That video was panned on CBC Power and Politics a couple of days ago, and apparently has had more than 500k views in just 2 days. It was the ad that Trudeau had tried to subtly respond and referred to while doing a speech with the German Chancellor. -

Going back on topic, you responded to my cmment on this issue with what? RELIGION. What did I say? What part of that isn't............................FACT? DUH? UNLESS you're suggesting Tam and your so-called "science" ......are all spouting off LIES about covid! ? And for response - you throw in ...............................Christ? ? What I did was simply add to what you'd neglected to say in your post. I'm saying, it's not only old farts that get fatally hit by covid (according to Tam and "science"). Go back and read it again. You better read what you respond to. And.....UNDERSTAND IT. -

That sounds so......vague. Can you expand on that. Nope. I said.............CHRISTIANITY. You must've missed this since I've edited and added it: What would a guy like you know about Christ when obviously you know nothing about GOD? You're simply regurgitating ignorance you've picked up elsewhere. Your statement about GOD is so..........juvenile and cliche. FYI - there's no difference between the GOD of the OLD Testament and the NEW Testament. So, there. -

Why is it ridiculous? You're in a forum. You're supposed to support what you claim - or, explain. One-liner that means squat, is what's ridiculous in a DISCUSSION board. Lol - your ignorance on Christianity - ironic, isn't it that it would be what you'd said that shows it - obviously doesn't make you the "paragon of truth." ? I'd said it in other forums, and I'm saying it to you now: POSTURING can only go so far. YOUR OWN WORDS WILL EVENTUALLY EXPOSE YOU. Yep. Posturing - you end up being mocked. And.....rightly so. -

What's religion got to do with this? Furthermore - how do you know what Jesus would, or not say? You kinda show you're ignorant of Christianity. -

Welcome to socialism/communism. People are expendable. -
As a leader of a community - she shouldn't have gone down to that level. She's actually lost her cool. Hahaha - it's like getting trolled. She got triggered by all the questions!! In other words, she buckled under the pressure! Yeah, you wouldn't want to give any airtime to so-called, "imbeciles" - so, why respond at all if you can't say something that shows you're above all that? Imagine how she'll be when faced with real challenges that elicit a lot of questions!

....old farts, AND those imuno-compromised (diabetes, cancer are just what comes to mind), which translates to those who'd use the healthcare system MORE than usual. Just think of the benefits if a lot of these kind of people die off. There is a controversy happening in Ontario that gives authority to the hospitals to transfer patients - mostly seniors - to any long-tern care the hospital chooses. The patient wouldn't have a say in it. Advocates for seniors are sounding the alarm that these long-term facilities they send seniors to are the ones with serious problems we saw in the news during the first wave of Covid. -

I guess that's one way to do it. Being tone deaf to crisis in hospitals is also one way to deal with the age-ing population, and the struggling, unsustainable health-care. Let the sick, and as many pension-collecting seniors die. That must be the "civilised" way to cull and cleanse.
