  1. oh! also women are the same... did that sound sexest?
  2. as being an individual, seemingly, judging one's self is a determination to a means, but if god is all knowing, his determination, is a sign of humanity, so infact, a finding may be a goal of a god, but then that would not make him a god, look at it like this: if a spaceship 1 million years in advance to our technoligy, was orbiting earth, cloacked, and malfuctioning making effects on earth that could not be explained, does believing it is a god, make it a god? i think it makes the illusion, maybe the objective term: god, is infact 'unknown.' god: 'ultamite unknown' if you ask me, its a mental paradox.
  3. Research correct, if a claim is made you need to properly evaluate that claim, and it must be done in a skeptical and inquisitive manner or you are not doing your proper research. After your research is done, you simply evaluate the claim, is there enough evidence for it, in which case accepting it doesn't require anything but the facts you have. The only reason to demand someone not to be skeptical is to desire someone not to do their proper research. And to demand someone not to do their proper research, is to suggest that ultimately you have no confidence in ability of the claim to be verified, and if you have no confidence in the validity of the claim, you are believing due to desire and not as a result of evidence or research. i believe what you said is quite true, if you don't mind i will look more logically in my belief of mankind and will infact research it's validity. Also as another thought inspiring idea, what has made the most effect on mankind? to my knowledge, gods and demons are not of an effect, but are more psycological.
  4. is anyone interested in extra sensory? that may be our scientific link to "other worldlyness" exept it is in this world, i'll look it up and see, also i agree that religion was formed as a perseption of what was never looked at, but science, not religion, has made us benifit from it, all a crying statue does is give hope, or take every last bit of it away.....
  5. and so i say there is only man, as in we have made our way too narrow. you speak of that bloody histroy as if there is only one broad history, science was the foundation of finding! is not the teaching of morals finding? in my point, you must detach from self-indulgent emotions, look at things more situationally, and perhapes change constantly! but then that would take out a uniqness, do you fear loosing individual belief? science is a child finding. religion is a founded child, we look for truth and must be proven true, but your truth must be proven wrong?! no, i refuse to waist time geussing, give me a telescope, pen, and paper, i shall see! "might we then look into darkness and see light?" that a blind man saya he can see is a claim, make him walk! he cannot! but indeed he may 'see' more then a thousand men! so if my act be noble, why is it interprited as a blind man? this is all i ask... do not walk stait into trouble for all of us! if you do it will be trouble for us all! shed your faith, everyone, and reform it, so that we will not war! would you? no, i know the faithful will not, as pretector of the true faith why should they? as well as protecting their kin from evil, the faithful would kill men they consider evil, and as you say, "the path is narrow' so indeed they would kill those who stray! the church has shown this in the past, so why do yopu continue to fight for them? why not fight for the stranger?
  6. well my mom had breast cancer when i was 8-9 years old, it was mostly hard to talk at all, she seemed to reject happieness and despair, i remeber pure apathy.... it's hard to speak to someone who has pernounced themselves dead, but i did see, once we ingaged into treatment, a good amount of hope, she seemed to draw strength from her indian heritage, and still lives to this day! i hope that this new nano-tech comes out sucseessful in curing cancer, i put all my hope in that in case my moms cancer reappears.
  7. Indeed! gay jews!!
  8. with lots of cheese....
  9. oooooooooooh, ya. but racing games to me are too basic, imagine a futuristic example of the game i stated before, at least in it's simple complexity, with the capablity of making your own designs and making them fly into space where they destroy the death star! sorry my imagination is on "cheesy" tonight, i'll click it down by watching another unexiting episode of SG-1. on a brighter note, when the hell did people become allergic to penuts?!
  10. um....scientists do have a thesis on the after-life and there is alot of them, its just no 1 belief is proven. also, betty, words are not the meaning of reality, but a definition of the way we comprehend reality, we have diff. meanings then those who speak diff. languages, so the english and hebrew bible are alein to 1 another. also our perseption of these words translated, is often how a language is changed, if there is no word for 1 thing in reality, it is made, copied, and changed accordingly. like envy for a kind of untouchable love... new word: Enpasshablectism! (say that 5 times faster! ) as well, i see no reason to disprove you! i just want mine to be in mans words as well, like do you ever hear your neighbor say: "did you see god this weekend?" i have seen people and been at fear, they are animals and would kill me the further from home i go, but are we not from the same family? look at where we have been living all our live's, on earth! but a man with a gun would see me look at him and say i have faith in him and would kill me for it, the great war to make a god is here, not the great war FOR a god. you need proof what you believe is not true? i can't prove that, but i can prove to you that the faithful would not defend the world because they defend the human race, they would do it for their god, and the teaching of those who do not know. that is wrong, and is false love for those they do not even know, i wish to unite people, not in belief in superficial promises, but in the belief no 1 human should kill their own, destroy their culture, rape their women and children, pass bad words to good people, harm the weak, pay no mind to the greater or few, steal food as ransom, go into death to kill others only as faith in the after-life, lead children blindly, act inhuman for their gods sake, or make an excuse for doing all of the above... we must equalize our race; stop global warming, control population problems, take back half the 40% of the worlds wealth, from the richest 1% and use it to make other places just as grand, we need to improve our habitat, stop cleaning up for trash makers so they might see what they are doing, allow better communication between nations, expand mineral mining in space, destroy religious and agenda based advertising and reduce it to fact, last on this list, is to be able to stand in front of your fellow man, and say you have faith in him, and not be killed. you stand behind a bloody history, betsy, you just might be friends with an Assassin... would you die for your god? or for a stranger? which do you love more?
  11. i would tend to agree, very sick people out there have a higher wish for sexual pleasure, and am often addicted to it more then the average human, also i'd rather engage into intercourse then just watch it, and a book often puts you into the characters situation, you see the hunt and plot is often, more so how fast you can take it off... on a better note: i found love and sex to be separate but related, and the envy for love can bring one to chastity, kind of odd. love is more addictive...........
  12. tricked? no i think this is based on DNA reorginization, if the body can't do it itself, it will try to do it with the most flexable part of the human condition: reproduction, i beleif if we tested DNA to reorginize with a less likely chance of certain defects, that might be good, but some say defects are a strong part of their genetic make-up, which i can agree with to a point, so i think ethicly, it is wrong for the hospital to do whatever they do after a parent rejects, by law they should be forced, because they are just being selfish @$$#@!&$ and deserve to be treated as such. (i wish those @$#%% would #$%#$% themselves and @#$@#$ over a #@$@%$&%^ bridge, !@$#$@#$!!!)
  13. i 3rd the giant air freshener opinion... "not all that religious people, they smell good though, and often are good for building houses," that's what i'd say to those people.... "hug a tree, please." on a brighter note here in the states: Muslims are backing off this year on the "merry Christmas" bit, and also have excepted it as a national holiday that is a part of western culture, not of Christianity. But some people are not letting up. Unfortunately we have religious war in other area’s: the dollar bill, advertisement, video games, agenda, politics, ect. I am an atheist and find this bad-bashing to be pathetic. Now to make: a giant air freshener! Look out Canada your going to be smelling the fresh car scent for this Christmas!! Mwahahahahahahahahah!!!!
  14. i am... different, i don't much care for death, as any event for me, it will come and go, but i am not ready to die, need to do some things that require me to 'kill time.' you know, i never thought of it, but i have allot in common with a monk, i sit and contemplate and am detached, but the meaning of the name 'DarkAngel' comes as a symbol of weakness, Dark: as to be concealed, and Angel: celestial being that can fly. freedom might explain it more, to a point, so past my freedoms is the freedom to be useless, most common to my intent. the weakness is no one noticed me flying. (if you get the metaphor) but that sounds self absorbed, infact the greatest thing i realized, is that as a person i am weak, it is that around people, we gain our strength. love is the strongest of our weakness, but can bring the highest thing in men out, our passion, which is often concealed. But often great men, get greater in solitude. in my recent answer to the question, "what is your holy grail?" not only does it mean to me that it is my love for something, but that the image of the holy grail was love, as in holding, red as in passion or blood wine, also that as the blood of Christ was the sacrifice of love for man, so the search for the grail was out of love for Christ in remembrance of the last supper, also of gold and other metallic’s is a high lustrous shine, and love is often held in the same regaurd, so my grail is love.
  15. man, think about it, that stork is the PIMP! look at our cuurent population? how much money does this guy pay for child support?!
  16. yes but to a point, tolerance is a natrural detachment from something that gives a negitive emotional resonse. some just suck at it.
  17. to be honest, to preserve her pride, i would have done the same...
  18. What? explain....
  19. nevr mind, ROFL , it's a treat or delight in your day, thats all... (ps: is it that you never did drugs, or just can' remember )
  20. oh i got it! i'll scream like a banshee and hide under an emotional table! sorry, no oops. i always think i'm wrong, if there is an after life, oh well, i can tolerate it because: yay! i still exist! kinda like the first time on an airplane... if i go to hell... well that'de be just unfair! but i could deal with it in the fact i have no choice, so coddles to Satan!! and several games of poker and fiddle contests. if i go to heaven, i'll talk gods ear off and insult ever Jew that walks by. also do what the Romans did! if i appear in purgatory, that'll be plain boring, i think i'd need alot of video games to be there. i most likely try to create a pretend world in my head and live in it, who knows it works for some people. if its like nirvana, or the 7 fold path, i obviously failed in this life so i'd just be reborn. if i just exist as a ghost, i'll cry my eye's out for several years and join a whole bunch of dead actresses in strip poker (nothing else to do) or i'll watch star treks endless marathon. if scientology is true, get me a beer! or paganism then i'll just become a spiritual coach potato. you may think i'm joking, but i'm not, what ever comes; bring it on! i got a remote in one hand and a pretend plastic dagger in the other!!! i think i can take it.....
  21. RTS??? i like em to, but they seem to have had a frenchus funrel down in the states *tear....* but the best i played are: starcraft, warcraft 3, startrek armada 2, strong hold 2, age of mitholigy and zeus and posiden. which is also a builders classic. i wish they would mix an MMO, RPG, and RTS into 1, make is easy to start, custimization with wep's and other items, building of a fort or house, that cost's gold to expand, a random map generator with broad dialog qeustes, a tech tree, other players who can do the same, and NPC units that you can hire or build to be your forces, and also have a top camera veiw, and 1st/3rd person. make it spand from freelancer to king and make it player flexable like the elderscrolls series, but make it so main plots can be created by players so that the player could be the villian as well, with a goal and reward of corse. oh and also, make buildings that have that 'fall apart' property, like the villagers build and tear down houses after awhile, also make it so that, mattering on money class, they add on and remodel, also you can destroy buildings! either by breaking all the supports, burning it down, spells, or seige wep. also after awhile, your charictar's dammage to the town would be rebuilt, but diffrently. you can start a township, under the king, or with your own money, tame creatures like dragons, chop down tree's in order to add cover in an attack, ya know, use the terrain. make it like D&D, pets and such. i think i'm rambling, but would a game like this be worthy of your money?
  22. i know guys who like girls: fat, slutty, curvy. odd, slimmer, rib-sticking, nicely melt, short, too tall, migetty, lesbian, dike, tuff, cruel, loving, stupid, genus, crazy, buff, a guy, criminal, innocent, fluffy, and chubby. point: as a male, i observe around me and define beauty in MY standards, that they are similar to others is just a coincidence. most men have a definitive line, that a women must meet to be attractive, you cannot change that, it has not been defined by TV, i see very beautiful girls, that don't even wear make-up! and that are curvy and evenly molded as to not be too skinny or fat, but us guys like to be taller, and capable of putting our arms around their waist, it is primarily an instinctual "i'm the man" feeling that i might add; i prefer. but the different likes and dislikes of women from men, is primarily based on perception of image, instinct, and personality, if a girl others find ugly fits my line, that’s a good thing cause no one else is after her...
  23. for a sec i thought you where talk'n about me... i do say dirty jew from time to time , but as a joke, as far as mel gibson, he has distributed signs of a religously related problem, and did divulge in his feelings, a mass depression and atempt at suicide, which were later speculated as unproven, as he only provided sub-standard stories of self delusion, and qeustional witness accounts with no definite situation to base it of from. on a brighter note, i'm watching it and am going to ruin the ending to all the mel gibson nerds i know! and my spelling sucks today, i apoligize, no sleep and lots'o'coffee LLLLLLOOOOOOTTTTTSSS OOOOOOOFFFFFF CCCOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFEEEEEE!!!!!!!
  24. Perhaps even more! Apparently this movie did show some brutal practices (like human sacrifices) at the time. But compared to other movies (SAW, Hostel, are just some of the most horrifying I'd ever seen), that depicted gratuitious violence, several reviews had stated that the violence in this film was for realism. well all those movies show hoplessness, dispair, and rotten gore, (booooring...) i liked the glory of the fight! to the death in the battle feild, with honor! ... well that was short lived, i get that feeling from my home based halo 2 tournements... hail to the king baby! or as mel brooks would say:
  25. I'm making an attempt! August is right by making this connection though. It's our (well not mine, but society's) interest in watching others suffer and die that motivates these types of killers and attention seekers. If people were disinterested in watching others in terror or suffer immensly, it's unlikely that people like Mr. Gill would have attempted such an act out of wanting like he said, to make a notorious name for himself. If people didn't enjoy or demand to read about the suffering of Domi's kids, the divorce wouldn't be first page news. It's about making people feel superior because they don't have the same problems, I'd generalise it as we have a society with members very insecure of themselves, and they need to see others suffer. It's like the big crowd that watches the media bully beat up the already suffering and disadvantaged. What happened to the Amish may have still happened, it didn't seem like this guy was an attention seeker, but at least the community would be left to grieve in peace without a 40 foot TV crane zooming in on the dead during the funereals. I have less respect for journalists than any other profession. don't think me cruel... but some suffering is injoyable, as a kid for instance, torchering a cat. i also see in a sense of awe, some kind of suffering the villan feels, maybe an envy of what could have been, or a lack of empathy, or worse, a todal sense of moral apathy and isolation from the crowd.
