  1. ........I didn't need the warning after witnessing the first Trump tenure................. I'm not that gullible............. and I most definitely am not partisan. But, ur assuming Trump won't be ruling over a 3rd term. In the interim, let's see the maneuvers he (Trump) will make (is making) to ensure a midterm win.
  2. I applaud Israel - truly! Likely Bibi's joy re: US involvement is only exceeded by Putin's upon hearing the news of Trumps reelection. 😄
  3. .............. I believe that's the type of argument the NAZI used against the Weimar republic. 😄
  4. Likely would not have been for 10 years. Iran had (has) no delivery system capable of reaching the US. Iran was (is) a regional problem ........... specifically Israel's
  5. ................ oh, at the time they were definitely capable ......... the problem Israel had was that Israel is a regional power, the US is a global power, more ........... think political. Israel would be quite happy to see US ground troops on Iranian soil ............ failing that a completely failed state. In any event, the US is ballz deep - heavily committed ............... they have to 'finish' it ..............basically an Israeli wet dream.
  6. Here is some clarity re: EO 14147 EO 14147, titled 'Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government' was signed by Trump at the very beginning of his second term.. EO 14147 (1/20) dictates actions that the Attorney General must take to remedy what it describes as the unprecedented 3rd world weaponization of prosecutorial power of the Biden administration. The order requires the AG ‘shall take appropriate action to review the activities of all departments and agencies exercising civil or criminal enforcement authority of the United States. On February 5, 2025, hours after being sworn in as attorney general Pam Bondi signed a memorandum establishing the Weaponization Working Group to review politicized prosecutions The EO puts into question the norm that the DOJ had long operated under, which was the independence of the DOJ to operate unrestricted and apart from the Executive. Trump was directing the actions of the DOJ.
  7. .............. I prefer, 'elections have consequences'.
  8. I have great respect for Israel and I applaud Netanyahu. However, I think we can agree that the US ......... specifically Trump, was punked by a wily Jew. There is nothing the US has accomplished to date, that the IDF could not have accomplished. ............. anyone hear about the raid on Osirak? A good illustration of Israel's reach .................. and they're much (much) stronger now.
  9. Trump's EO made it pseudo legitimate? Basically a tasking order to DOJ.
  10. ............ as an aside, Trump’s opposition to EVS aligns with his broader support for fossil fuels. He has promised to increase oil and gas production, lift restrictions on drilling and promote gasoline vehicles. Trump cast the EV push as incompatible with energy independence,(OMG) arguing that gas-powered cars and cheap fuel are essential to American prosperity.
  11. ............ the problem is that ur arguing Kanada's limitations vs. US, federally funded, existing potential. However, in the US innovative plans were made and funded by the Federal government to address present infrastructure limitations now and in the future, re: CHARGING STATION AVAILABILITY. The power grid itself can handle an increasing number of EVs, with the CURRENT grid capable of supporting 80 million EV during overnight hours. Trump’s EO suspended unspent government funds for the construction of EV charging stations.
  12. The US government was spending billions to create electric vehicle charging stations, aiming to support a majority of EV in infrastructure. No question the availability of public charging stations can influence EV sales.
  13. Re: US - The competition between EV and AI for energy is complex and a compelling argument , most especially when a straw man is being created to dissuade EV ………..no question AI will be increasingly integrated into any EV infrastructure management, that said, experts agree that (EV) does not directly compete with AI in terms of energy consumption. The truth is that science / technology does not stop due to self-serving political arguments.
  14. Trump’s EO suspended unspent government funds for the construction of EV charging stations - improvement to infrastructure to allow for the growth of E.V.
  15. relax........ President Donald Trump has said that he believes the war with Iran is “very close to over” after suggesting that negotiations with Iran will resume this week.
  16. When Congress passed the Inflation Reduction Act in 2022 it contained major incentives for electric vehicle production and adoption – the Act resulted in accelerated production within the US electric vehicle industry. In 2025, Trump’s so-called, One Big Beautiful Bill eliminated most of the incentives and consequently US investment collapsed. 'We don't need cars made in Canada, CUSMA is irrelevant' / Trump This doddering old 80 y/o fool is not going to live long enough to see the consequences of his foolish rhetoric, actions and policies. ......................... on basically everything that is important going forward.
  17. Trump’s EO 14147 provided the authority to weaponize the DOJ / FBI. The FBI is the DOJ investigative wing. The E.O. clearly erases the norm of independence of the DOJ – basically taking orders directly from the Executive branch. Trumps EO 14147 (1/20) dictates actions that the Attorney General must take to remedy what it describes as the unprecedented 3rd world weaponization of prosecutorial power of the Biden administration. The order requires the AG ‘shall take appropriate action to review the activities of all departments and agencies exercising civil or criminal enforcement authority of the United States. On February 5, 2025, hours after being sworn in as attorney general Pam Bondi signed a memorandum establishing the Weaponization Working Group to review politicized prosecutions The working group was led by Ed Martin. Ed praised the Jan 6 Capitol attack and repeated false claims of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. In May 2025, Trump, despite heavy congressional opposition, confirmed that Martin would serve as director of the Weaponization Working Group. Martin outlined a strategy to shame individuals who cannot be charged with crimes at a press conference to be conducted soon. Martin did receive criticism for DOJ protocol in his pursuit of Trump’s enemies as p/o the working group, which led legal experts to describe his methods as “so outside the bounds that it could undermine any criminal case. Martin’s strategy was not so much getting a conviction but a indictment. (the perception of wrongdoing – perception becomes reality in the public eye?) Jared Wise, a former FBI agent who was charged with encouraging the Jan 6th Capitol attack rioters to ‘kill cops” became a strategy counselor to Martin. The establishment of the Weaponization Working Group marked a dramatic effort to utilize the United States federal government against perceived enemies of Donald Trump. Lead members of DOJ (retired, fired or quit) criticized the working group as an attempt to politicize the DOJ and the FBI. Many examples justifying their opinion were to follow. Indictments / investigations / intimidation tactics against James Comey, Letitia James and John Bolton, Adam Schiff, John Brennan and James Clapper were to follow. Entire department personal within the FBI / DOJ, having only fleeting involvement with any investigation re: Trump were fired – NO redress – resign, terminated or quit option. New hires were required to sign a letter of allegiance, not to the Constitution but to Donald J. Trump himself.
  18. ............. some background might be useful? The JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) was a 2015 agreement between Iran and world powers that limited Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. The Trump administration withdraw from the agreement in 2018. Iran immediately abandoned agreements and began accelerating its advancement towards weapons-threshold capability. The JCPOA’s collapse is arguably the single most consequential diplomatic failure leading to the current Iran conflict. Ya think?? When the Biden admin entered office in 2021 it was committed to restoring the JCPOA through negotiations. By August 2022, a near final text was on the table that would have lifted sanctions in In exchange for Iran returning to nuclear limits and allowing IAEA. (International Atomic Energy Agency) verification. The deal collapsed – Iran insisting on guarantees that a future US administration could not withdraw again – an impossible ask.
  19. ........... it's been fun, very distracting .......... but I have a flight to catch. next time.
  20. u gave ur opinion based on observing a camera angle. The cops kill someone with their bang-bangs there is an INVESTIGATION. It is the proper PROCEDURE. 99.9 times out of a hundred the cop is cleared? So why not an investigation now? Why are the feds obstructing evidence? holy fk - we haven't even begun debating the Pridi killing. Ya think an investigation is req'd in that case? Or are u gonna rely on vids? The necessity of an investigation is to protect the public from their own protectors .............. less they become vigilantes? ................ (rolling on floor LMAO) But having fun.
  21. ............... I accept u have nada ...... WHAT HAVE U GOT? I'm calling u out, dude. I'm sure there is nothing much ........... but a comparison might be revealing. Ya think??
  22. u gave me ur opinion .................. I gave u proper protocol, post cop use of deadly force. Oh, I'm not running away ........... i'm having fun. lol
  23. ........................ haha ............ what's ur evidence. Supposition counselor. Really don't think u would want a comparison.
