Trump's criticism of renewable energy has nothing to do with A.I. growth and it's supposed insatiable demand for energy. Trump's criticism is against green energy, period! The reason is green energy is and will increasingly be, in competition with big oil. Most people believe the US. is capable of walking and chewing gum at the same time. Experts (today) agree that the U.S. has the potential to sustain A.I. and EV demands, however the future will require strategic planning. Infrastructure modernization will be required to walk and chew gum at the same time. Might be moot tho, the U.S. is falling farther and farther behind, soon it might be too late to catch up. One thing Trump is NOT is a strategic thinker in terms of the future ........... but then again, Trump is an anachronistic, senile, 80 y/o. He doesn't care about the future because he won't be around - we should be grateful he's not on the bench (SCOTUS).
