......... the Chinese going away, OMG, that is hilarious! China is intentionally reducing their population - where the U.S. is reliant on immigration to survive, China is actively working towards a more efficient society ......... they don't need immigration. Keep in mind that the U.S. will be majority-minority by 2040 ...immigration will have a huge impact on the U.S. - likely a cultural clash. These ersatz Americans will be of color, the U.S. will become a mosaic of cultures ........... and of course, no real sense of American patriotism The question is whether they'll be vindictive. Press 2 for English? OMG! - Asia aged out - lol π

Not sure how tariffs help ur bottom line .......... ur economy is based on consumerism? Tariffs, inflation is anathema? 2/3 or the U.S. economy is based on food, services, vehicles, clothing, housing, etc, etc. Ya think ya have security in all those items? I think we're back to imports................ domestic pop. paying more with wages that can't support it.

The fact that the trust deficit has become a problem for the US and its closest allies is undeniable. In a March 2025 joint survey (Le Grand Continent) that asked Europeans how much trust they have in 14 political leaders, Trump received the 2nd lowest confidence (trust) rating. The only leader to score lower was Putin. Tariffs are a tax on the domestic population of the US? Suppose it should be mentioned that SCOTUS deemed the sweeping tariffs imposed by Trump (via IEEPA) were in contravention of the Constitution - and must be refunded? The US is scared of the burgeoning China potential .................. the US should be. It is no victory getting a larger share of a shrinking (global) market. Oh, forgot......... the US is transitioning from a consumer market economy to a manufacturing economy. And the CHINESE applauded. π

βstatisticsβ are not βfactsβ Facts are independent of interpretation, they are constant, βthe earth orbits the sunβ? Statistics are subject to interpretation, sampling methods (questionnaire), and the context β they can be presented in misleading ways. -

............. remaining in power provides a degree of protection for Netanyahu, problem is his party has lost the majority - any new government would (again) rely on a coalition........... and the whip hand in choosing a PM would not be Likud. Calling an early election (before 4 years), on a successful conclusion of the Iran-US-Israel conflict would likely boost his and Likud popularity - maintaining close ties with the US is crucial tho not to mention the looming US midterms where a Left House majority could take the wheels off US support for Israel. Just-do-It Vance would (akin to Hungary - Orban) make a pilgrimage to Israel to support Netanyahu in any early election. Vance' presence in Israel would likely carry a lot of influence. A pardon is likely for Bibi, but to be eligible he needs to be out of power and be convicted of a crime. Early election sounds good, IF Trump can settle with Iran - in particular if the nuke dust can be reclaimed. I like to equate Netanyahu with Churchill........... Churchill saw the danger clearly (Nazi) ........calls for action (Sudetenland) ........ and rallies his ally (FDR - lead lease).

'Freedom means people will make horrifically bad choices. Freedom means innocent people will have to deal with the consequences of those bad choices.' / gatomontes99 ........ emphasis on colored people, green card holders, women, dreamers, EAD holders, second gen born in the U.S. and those taking part in legitimate protests.
