What is Critical Immigration Theory?
CouchPotato replied to Deluge's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I am sure that is part of the appeal, but I don't know if this is always the case. I am not a mind reader. There are tons of conspiracy theorists out there. They have been around as long as I can remember. I would say well over 90% of them are harmless. -
That's the second time you've called him cute today, myata.

You are right. I could easily see the people who say Trump is going to end democracy becoming Nazis. Seriously though, there are conspiracy theorists on either side of the aisle and being one does not necessarily mean you will fall into Nazism. -

It's true. Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Kamala Harris... all lawyers. -
That's right. I forgot about that. Another thing just occurred to me. All these people are calling Trump racist because he accused Kamala of playing up different aspects of her racial background when it suits her. What right does this white guy have to question her ethnic heritage? Well, Biden did this, too. Only he didn't just do it to one person. He said in an interview that if you are having trouble making up your mind between him and Trump "you ain't black."

Because that ropes people into actually reading the article. A surprising group? I wonder what that is. Sounds surprising. -
Which public speakers? Hillary? Kamala? They clearly were not pros. I don't know if it makes a major difference. It just sounds phony. If Donald Trump did a bad southern accent in Alabama or if JD Vance picked up a Minnesota accent while in Minneapolis, people would notice. The media would be talking about. We would be hearing about how Trump and Vance are weird. There would be a thread on here about it. You would be posting in it.

Even if the left were to convict Trump of 900 felonies and completely bankrupt him, he will never have to worry about being homeless. He will always be able to live, rent-free, in your head.

I have a pretty good shot at winning Russian roulette. I don't play it. -
I was just editing that into my post when you replied. Great minds, CdnFox.

No. He is the Republican candidate for President. This has been their method of attack against Republican candidates for several elections now. I always like to use the example of Joe Biden saying that Romney and Ryan would "put y'all back in chains". Pretty sensational stuff. While Republicans scurry around trying to defend their own from charges like this, they end up distracted from the fact that what Biden did there was incredibly racist. He was basically using the fears of black people for his own political gain.

You are smarter than people give you credit for because you immediately saw where I was going with this. But I mean don't you think that the failure of your NSDAPs to anticipate that they would be destroyed is sort of a fatal flaw. -
What is Critical Immigration Theory?
CouchPotato replied to Deluge's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I don't think I've actually said that. I mean perhaps you could see it that way, because I have said it is inevitable. But then you have just basically said the same thing when you said it was too late. Is it reasonable to say that the collapse of a society with a certain political philosophy shows the weakness of that political philosophy? -

I agree in a sense. Though, maybe not for all the same reasons. I think human society on a whole is inevitably collapsing. There is no stopping it. But the same can be said about death. I will prolong my life as long as I can. -
Ummm ok.. you keep saying that, but why didn't Trump get them out when he was president? 🤪
