Well... no, due process is not defined as "day in court" We already have completely lawful process of expedited removals. Suppose a border patrol agent is literally there at the border and someone comes across illegally and they get arrested for doing so. In that case, the border patrol doesn't have to take them to court and wait for 6 months of appeals from the ACLU to run their course before deporting them. You guys are not interested in due process or a day in court as much as you are simply invested in seeing open borders madness continue and trying to fight the deportation of folks here illegally as much as you can.
