Everyone not getting Social Security right now, who is paying into it, is losing money to the people getting more now. At the current rates of borrowing and spending, the people paying into the Ponzi scheme right now will not get anything when they retire. It's the very concept of a Ponzi scheme. You do, in fact, payout to the initial "investors" while you keep the scheme going by borrowing and stealing from the new investors, who will never see any of their money back. The other problem is that it isn't that you get more money back than you put in it or not... it is the opportunity cost of how much money you have lost that could have been invested far better.

Yeah, that is literally how economics work. Money in the form of tax cuts doesn't get spent at nearly the same rate as money spent by the government. They are not equivalent at all. When individuals invest their money, save their money... that is not adding to demand in the economy the same way. That is basic economics. He is a coward.
