I need to confirm this more, but I read last night the officer was also distracted because he had one of the people there harassing him following closely with a camera and heckling him too, as he was approaching the vehicle. This whole thing was a set up by leftists agitators that went wrong because she tried to flee.

Yes, she drove at an ICE officer and hit one. He was aiming at her because she was accelerating towards him. That is not murder, it is self-defense.

For as much as either of us can know, it is more than possible; it is on the video, captured from multiple angles. Yes, she was in fact going towards him. The fact that she cut her wheels and was further turning away is hindsight, but even then, he still had to get out of the way and was still hit. There is literally photographic evidence of a bullet hole in the windshield. This happened because people like you think it is acceptable to interfere with federal law enforcement operations and then attempt to flee. None of this happens if she wasn't screwing around with ICE and then trying to flee.

This is a complete lie and not what is shown on the video. The gun was drawn only after she started to flee and move towards the officer in front of her vehicle. And he wasn’t really in front until she backed away and turn towards his direction.

Depends on what you mean by hit. The officer had to quickly try to move out of the way and while doing so did have to position his hands to deflect the vehicle. It appears his leg/hip area was hit on the side while moving out of the way. Either way, the facts remain. She backed up and away from an officer trying to illegally flee, while doing so her vehicle turned towards another officer as she began to accelerate towards him and that is when he drew his firearm and fired.

She was not doing a 3-point turn... she was purposefully blocking their path and then tried to speed away through an ICE officer as they went to deal with her. She was not shot just for fleeing. She was clearly blocking the road.

He will ignorantly or dishonestly not see the officer in front of the vehicle that fired acting like they shot her for no reason for driving away from an officer. The video shows she was driving into an officer who fired at her then having no way of knowing she was turning away at the time.
