You started with a lie. Trump did not promise to just deport criminals. That was always listed as the first step and it was never the last: https://www.ap.org/news-highlights/elections/2024/where-trump-and-harris-stand-on-immigration-and-border-security/ Trump vows mass deportations Immigration was the issue that propelled Trump into the White House the first time and what he hopes will give him another term. During just about every campaign speech or appearance, he has portrayed immigration as out of control. One of Trump’s key promises if reelected is to mount the largest domestic deportation in U.S. history. He made similar promises when he first ran for office, but during his administration, deportations never topped 350,000. For comparison, then-President Barack Obama carried out 432,000 deportations in 2013, the highest annual total since records were kept. This time, Trump has given some more specifics on his promises. He said he’ll use the National Guard to round up migrants. And he said he would invoke the Alien Enemies Act, a 1798 law that allows the president to deport any noncitizen from a country that the U.S. is at war with. He’s also vowed to kick out hundreds of thousands of immigrants who have entered the country under two key Biden administration programs if he’s reelected. Any mass deportation plans would certainly be challenged in court and be enormously expensive to carry out. And it would depend on countries being willing to take back their citizens. Trump says he also would bring back policies he put in place during his first term, like the Remain in Mexico program and Title 42. Remain in Mexico made migrants wait in Mexico while their asylum cases were heard, while Title 42 curbed immigration on public health grounds. He has said he’ll revive and expand a travel ban from his term that originally targeted citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries and pledged new “ideological screening” for immigrants to bar “dangerous lunatics, haters, bigots and maniacs.” Trump also seeks to end birthright citizenship for people born in the U.S. whose parents are both in the country illegally. _________________________________ If all he was going to do was deport criminals, why wasn't it even mentioned in this article in September?

Minnesota Political Murders

There are nut jobs on both sides. I don't care which side this guy is on. Killing politicians is wrong and deeply anti American. That said, here is how Trump reacts: He calls it horrific and vows to prosecute. Here is how the left handles it: Poll: 28% of Democrats say U.S. better off if Trump were assassinated Mississippi congressman's staffer says 'don’t miss next time’ after Trump assassination attempt -
Not exactly. The rub comes in the phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof". Being born here does not give you citizenship if the mother that gave birth to you wasn't under the jurisdiction of the state or the United States. It is being argued that being in the country illegally isn't under the jurisdiction because they have not been formally admitted. No it does not. Does it change the picture if the father of 5 kids assasinates a Minnesota State Senator? No. Family separation happens everyday in the US. If an illegal immigrant has a spouse or child that is legally in the US, they can either choose to travel together or separate. Bullshìt. You break the law you have to pay the price. /discussion

USAID Official, Three Executives Plead Guilty In $550M Bribery Scheme Everyone was asking for convictions. Well, here you go. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

If it sounds like that then a. you should learn how to read quietly and b. you need to learn how to read for comprehension. They all are. They broke out immigration laws. By any definition of the word, they are criminals. Saying illegal aliens need to be deported is no different than saying murders should be in jail. The presumption is that murders are already found guilty and the punishment should be jail. The same applies to illegal aliens. Those that are being deported have deportation orders. That means they've had their "day in court".

The short answer is yes. That doesn't make it right, but it was a true statement -

Quit making assumptions that I don't know the politics of Iran. I get that terrorists are in charge of the country. But the fact that they are terrorists doesn't negate the fact that they run the country. Until that isn't true, Iran and the Islamic Republic are one and the same. You cannot separate them. -
Israel attacks Iran’s capital with explosions booming across Tehran People call everything war like, the beginning of WWIII. I doubt this goes there, but this could get very bad if we aren't careful. I think much of the ME is going to back Israel. They are all just as worried about Iran having nukes as we are. Lebanon and Syria are probably on Iran's side. But, what will Russia and China do? I'm hoping Russia is too war werry to take a side and that China sees their new deal with the US as something they don't want give up. If China and Russia don't take Iran's side, we will have regime change in Iran.

Fentanyl is coming through the northern border now. Its just a fact. “Our adversaries have partnered up with the CCP and others, Russia, Iran, on a variety of different criminal enterprises. And … they're sailing around to Vancouver and coming in by air. The sheer tyranny of distance of the northern border and the lack of cooperation from federal authorities in prior administrations to actually firm up that northern border is what's causing a continuation of violent crime,” Patel said.

He doesn't want anything. He just was mad at Canada for denying that fentanyl was flowing through the northern border now. So he poked the bear.

No no. Having a court date doesn't make you here legally. It just means your legal claim hasn't been determined yet. In fact the law says that if an asylum claim is made that they shall be detained until such time as their hearing. Shall be detained does not grant them entry into the US. It is a denial.
