Weaponized DOJ Convicts Hunter Biden
CdnFox replied to Rebound's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Uhhh ohhhh - looks like i broke her again. -
It's easily verified -so verify if it doesn't seem valid. But you can't just label it as false because of the source. Sorry. I literally addressed the point head on. Which means you're in denial again becuase you know you're wrong. Repeating a lie doesn't make it true kiddo And Remember: Every time you need to rewrite what the person actually said by saying "and that's what you really mean" You've already admitted that you're wrong. What you really want is the right to be able to wave someone's penis in front of the child as we've seen at the gay pride parades. What you really want is children to be expelled for not wearing the pride colors When required to. What you really want is parents taken out of the decision-making process if children have gender issues. See how easy that is ?

CdnFox replied to NYLefty's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Why do you do this everytime you turn out to be wrong? You run off with your tail between your legs and somehow it's my fault. There's no argument here. That's the job. that's why they're responsible if something goes wrong. Sorry if that's inconvenient for you but your frustration over your lack of knowledge shouldn't' be taken out on me . Yeash. -
Whereas you were confused already?
-
Only to !diots And i'm ok with that well that's just a lie. Do you need me to spell it out? The stuff i've already posted from reliable sources shows you're wrong for the inflation and no, he didn't cut the deficit in half - and his deficits are still the highest in history for any non covid year. Why do you feel the need to lie about that stuff? Is it because you're so ashamed of biden? Looks like we can have two !diots on the board
-
Nonsense - i don't remember you saying that, i'm not repeating you. Yeah they are. That's the issue. They're forcing the right to waive their penis in the face of children and all the other things we've talked about WITH proof that it's happening and if you DON"T say you approve by wearing pride colours you are a bad person. ANd the fact you have to lie to make your point suggests you don't have a very good point. Well that's not true depending where you work - and it's not true for the children who can be expelled for not wearing pride colours as we've seen. if you and they are going to pick a fight, especially a fight where you're going after people's children, you're going to be VERY lucky if the only thing that winds up trampled is a flag. People are fed up and you can't just lie your way out of it.

Trump is just TOO STUPID!
CdnFox replied to NYLefty's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
No it doesn't. That's not how it works. Experts are often wrong. Experts often fail to take into consideration factors and effects that may be applicable outside of their area of expertise. And of course - experts can and do lie or misinform for various agendas, political and otherwise. That is why it is the job of the gov't to NOT simply defer automatically to an "expert", but rather to include the expert's opinion in their consideration. And more than one expert often enough. And experts in other areas often. And then they come to a determination. IT's really that simple. You can't be an expert on everythning but you can be educated on ONE issue by the experts and you can consider what they say and then make a decision. If they're just going to defer, what's the point of having the gov' t in the first place. -

If they're deferring - they're not doing their jobs. Their job is to identify issues, obtain recommendations and opinions from appropriate experts on how to address those issues, evaluate and choose a course of action and then identify the group of people or company or action that will achieve the planned result. They are NOT to defer their responsibilities to someone else. They are to ask questions, seek differential recommendations if necessary, look at the 'side effects' of the recommended solutions that may not occur to the experts. They are not expected to be experts in law for example but they're expected to be expert enough to ask intelligent questions and raise concerns that the experts may have missed. For example - "hey, if we pass this law recommended by the lawyers that lets criminals out on bail even if they're violent - won't more people get hurt" ? -
Republicans Against Inequality?
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
It's not QUITE that easy. For example to be accurate you would have to calculate the 'waste', the costs involved with delivering the money. It costs to have someone figure out who's getting it, cut the cheques, etc etc. THat is often on top of the allocated amount and is almost never calculated because it's not that simple. All of that is in fluctuation most of the time anyway. SO you're have to make a guess as to how much of what you did contributed to that. For example - when covid ended and the lockdowns stopped etc biden was also spending 'relief' money. Well the stores were opening anyway so there was already going to be a massive surge in employment and economic activity as people went back to work - calculating exactly how much biden's spending helped can be hard. As i noted, nobody is suggesting leaving everything to the market without input. The market is a financial model, not a model of governance. One wouldn't "allow the market" to settle a territorial dispute for example But - intervening in the market generally is the least efficient thing to do, it frequently has unintended side effects which are serious (like inflation) and it tends to reduce the overall effectiveness of the market. So while it's occasionally necessary to preserve the market or sometimes to achieve things that the market would not normally address, it should be kept to a minimum and the market should not be used as a crutch to attempt to push social engineering or bad policy. It may be necessary to interfere with the market a little, but a minimalist approach is best. -
Sorry kiddo - facts are facts That's why you keep looking like an !diot whenever we talk and why people keep laughing at you ? But don't feel bad, most of the people here are better than you, it's not just me at all. And i do know what i'm talking about - sorry. And we already know you're a liar so your eye witness account isn't much good is it. The truth has already come out and been verified. And yes that was his excuse for downplaying the severity of it. ANd how woudl that help his campaign? He'd have done much better saying it was a horrible thing that only he could solve and scare people into voting for him. You're weird. And the fact the left was killing people at the time is not irrelevent. Biden called Cuomo a hero - they all knew what he was doing. They just covered it up. And your denal of reality does not change the fact that UNNECESSARILY HIGH inflation caused by biden has deeply hurt the people and made life much much less affordable. And the people know it - that's why they're dumping him .

Trump is just TOO STUPID!
CdnFox replied to NYLefty's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
What shocked me was in an interview with a canadian senator they asked him why he voted for the bill in question given it was contrary to his beliefs and he said (not kidding) "we don't have time to actually READ the bills we vote on!" Yikes. So much for the 'house of sober second thought". -
Awww muffin - don't worry, and don't forget the left's mantra - "If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see us through." Stolen from blackadder's melchet i believe I posted the proof. Sorry that the truth doesn't work for you Truth. I posted it. Typical leftie tho "WHERE'S THE PROOF" - here's the proof. "THE PROOF PROVES I WAS WRONG - THE TRUTH IS RUBBISH!" Well at least you don't pretend to care about facts or truth

Oh for sure - but at least he's consistent. LOL - ahhh yes - the "Zapp Brannigan" effect. He just plods along failing upwards while Kif cleans up after him -
Well i'm still better than you so... Yeah - pretty much all untrue. And it's typical of you that you need to lie to try to make your point. Of course he downplayed it. He didn't want panic. Meanwhile democrats like Coumo were killing old people by sending them back to old age care facilities still infected 15th. https://tradingeconomics.com/country-list/inflation-rate-?continent=g20 But that doesn't help - remember that's ON TOP of the very high rates previously. This is a COMPOUNDING issue. So - if previously the us had 10 percent inflation and now it has four - that four is ALSO on the 10 previously. so if you had 5 last year and 5 this year - you'd be FAR better off than someoen with 10 last year and 2 this year. So sure, now that biden is spending a little less it's starting to fall to where it should be, but that doesn't change the huge amount it went up before, and that's not going down. Plus they're raising interest rates to help bring it down - which means a lot of people are going to get hurt financially and they'll probably see a recession. Biden has TOTALLY trashed them. And there was absolutely no need for it.

Most are in fact - trump just takes the blinders off and takes it to the extreme. But you look at pelosi, she's not much better. Biden is far worse corruption wise and lets not even get into BOTH clintons. Trump just puts it all on the stage. Reminds me of that line from Megamind - Oh you're a villian all right, but you'll never be a SUPER villian Whats the difference? PRESENTATION!!!!! (tadaaa!) -

Republicans Against Inequality?
CdnFox replied to BeaverFever's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Sorry - none of that is accurate. Gov't involvement is rarely because it's 'faster', and the fact is the imputs and outputs are brutally hard to define. Measuring exactly how much activity precisely resulted from gov't action is often almost impossible, you can only get relatively close or make educated guesses. Nothing produces more measurable results more quickly than the free market. The free market has proven again and again it is the most efficient model for creating solutions and building overall wealth of the people. However - unlike something like communism or socialism. capitalism and free markets are ONLY an economic model and not a governance model. A truly free market is like a poker game - if you play LONG enough someone winds up with all the chips and you get a handful of monopolies and you lose all the benefits of the market system So we use gov't to 'level the playing field' to make sure the market stays as free as possible, and we use gov't to push for things that may have value other than monetary which the market won't address directly, and occasionally when the market isnt' performing in a specific area we can incentivize activity. -
It is darn near the highest of any of the first world nations except italy, which has it's own problems. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1370909/inflation-g7/ And the us should have been MORE resistant to inflation than just about everybody else. Inflation is INSANELY high in the states given the circumstances and while some of that is definitely on covid a LOT of it is on his "covid releif' spending. Sorry kiddo - the us's insane inflation rates are thanks to biden. WIthout him it would have been much lower.
-
I've posted it several times now. You can dig up the actual interview, it's still around but here's a news report https://archive.ph/MAMbj Oh - and guest appearance by Carter. She has said DOZENS of times that it was stolen and she's done so publically. She's still doing it. LOL - now, are you going to admit you were wrong and say you're sorry for being a jack ass? I'll wait
-
That's what you guys said the first time. I wouldn't bet against him. Lets face it your only reason for saying that is "muh feels would be hurt". Biden has trashed the economy and driven many americans to poverty with his runaway inflation driven largely by his spending policies. And those prices wont' be going down during the recession to follow. Meanwhile trade isn't going well, his covid response was horrific, and he frequently drifts off or falls asleep during public events. Or just falls. That's why his ratings are so low. Trump is polling neck and neck with him. Biden is failing miserably. Trump is hot on his heels. IF trump takes the nomination it could easily go either way
