Antifa is attempting to NORMALIZE fascism. Not fight it. They use violence, intimidation, bullying and fear to try to force people to do what they want and agree with their agenda. They are extremely nationalist, believing that their vision for the nation is the ONLY one that should be allowed to exist. They are horrible people and the people of the us and canada have become fed up with their hatred and violence. That's why the feds classified their activites as 'domestic terrorist violence'.

You've never known what to tell people. That's why everyone thinks you're a bit of a joke. You simply call everyone you don't like a nazi or a fascist or 'unhinged' because you can't come up with a coherent argument against them. You're stuck in your echo chamber and when you post it's painfully obvious even to those here who lean left that you don't give rational thought to anyone, you just blather in accordance to your talking points And of course you hate the people who point that out the most. Its obvious you become emotionally unstable if anyone dares speak truth to your power. Sorry kiddo - if you thought anyone was taking you seriously or had respect for you i'm afraid you were not being honest with yourself.

Well if they've done absolutely nothing then what are you crying about? Obviously they're not at fault for anything then So millennials then. They've certainly done that, they keep voting in liberal gov'ts who make the environment worse and worse and insisting on things like carbon taxes which do nothing but keep the economy from improving. As to society - fair enough you can't accuse the millennials of not changing society - historically canadians have been very united but thanks to the millenial efforts we are now a more divided and hostile country than we have ever been by far. That's definitely new. Well you are lying of course. That's what happens when you focus on your echo chamber instead of facts, you wind up lying to attempt to justify your position. "wealth gap' has been addressed, CO2 is going up becasue of millenials, not the boomers, and the only dictator you need to worry about right now is the one in ottawa. No, we just need people who think with their heads and not their echochambers. No balls needed. It's simple. But unfortunately we may have to wait a generation or two more before that happens. The millennials seem to think they can solve the problems with blaming others and essential oils. The 'dictators' are sending their children to 'kingon school'. Uh huh. These 'dictators'.... are they in the room with us right now? I'm sure you'll answer - it just won't be much of an answer. Lefties like you don't care about sustainability. Like - at all. You like to virtue signal that you do but you don't. Otherwise you woudn't support the current carbon tax - it jsut lines the pockets of the gov't and does nothing for the environment. You wouldn't keep voting in a party that has the WORST environmental record - that keeps you happy by signing documents like kyoto and paris and then COMPLETELY ignoring them and blowing past their targets. You repress our own oil and gas industries which forces allies to switch to russian fuel, and pays for wars which aren't exactly environmentally friendly. You ignore that a prosperous gas industry could fund our future green tech instead of war. You pretend if we're not digging up the oil that somehow the people around the world who now buy it from the Russians will stop using oil. You want to know who's to blame for the current situation? Go look in a mirror kiddo. It ain't the boomers.

Whether you like it or not both do. That doesn't mean she represents my views, and that's one of the reasons that mps are supposed to stick close to party lines and be cautious about what they say. Only Justin tends to use terms like "canadians want" or "canadians know" etc - he does it on purpose. He certainly doesnt' represent me or my ideals per se but unfortunately as a member of parliament he does get to say he's a representative of Canadians. So yes - if may is at a press conference and speaks about canadians then she has that right, even tho she may not specifically represent you or me. You notice that your mp is not officially called "the representative from 'x' riding, but rather the 'member' from x riding. The riding chooses which person they will send to represent canada - not just their riding. Otherwise the mp would only vote on matters directly involved with their riding instead of all matters.
-
Well if you mean boomers by 'you people' then the answer is simple - they have guns and balls and you don't I'm sure future generations will lie to themselves about it just like you do, but the only thing people who do that 'Get" is what they deserve . Doesn't sound like you have much of an answer for anything. Can't imagine why your generation is failing

It is. And he often becomes confused. This really isn't political - regan had issues by the end as well - but the guy isn't all there and republican or democrat he's really not fit to lead a country. i thought he'd step aside for the next go around and let someoene else take a crack but unfortunately not the case it would seem

Canada wrongly supports a "two-state" solution for Israel
CdnFox replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Of course it's silly. It would be impossible to have happen because of the definition. That's like saying there's never been a war with no war. You can't have an athiest holy war SO it's pretty silly to say there's never been one. (its embarrasing for you that i'd have to explain that in detail). Sure they have. Nazis were athiest and they definitely went after the jews with the intent of bringing them under their control. They banned many churches. MANY top nazis were athiests although not all so you might get a technical win there. But it was pretty much a group of athiests for the most part who only considered religion to be of political value and hated a lot of religions such as judeism etc. Well it was actually - the russian hatred of theism was pretty strong. And lets not forget the pogroms. Many of those were pretty much exclusively about religion. They didn't promote Christianity, they started off being friendly to the pope when he went along with them and then spoke out against christians when he dissed them. Like i said, you'll have to jig the definition of atheism to make it work. -

CdnFox replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Well - setting aside that a crusade or jihad is literally a religious war so your statement is both correct and silly at the same time, and assuming that you mean people haven't been killed for their beliefs by people who don't believe in their god or any god, i have to say that's not entirely accurate. In fact hitler and the nazi's would be a great example. HE was not a religious man at all and only considered religion as a political tool - yet he slaughtered the Jews specifically because they were Jewish. That's pretty much an atheist in charge of a gov't that was supposed to be atheist going after a religious group. There are many other examples in history. I don't think you could really defend that statement other than by getting severely petty over the definition of atheist. -
But we already noted justin isn't actually the leader of our country. he's just the leader of the gov't, the leader of the country is the King- he's the actual head of state, or the Governer general as his lawful appointee. So justin has no more say than anyone else. When he goes to vote in the parliament he has no more votes than anyone else. He didn't get more votes in his riding than may got in hers as i recall. That. Is. who. the . leader. of. our. country. is. That's what the 'head of state' means. Of course you don't want to mention it - it pretty much proves you're wrong. A person who is NOT the leader of the country and has NOT been more empowered to speak for the people than any other MP is fine with you, but another who's in exactly the same boat doesnt'. Sorry - justin can speak for the gov't of canada but not for the people any more than may can. Exactly - it's completely retarded. It's also what you've been arguing all along, that only the leader of the country speaks for the people of the country. Glad we now agree that your argument was dumb. In a parliament all people have equal right to speak for the people. Only a few have the right to speak for their party and only one has the right to say who can speak for the gov't of the day. But they ALL have equal right to speak for the people. Next time learn how our system works before opening your mouth.

The wealth income gap is a meanless measure tho. Lets say you earn 40 grand a year, and some ohter guy earns 100. The economy improves and suddenly you're earning 50 and he's earning 140. How have you suffered? How would you be better off if he went DOWN to 60? How would that make your life better? For the wealth income gap to matter you would have to show how that person's increase somehow directly hurts you. Otherwise it's just a case of unjustified envy. As to co2 - i don't think the boomers are using any MORE co2 right now than the millenials so what's the issue there? If future generations have something to complain about you'd have to make that case a lot better than that.

Oh please. It's such a pathetically desperate wail pretending that the truth isn't true that it's painful to watch. Especially the part where you claim that "the rolling stones' Is a more reliable source on business than the New York Post LOL ROFLMAO - like a good little brainwashed leftie you lose your mind and start foaming at the mouth the moment you're provided proof your ideology is wrong This is why the left is considered to be more like a religion these days. Sorry kiddo - dozens and dozens of examples show that get woke go broke is a pretty accurate saying and MANY companies have suffered doing so until they changed their ways. Its becoming more and more recognized that it's not ok to be 'woke' if you want to be in business any more THat's what happens when you ignore reality like you do,

There's been nothing intellectual OR honest about your replies. You twist what i and others say entirely out of shape. Presumably because you know you're wrong so you HAVE to change what was said to something you think you can win. Pathetic. And childish. Acting surprised that people are not taking you seriously or are treating you like you were 7 years old should come as no surprise. Frankly - it's giving you more intellectual credit than you deserve. Grow up, and people might start treating you as if you had something valueable to say. Right now it's just like watching a puppy chase it's tail - amusing in it's own way but nobody is impressed by the puppy's "intellect".

Canada wrongly supports a "two-state" solution for Israel
CdnFox replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Pesonally i doubt all sources about equally. I look for confirmation. I find dozens and dozens of credible reports about the palesinians using their own people including children as human shields over many conflicts. Now - that isn't to say the isrealies don't - but when YOU turn around and basically deny something that appears to be not only independently verified but also consistent in time and in keeping with their casualties reported then t become apparent that YOU are dishonest. And when you hide and play the 'whatabout' game you show you KNOW the article i posted was true and you're trying to dodge it. Added to your behavior here already - it's clear where the lies are So you don't give a crap about 'justice' or 'truth' or how many people die or who is the source of the ongoing violence. All you care about is that you hate the isrealis. Well - if that's who you want to be then fine, but don't expect me to care about your views or much about the palestinians based on your own behavior. If they deserved our sympathy then the truth would have sufficed to explain why. -
No, by the end of the time of agustus - about 100 years after marius. And they weren't actually all standing legions. They were engaged in a number of wars at the time. The number of legions would rise and fall as the conflicts did. ROFLMAO - so you know you're wrong and you figure attacking me personally will somehow make you right And to prove your point about me writing lengthy replies to your 1-3 lines. you post my reply of 1-3 lines. LOLOLOL - well you're just not the brightest bulb on the tree are you Sorry kiddo, rome generally rose legions as necessary. They might be necessary for a while, or may be necessary for occupation, or just for a short campaign. but it's not like today where they just decide how big the army will be and that's it. For example - when ceaser was killed there was about 37 legions fighting various wars - that was up to 60 by the time that mark anthony and augustus fought, then it fell back down to 20 something, etc etc. That's only over a period of a dozen years. The size of the forces rose and fell with need all the time. You've already contradicted yourself a dozen times. You claimed that standing armies were a thing because of the marius reforms, then posted a source that said that rome wouldn't have standing armies till 100 years later. And the facts are recorded history - rome rose and disbanded legions as necessary all the time. You know you look like a retard. which is why you can't let this go. You spend a few days trying to find something to corroborate your ineptitude then come back and whine again. At least you've given up with the rediculous notion that rome fell because of the 'Germans' and the celts. That was particularly thick.

So you admit to your lie and provide no evidence that they don't use the children as human shields. So - why would i listen to a dishonest person? If the truth is so evident why don't you just use the truth instead of lying? Sounds like you've looked into this and you know the isrealies aren't the bad guys, but for some reason you want to protray them as such. -
Ontario needs to invest in EVs as a realistic Option.
CdnFox replied to Boges's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
Not many. And you've just squandered your only means to leave the area if things get worse. It's a bad idea. Of all the many good reasons to buy an EV - this is NOT one of them. In fact it's just a bad one. First off people shouldn't be attaching a generator OR a 'battery' to their home without having the home's electrical systems fitted for it or you run the risk of electrocuting the guys working on the lines if you don't know what you're doing. Secondly the amp output of such vehicles is not going to be the same as a generator and you can't do the same things - and if the software DOES accidentally allow excessive draw then the batteries will explode spectacuarlrly. This is more and more likely to happen the older the batteries get. And third - you'll burn through that battery in no time. IT sure as hell won't take three days. And now if things get worse you've given up your means of transportation to leave the area. Having lived through a few 'disaster' situations i can tell you that's a BAD idea. At least with a generator you could charge the car if it wasn't fully charged when the disaster struck. We have enough power outages where i live that i have a proper permanent propane powered generator wired to the house that automatically comes on when it detects a power outage. I know a thing or two about this stuff Buy an EV for ANY other reason. That is not a good reason. -

And conservatives and anyone who disagrees with you. And everyone here knows you're not joking. SIgh - and people wonder why women are sometimes perceived at being less rational in politics.
