  1. You lie. You've been corrected multiple times. You've been shown NY laws as instructed to the jury. You persist in lying. So, again, for the honest people playing along at home, the "other crime" is a violation of NY election law. From the damn jury instructions--literally the very next section from what WCM quoted NEW YORK ELECTION LAW § 17-152 PREDICATE The People allege that the other crime the defendant intended to commit, aid, or conceal is a violation of New York Election Law section 17-152. Section 17-152 of the New York Election Law provides that any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of conspiracy to promote or prevent an election. Under our law, a person is guilty of such a conspiracy when, with intent that conduct be performed that would promote or prevent the election of a person to public office by unlawful means, he or she agrees with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of such conduct.
  2. Link to how his daughter "made money off the trial." This is a very popular claim within the cult, but nobody had been able to produce any link yet--even a bogus one. I don't think donating $40 total across several campaigns (or something like that) counts as "ultra biased." That seems pretty silly.
  3. Be sure to buy the VIP package, rube.
  4. Those silly scientists don't know nearly as much as you do. They can go pound sand while you sit in your cozy house with asbestos fireproofing, snacking on lead paint chips and playing with the mercury your barber-dentist gave you as a prize for holding still during your prophylactic tooth extraction. (No problem, he gave you heroin for the pain.) You'll be damned if science has ever uncovered everyday products that can harm us, the quacks!
  5. I'm sure the election workers he libeled and currently owes $148 million hope that is true.
  6. You make that statement based on what? Trump's word? A grand jury indictment and a LOT of publicly available evidence indicate that Trump did all of that and more. It's worth reading the indictment. Did Trump take them? Did Trump keep them? Did Trump refuse to return them? Did Trump try to hide them? Did he show them around to people? Resounding yes to all of that. He'll have his day in court to convince a jury that he shouldn't be held accountable, but it's pretty clear he did those things. This is a crime that is prosecuted for intent. I have commented many times on this forum. Mishandling of classified documents happens all the time in the federal government. Nobody gets prosecuted for accidental mishandling. Pence and Biden both had documents they shouldn't have. They voluntarily contacted authorities and turned them in when discovered. So neither of them will face any consequence. As above, Trump wouldn't have had any problem had he turned over the documents, but his extensive and willful actions to retain and keep the documents demonstrated intent. Hence, he has a legal problem. And Hunter Biden is a private citizen who is, frankly, being held to a higher standard and scrutiny because of his relationship to the President. He's standing trial right now for things that are almost never prosecuted independently. What comment do you want me to have on it? The dude's literally on trial.
  7. Complete bullshit. Trump actively excluded the Afghan government from the negotiations-- which is as clear a signal as one can send. And the Taliban was required to stop attacking American troops. They were actively attacking Afghan troops and reclaiming territory as soon as the ink was dry. Literally within days. And Trump continued an almost total withdrawal as the Taliban reclaimed the country. Again, Biden had no opportunity to "send everyone home." 90% of "everyone" had already been sent home , by Trump. It is tragic that 13 service people were killed as they tried to evacuate but the terrorists did exactly what we all knew they would do after Trump gave them back the country. The only thing that would have been different if we had left 2500 troops there is that the terrorists would have had enough targets to do it over and over and over again. You people are desperate to blame Biden for something that he had almost no control over. His only choices were to bring home the final 2500 troops, or send on a new surge of Americans large enough to defend itself.
  8. You're hopeless and helpless. Can't even manage a little honesty.
  9. Climate deniers, avert your delicate, duplicitous eyes. Every month for the last year has smashed the record for the hottest in recorded history, making the last year the hottest in recorded history. A trend now for several years. But bury our heads in the sand and pretend it isn't happening--it's cooler underground!
  10. After his administration signed the "surrender" agreement, Trump publicly vowed to have all the troops home by Christmas 2020. He fell 2500 troops short of that goal, but even you can plainly see that was the intention, no? He very nearly completed his "surrender," no? You don't even want to hold him 90% accountable for making the deal withdrawing 90% of the troops? You know that's absurd, right?
  11. So you, by your own admission "don't know" if Biden should have abandoned 2500 US troops to the Taliban forces? Well, that should be a pretty farking easy question to answer, but let's stipulate that, indeed, you can't figure it out and don't know. And then let's agree that if you don't know what you're talking about, you're not really in any position to be blaming Biden for Trumps "surrender."
  12. lol. None. This is exactly like the false equivalency you guys try to draw between Trump documents and Biden documents. O'Donnell's donations were not fraud. Just excessive contributions which are only prosecuted if they can establish intent.
  13. Leaving 2500 troops to be overrun by the Taliban is just murder. Is that your proposal? Biden should have just left the last batch behind?
  14. I am absolutely certain you don't believe the lies you are telling. You just repeat them to service your Dom. You can look at a photo of the Trump administration signing the "surrender" agreement. You can see photos and read accounts of them extracting almost all of the troops. And you'll claim loudly that those things didn't happen, regardless of how humiliating it is. because that's the kink.
  15. No, you drooling halfwit, not all falsified business records are falsified for the same reasons, but they are all the same crime. No, you inbred troglodyte, Trump was indeed charged with felonies. It's right there in the paperwork for the indictment, arraignment and conviction. Have someone read it to you. And no, you knuckle-dragging Neanderthal, Trump was indeed accused of violating New York Election Law Section 17-152, a felony he certainly intended co commit. No federal law required.
  16. No, it wasn't. Not even close. And it's a VERY silly claim. that's like saying that because Armageddon and Deep Impact both premiered in 1998 "the science at the time" was about an impending meteor strike. Nope. These are just disaster movies. Pure fiction for entertainment purposes--like Fox news-- nothing to do with science.
  17. Again, a lie. When Biden took office the Trump's "surrender" deal with the Taliban was done--entirely excluding the Afghan government-- and the American military was gone. Only 2500 troops remained in country, the final few who hadn't been removed. Trump tipped over his king, took all the pieces and left a couple of pawns. And you wanna blame "the next guy" for the surrender. Just plain dishonest. Oh, who are we kidding. Neither you nor Trump play chess.
  18. Trump didn't get "in trouble" for having classified documents. The consequence was that he was politely asked to return them--exactly as Pence and Biden volunteered to return them when they were discovered. Trump DID get in trouble for keeping them, showing them around, lying about having them, outright refusing to return them, and trying to hide them. Surely you can spot the difference?
  19. Those aren't facts. They are a combination of outright, bald-faced lies and misinformed opinion. For decent people playing along, the Trump administration quite literally "surrendered" to the Taliban in writing, agreed to withdraw all of the troops, and then followed through by withdrawing nearly all of the troops. That's a simple historical fact. Anyone can look it up. If the dishonorable Nationalist will lie shamelessly about something so clear-cut, why would you even give a second thought to his opinions?
  20. Do you even pause to think before you post this inane nonsense? A. Trump (and those acting at his behest) falsified business records. That's "what he did." And the same DA's office has prosecuted 437 other cases not just criminally, but with a felony charge for falsifying documents in the last 10 years. Just that one office. Trump may have told you that this doesn't happen, but you know he's a pathological liar, right? It happens all the time. B. Get it through your head, this prosecution and conviction did NOT rely on federal law, and no federal charges were applied. FFS, go read the damn jury instructions. The case works just fine with NY law. C. The charges WERE NOT past the COVID-extended statue of limitations. You seem absolutely committed to lying about this point, so I suppose this is mentioned for honest people playing along at home.
  21. This is another one of those moments when it's clear how wildly divorced from reality you are. Like, in another dimension. You clearly have no earthly idea what fascism actually means. Your user name is "Nationalist," you're railing against immigration and "globalism" and you think the corrective action is for an authoritarian strongman to come in, clean house and get rid of the democratic opposition. --- And you want to call other people fascists. 🤪 Your proud and persistent ignorance notwithstanding, at some level even you have to realize that you're the fascists--and apparently loving every minute of it. Biden, on the other hand, like Obama before him, is a mainstream moderate. Nothing radical or unconventional about him in the least. And yes, with the exception of inflation (an inescapable outcome of the pandemic and response) every economic indicator is better than when Biden took office. Simple facts. And the reality is that the long-term investments in American manufacturing with the CHIPS and IRA acts support important long-term strategic and economic objectives. I know those things are not as important to you as "owning the libs," but Americans do care.
  22. Lol. Why don't you take your 7th grade insults and mind your own business. You hate because you're a hateful child throwing a tantrum. When democracy doesn't go your way, you reject democracy.
  23. Rallies for years to lock up the Clintons and the Bidens for "crimes" not in evidence... then cries persecution when he's prosecuted for blatant crimes that he clearly committed. Pretends that President Biden has politicized the justice system... while Hunter Biden is undergoing his own felony trial., And his followers blindly nod along, because they'll believe anything he says.
  24. And 2+2 = 13? You think that's "devastating"? Get a hobby.
  25. Not really. That's why Comer and the muckrakers come up empty. It's why they make innuendo without any evidence. It's why their star witnesses turn out to say everything on the up-and-up--and why they have to outright lie about it on FOX afterward. I DO think that a lot of people give the other Bidens business with the hope of influence though. Comes with the territory. But returning to the original point, that kind of influence is a relatively new occurrence at the end of a very long career in public service, during most of which Biden led a very modest life. If he got into politics to get rich, he was clearly doing it wrong.
