  1. No, I'm not. You can pick any one of those claims and see with a few minutes of basic research that they are false. My favorite is you blaming Biden for "surrendering" to the Taliban, when it was the Trump administration that literally signed the deal giving back Afghanistan and agreeing to withdraw troops--and actually withdrawing 90% of them. When Biden came into office the "surrender" was already a done deal. The papers were signed, the Taliban were rolling across the country, and the US had just 2500 troops in the country. Trump "surrendered" and you blame Biden. And every one of those claims is as blatantly false.
  2. You really live in your own fantasy world, don't you? Not a single thing in that list is true, with the qualified exception of spending and inflation. We can put an asterisk on that one. The rest is pure fiction.
  3. Awwww, poor Snowflake can dish it out, but can't take it. Half your posts on this board include sexual innuendo--the simplistic quality reminiscent of a playground bully rom the 70s--but an occasional dose of the same leaves you indignant? GTFO. Nevertheless, that's exactly the nature of your relationship. Your crooked "strongman" gets held accountable for just a fraction of his actions and suddenly you're on your knees. dropping even the facade of support of democratic constitutional government. The truth is that you've never cared a whit about American values. You don't understand them. They are as foreign to you as you are to America. So stamp your feet and shake your fists in impotent fury in your own country. Here, you don't matter at all. Not even so much as a single vote.
  4. You're in classic form here, just repeating the lies as fast as your can. Why don't you show us how Merchan's daughter relies on "his abuse of the legal system?" I'll wait. But I won't hold my breath. Because you usually just tuck tail when challenged to support your lies. Merchan was actually composed and professional in spite of the circus Trump created. He could have very easily sent Trump to Rikers for contempt. It was more than earned. But he showed remarkable restraint.
  5. You quoted yourself, and neither post is particularly intelligible. Just a bunch of right won't buzzword salad. Kinda used to it though.
  6. A VAT tax thread? Must be that time of the month. You are obsessed with this subject and start threads on it regularly. As always, no thanks. It's a regressive tax that puts a drag on consumption--which is the not a great strategy. This is kind of like a Head & Shoulders commercial. The strongest economy in the world is the only one without a VAT tax? Exactly.
  7. Note that I said he had the capacity to join those ranks. He certainly has the character to join those ranks. Our institutions held this time, if just barely. They are not as robust as we imagined though. They have never been tested the way Trump and his enablers tested them. Nor are we prepared for the way he would test them if he has another opportunity. It CAN happen here if we allow it.
  8. He has the capacity to be exactly that--or at least among their ranks. He's an amoral narcissist. A compulsive liar. And likely a sociopath. He has no redeeming qualities and is the last person who should ever be entrusted with a position of authority. And I mean that I'm all seriousness. I'm not exaggerating. I don't have to. You people like to hand-wave it away, but he quite literally tried to stage a soft coup after losing the election. It's never happened in the history of the Republic. It's so unthinkable, we have no laws or protocols on place to deal with a faithless executive. The ONLY reason that we didn't immediately enter a constitutional crisis--a potentially explosive crisis--is that Mike Pence stayed true to the sacred oath that Trump abandoned. Trump represents an existential crisis. He's shown us directly that this is true. And yet there are people who still will support him. For whatever bizarre reason, they value this awful man more than they value the nation.
  9. Yeah, we know. A tubby orange man. The Dom to your Sub. You'll debase yourself in any way to please him. Unfortunately, your Dom is a liar, from the top of his comb-over to the "bone spurs" in his feet. He'll never love you back.
  10. And you didn't follow it at all and know nothing about it. Hence you just repeat the shit Trump spewed in his press tantrums. Makes sense. You've swallowed all of his other lies, so why would I expect more of you now?
  11. So, no, apparently saying it slower can't help you. You instead went looking for very old articles instead of reading the pre-trial motion. I guess stupid likes to stay stupid.🤦‍♂️
  12. Way to prove the point, halfwit. You know nothing about this trial outside of Trump's press tantrums. It wasn't even televised.🙄
  13. This is not news. It was obvious upon release that this movie was nothing more than fantasy and lies. And it was deliberate and malicious, without concern for the damage to individuals or to the nation I hope the victims take every penny and put all of these parasitic entities out of business. As this happens over and over and over again, I keep hoping that "conservatives" will wise up and rethink the abusive, toxic relationship they've cultivated with "conservative media."
  14. If someone says it slower and louder will it help penetrate the brain fever? The. Statue. Of. Limitations. Was. Extended. During. COVID. There. You can't say I didn't try. But based on your history here, I don't have much hope.
  15. Lol. No, they didn't have to prove it was part of "election fraud " Again, it appears you have no idea of the details of this case. Only that you're big orange crush was convicted and it's making you cranky. Honestly, why would you even "debate" a case you didn't understand? You just look like a petulant child. Solve the issue. Go read the case. Read the jury instructions. Hell, even read some real news sources if that's too hard.
  16. No, the business records Trump's company faked to hide the reimbursements to Cohen. You can actually see the documents if you're interested.
  17. Wow, you make a lot of accusations without a single link. Most of them pretty unlikely. I think you've just been drinking from the fever swamp. I do not think you can show that Merchan "campaigned" on this case. I don't think you can show that his daughter raised money on this case (not that it's relevant). This is the district where the crimes occurred, so Trump "picked" this district. I am 100% positive that you can't show that Biden was even remotely involved in this case. That just didn't happen. This case was the worst of them all.
  18. A. "America's foremost expert." Lol. Dude, just because Trump says it doesn't mean you have to repeat it, Dummy. --I'm sure he's very esteemed, but at least a dozen people have held the same position this century alone. If you didn't think there are different opinions you're kidding yourself. B. Trump wasn't charged with FEC violations or with "election fraud." So why do you think he should have testified on those subjects? Seems like you're making the case for Merchan. Try thinking for yourself instead of just regurgitating Trump's demonstrably false talking points.
  19. Really? You can't see any way that Ginni leading and collecting money from the "Stop the steal" nonsense intersects with Clarence's ability to be objective ruling on matters related to the Stop Steal attack on the Capitol? To Trump's complicity? Etc. How could he possibly be impartial sitting in judgment related to the direct activities of his wife--activities that put food on his table and money in his pocket? That's absurd. So I say again, if a Judge's adult daughter working in the political sector feels outrageous to you, you should be shitting yourself over the adventures in the Thomas household.
  20. No, he was treated exactly the same as Biden and Pence upon initial discovery. When the documents were discovered it was expected that they would be returned. End of story. There is nothing to "negotiate." Trump is treated differently after he responds differently--lying about the documents, showing them around, explicitly refusing to return them and trying to hide them from authorities. This has been explained to you. Multiple times. Why are you pretending that you're making an apples -to-apples comparison? Why the charade? It's not just a false equivalency, at this point it's a falsehood.
  21. Is Smith somehow an expert in falsified business records? Is he an expert on NY law prohibiting fraud to deprive someone of elected office? No, of course not. So not relevant. Smith could have testified that hush money is not an FEC violation, but Trump was not charged for paying hush money. He was charged with illegal acts undertaken to conceal the hush money. If he had just paid it legally there would have been no problem. And, as Merchan explained, the prosecution would have simply brought in their own expert and giving the jury dueling expert opinion on a non-critical question is just confusing them with a sideshow. And, again, you are patently incorrect. The defense knew every single charge before closing and had known them for over a year. There were no new charges. Just the same 34 counts we've known for over a year.
  22. Nobody gets charged for accidental mishandling, they get chastised. Intent matters. Pence did the same as Biden, and the same as many others. When they discovered the documents they immediately sent up flares to authorities and returned them immediately. Contrast that with Trump. Who lied about having them, refused to return them and actually tried to hide them. Hell, he was showing them to people and boasting about how he shouldn't even have them--on record, you can hear him do it with your own ears. He gave the government no way to retrieve the documents without raiding his resort--and then complained about them raiding his resort. That's demonstrating a very different intent. It's not accidental mishandling. It's unrepentant theft. Surely you can spot the differences, no? Absolutely nothing would have happened to Trump if he had returned the documents like every decent person.
  23. Clarence Thomas' wife, Ginni, is in a very similar business. She takes the money with one hand while Thomas rules "impartially" with the other. Ethics be damned. If a Judge's adult daughter working in politics upsets you then you'll surely be apoplectic about the Thomases.
  24. No, from irrelevant opinion. I suppose you listened to Trump's whining, but didn't read the Judge's ruling, which is publicly available?
