Carney has far from failed. His proposals, plans and actions are all in the works and due to the complexity, it is nit like turning on a light switch. It takes time for all to come to fruition. The World knows and respects Carney. The World says Polievere? Who is that? He was well spoken with facts and information. He was applauded by the attendees and responded very well to questions. He did Canada proud. There is no way Polievere could have addressed the audience with any of the class that Carney did.
