Lots said about local admin and costs but, fact is, who will then pay for the development infrastructure and even more, the continuing maintenance of it? Push it on the developers and builders? Nope, not disgruntled at all but certainly disillusioned. Whether I cast a vote is really a voting day decision. I have almost always voted, just so I can complain. I hate vague promises. I want to know what my candidate is and what he will do. I want a professional telling me exactly what to expect, not a used car salesman making promises they don't have to or intend to keep.
