  1. Some folks do not realize when they outsmarted themselves. Face it dude, since the year 2000 till 2022, there has been one year higher than average and world conditions and Canadian kindness has contributed to that one year jump.
  2. Yes but....costs are costs and who will absorb them??? Oh and, do you really think the feds have any control over what the municipalities do, charge and say?? If you do, man, you are seriously out of touch LOL Oh and since 2019, there have also been huge increase in material and labour costs.
  3. You saw the graph, yet continue to deny it was the one year since 2000. Please, do not demonstrate your observational stupidity in the open LOL
  4. Lots said about local admin and costs but, fact is, who will then pay for the development infrastructure and even more, the continuing maintenance of it? Push it on the developers and builders? Oh, for sure that will lower the cost of housing LOL Sometime I wonder about folks, it costs what it costs to build and no one, no builder or developer or landlord is going to sell or rent for less than it costs to build or maintain.
  5. 3 posts and none have anything to do with your title of this thread??
  6. I suspect it is the beginning of a election budget. More promises to be unkept LOL. Election will happen before any of the promises become effective so no problem promising everything that will not need to be kept.
  7. Here is what I said and your link to prove me wrong.... https://www.statista.com/statistics/443063/number-of-immigrants-in-canada/ You were saying..." Well, that sort of back fired didn't it. LOL You were trying to prove something that does not exist. One higher than average year out of 22 with high immigration does not make immigration a liberal problem. Harper was the leader for many of those years. Analyze why 2022 was high, wars in Europe and middle east and refugees from everywhere and Canada stood tall.
  8. You know exactly what I said and mean and the fact you admit to agreeing with him, well, there ya are LOL "isn't even worthy of rebuttal". and yet, here you are again. LOL
  9. Oh yes I do, and here you are, serving a rebuttal. So far up cdnfux arse only your arms stick out LOL Yeah, but cdnfux won't admit to the problem You should be able to check his temp from being up his butt
  10. Hey you bonehead...your link was from 2020 to 2023 and a spike in 2023. Remember that the libs only came to power in 20015....Harper was in charge before that LOL The comprehension issue is clearly with you LOL
  11. You are so far up cdnfux a$$, unfortunately your arms are free so you can still post. LOL
  12. Oh, it's the university graduates? Oh, it's the minority if progressive progressives? Mock and shuts down those who disagree with their narrative? Like that clown cdnfux??
  13. Hey, it was your link...I say again "Yes I was. A one year anomaly because of world wide refugees is just that, an anomaly. " since the year 2000 I wish people would say what they mean instead of having to guess or have others try and validate or explain LOL
  14. We'll see. https://www.automotivedive.com/news/gm-evs-abandons-plan-build-400000-mid-2024/697670/ https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/tesla-joins-gm-ford-slowing-ev-factory-ramp-demand-fears-spread-2023-10-19/ https://fortune.com/2023/11/04/carmakers-rethink-electric-vehicle-investments-demand-inflation-interest-rates/
  15. Dude, it is painfully obvious that you can instantly change a conversation to an insulting diatribe. It is pretty easy for you to be a dick and that is what is really painful for us. Lets face it, what I really hate is A$$holes like you that cannot have a meaningful conversation without insulting those that do not bow to your take on things. Cannot handle your fanatical paranoiac !diocy anymore...Block
  16. Enough Canadians voted to get him in 3 times. We refers to those that voted him in... Who is " Mike Cheong"?
  17. Or is it like Nationalist said a "Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers."? Your interpretation or definition seems to be yours alone? Now that scares me.... Sounds too Trumpian for me to jump on that bandwagon
  18. Yes I was. A one year anomaly because of world wide refugees is just that, an anomaly. "this sort of attitude"? Perhaps you should change your attitude then?
  19. 1. Every paid political piece is vague. LOL 2. Thanks...kinda insulting, especially from Michael LOL
  20. Give it up you dork. You may not like this but, Immigration has been Canada's problem for decades. One PM is no different than another .Political parties aside, Canada has always been an open door for immigrants.
  21. Duh.... a paid political commercial Duh LOL WTF is a chud???
  22. Nope, not disgruntled at all but certainly disillusioned. Whether I cast a vote is really a voting day decision. I have almost always voted, just so I can complain. I hate vague promises. I want to know what my candidate is and what he will do. I want a professional telling me exactly what to expect, not a used car salesman making promises they don't have to or intend to keep. "I will make things better" is not a promise, it is closed empty box that you cannot see into.
  23. Boo Hoo. Representation by population...guess where the population is LOL
  24. I backed no one. Your imagination has tainted your memory. First term is always a party time....
